Abstract

This study discusses agro-tourism development strategies as a tourist attraction in Genggelang Village, Gangga District, North Lombok Regency. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research, with the aim of describing the potential of agro-tourism in Genggelang Village, Gangga District, North Lombok Regency. The results of this study are presented using descriptive methods and SWOT analysis to obtain answers to the problem formulations, namely a description of the agro-tourism potential found in Genggelang Village, the formulation of agro-tourism development strategies in Genggelang Village. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Determination of informants is determined by purposive sampling technique. There are important findings in the research, there are several agro-tourism potentials such as coffee, cocoa, durian, and vanilla plantations. Based on research, and internal strategic factors analysis summary (IFAS), external strategic factors analysis summary (EFAS) and then SWOT analysis so that an agro-tourism development strategy for Genggelang village can be formulated, namely a rapid growth strategy. It was concluded that the appropriate agro-tourism development strategy for Genggelang Village is a rapid growth strategy and the strategy that can be implemented in the development of agro-tourism in Genggelang Village is the Strength Opportunity.

Abstract

Kondisi fasilitas sanitasi lingkungan dan teknik pengelolaan di destinasi wisata yang buruk akan berpengaruh kepada wisatawan, pencemaran, dan kerusakan lingkungan destinasi wisata. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini terkait dengan fasilitas sanitasi tempat wisata sebagai penunjang daya tarik wisata alam di Aik Nyet Desa Buwun Sejati dan mendeskripsikan teknik pengelolaan sanitasi lingkungan terhadap daya tarik wisata alam yang ada di Aik Nyet Desa Buwun Sejati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan di wisata alam Dusun Aik Nyet, Desa Buwun Sejati, Kecamatan Narmada, Kebupaten Lombok Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Fasilitas sanitasi tempat wisata di destinasi wisata Aik Nyet masih sangat kurang dan perlu pembenahan untuk kebersihan lingkungannya. Di samping itu, teknik pengelolaan sanitasi lingkungan yang diterapkan oleh pihak pengelola dimulai dari perencanaan dan pemeliharaan yang belum memadai. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala dalam teknik pengelolaan sampah yaitu masalah lahan, keterbatasan anggaran, dan teknologi atau metode yang akan digunakan didalam proses pengelolaan sampah dan yang bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya terhadap kebersihan dan perawatan destinasi wisata adalam pihak bumdes dan pengelola.

Abstract

The development of tourism villages requires the participation of every stakeeholder in the field of tourism, especially academics. Academics have a fairly important role in developing villages, namely contributing ideas or ideas they have. This research has a formulation of the problem of how academic participation forms in the development of the Aik Bual ecological tourism village. The purpose of this study is to describe how academic participation in the development of the Aik Bual ecological tourism village. This research uses literature studies as one of the foundations in carrying out research. By using a qualitative approach, the data collected with observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The results of observations, interviews and documentation are then analyzed by means of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results showed that in Aik Bual village, academics had participated by conducting service and research programs. The conclusion of this study is that academics have participated in accordance with the needs of the village but have not been able to continue due to unpreparedness on the part of the village in continuing the programs offered.

Abstract

Pengembangan desa wisata melalui pengolahan ampas minyak kelapa menjadi cookies dengan teknik oven listrik di desa Kembang Kuning. Dengan rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana proses pengolahan ampas minyak kelapa dan bagaimana formulasi resep cookies ampas minyak kelapa di desa Kembang Kuning. Teknik kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi dan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Proses pengolahan ampas minyak kelapa melewati beberapa tahap yang pertama yaitu penyortiran, pengupasan, pembersihan, pemarutan, pemerasan sari kelapa atau yang biasa disebut santan kemudian dillanjutkan proses memasak santan untuk mendapatkan minyak kelapa dan ampas minyak kelapa kemudian proses terakhir yaitu pemisahan antara ampas minyak kelapa dan minyak kelapa. Formulasi cookies ampas minyak kelapa sebagai berikut 100 gram ampas minyak kelapa, 50 gram margarin, 2 kuning telur, 245 gram tepung terigu, 50 gram gula pasir, 60 gram susu bubuk dan 15 gram gula aren.

Abstract

One of the villages that has developed the ecotourism concept is Karang Sidemen Village, North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The destinations in Karang Sidemen Village are managed by the Selendang Biru Rinjani Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). This Pokdarwis has been active since 2018. Pokdarwis in its function as a subject or community actor has a role and responsibility to jointly encourage the success of tourism management in Karang Sidemen Village which is now a pilot tourism village. However, the quality of Human Resources (HR) services in Karang Sidemen Village is still minimal, especially Pokdarwis as a tourism driver. The purpose of this study is to describe the optimization of the role of Pokdarwis as an effort to manage the ecotourism potential of Karang Sidemen Village. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. Qualitative narrative is obtained from field research. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is SOAR analysis. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained are strategies for optimizing the role of Pokdarwis Selendang Biru Rinjani as an effort to manage ecotourism potential in Karang Sidemen Village, including conducting service quality training for Pokdarwis members, collaborating with well-known social media to promote promotions, collaborating to apply seven categories of assessment in ADWI regularly participates in various trainings outside of Pokdarwis, and optimizes Karang Sidemen Village in holding the title of Tourism Village.

Abstract

Wisata religi makam Ketaq terletak di Desa Monggas Kabupaten Lombok yang ramai dikunjungi oleh peziarah. Makam Ketaq adalah makam waliyullah bernama Tuan Guru H. L. Muhammad Shalih atau Datuq Lopan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan makam Ketaq dalam perspektif sapta pesona dan mengetahui apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pengelolaannya. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini terdiri dari juru kunci, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama, Kepala Desa, juru parkir, pedagang dan pengunjung. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan makam Ketaq masih belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal jika ditinjau dari indikator fungsi-fungsi pengelolaan terutama terkait pengawasan dari Pemerintah Daerah. Sedangkan pengelolaan dalam perspektif sapta pesona belum seluruhnya terlaksana dengan baik terutama unsur tertib dan bersih area makam Ketaq. Faktor pendukung pengelolaan makam Ketaq seperti; banyaknya peziarah sebagai sumber daya finansial. Adanya sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya alam berperan penting dalam mendukung pengelolaannya. Makam Ketaq dikelola oleh Yayasan Keluarga Tuan Guru Lopan dengan Akta Notaris dan AD/ART organisasi yang resmi. Faktor penghambat pengelolaan makam Ketaq adalah adanya konflik ahli waris di internal yayasan, akses jalan dan lahan parkir yang kurang memadai, dan kurangnya koordinasi dan kerja sama dengan Pemerintah Daerah setempat.

Abstract

Development of marine tourism potential in Meang Hamlet, Buwun Mas Village, Sekotong District, West Lombok Regency. However, in developing the potential as a tourist attraction, there are always inhibiting factors ranging from accessibility and supporting facilities. This study aims to analyze the potential of marine tourism in Meang Hamlet. So that it can then be used as a reference material for the local community and local government as well as the central level to develop marine tourism in Meang Hamlet. The research method used is the SECI model using the 4A development theory initiated by Sugiama including Attraction, Amenities, Ancilliary, and Accessibility. The methods used in collecting data are interviews, direct observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the development of marine tourism in Meang Hamlet, Buwun Mas Village, located in Sekotong District, is still not optimal when viewed from accessibility and amenity. Even though each region has a lot of potential that needs to be developed to become a tourist destination that attracts tourists to visit. This potential can be different and has its own unique value, this uniqueness then becomes a differentiator for other destinations, so Meang Hamlet has a myriad of potentials that can be processed into unique tourist destinations and can attract tourists to visit the area. The potential starts from an underwater park decorated with natural coral reefs and rare fish, white pepper sand, and long waves and is suitable as a location for diving, snorkeling, and surfing.

Abstract

Beleq Village is the oldest village in Sembalun Lawang, Sembalun District, the potential of beleq village has a tourist attraction in the form of a culture that is still maintained authenticity, nature and also the daily activities of rural communities in general. However, the current condition due to the 2018 earthquake, the buildings of traditional houses and other facilities have been destroyed and have not been managed properly. This research uses a qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive approach. The focus of this study is to examine stakeholders' perceptions of the development of tourism villages, Beleq Sembalun Lawang Village, Sembalun District, East Lombok Regency. using cooper's theory of tourism destination development consisting of Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, and Ancillary Service. Data collection using observation, interview, and questionnaire methods (Questionnaire). The results of the study based on questionnaires (Angket) and interviews showed stakeholders' perceptions of the development of tourism villages, Beleq Sembalun Lawang Village, Sembalun district, East Lombok regency. From the results of the questionnaire (Angket) after being calculated using the Interval scale which shows the average value is at a score of 3.43-4.23 that stakeholders are categorized as positive and very positive in the development of beleq village tourism village based on 4 aspects of tourism village development, namely acting as a tourist attraction actor, DTW manager, accessibility guard, lack of accessibility, as a manager and manager facilities such as lodging, general toilets. And the lack of an active role of society in managing additional services such as the occurrence of conflicts between groups. There are efforts that can be made to improve in the development of beleq village tourism villages, namely establishing good relations between stakeholders, improving the quality and quantity of tourist attractions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Pengelolaan Sarana dan Prasarana Pariwisata dalam meningkatkan Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di obyek wisata Pantai Ampenan, tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana prawisata dan Teknik Pengelolaan Sarana dan Prasarana di Obyek Wisata Pantai Ampenan dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pariwisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam pegumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, wawancara,dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pendekatan yang digunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengunakan teknik analisa data yang menggunakan analilis kualitatif. Dari hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di obyek wisata Pantai Ampenan bahwa sudah ada namun masi perlunya perawatan , seperti toilet yang ada kondisisnya masih kotor dan spot foto tidak bisa digunakan dikarnakan kondisinya sudah rusak sehingga pengunjung yang datang ke obyek wisata Pantai Ampenen merasa kurang nyaman jadi perlunya pengelolaan dari sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia meliputi : penyediaan, pengunaan, penataan dan pemeliharaan dari pihak pengelola agar fasilitas yang sudah tersedia bisa di manfaatkan dengan baik lagi oleh pengeunjung agar kebutuhan pengunjung yang berkunjung ke obyek wisata Pantai Ampenan bisa terpenuhi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengelolaan Kawasan Cakranegara sebagai daya tarik wisata kuliner di Kota Mataram. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah, untuk mengetahui potensi wisata kuliner yang dimiliki dan untuk mengetahui, bagaimana pengelolaan Kawasan Cakranegara sebagai daya tarik wisata kuliner di Kota Mataram. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara dan pendekatan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kawasan Cakranegara memiliki potensi wisata kuliner yang beragam berupa, lokasi yang terdapatnya makanan khas daerah maupun adaptif, mempunyai suasana yang sangat identik terutama usaha kuliner berbentuk tenda, jarak yang dekat dengan perkotaan, serta memiliki makanan yang berkualitas. Pengelolaan yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintahan Kota Mataram, berupa perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerak, dan pengawasan. Namun pengelolaan yang dilakukan pemerintahan Kota Mataram masih belum cukup maksimal meliputi tidak adanya perencanaan, serta minimnya pengorganisasian terhadap usaha kuliner, menjadikan pengelolaan potensi wisata kuliner di Kawasan Cakranegara tidak maksimal dan dibutuhkan perhatian yang khusus dalam mengelola potensi wisata kuliner di Kawasan Cakranegara.
