Abstract

The design of this study was classroom action research through the Cooperative model type. The application of monopoly media to improve the science learning process and outcomes with the cooperative model team games toornament (TGT) type in class IV SDN 60 / II Muara Bungo, Rimbo sub-district, Bungo district, used two cycles, each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were the teacher (researcher) and class students in class IV SDN 60 / II Muara Bungo Data collection techniques using observation and tests. The results showed that: (1) teacher performance assessment in the first cycle of meeting I obtained a score of 68,75% with good criteria, meeting II with a score of 75% with good criteria. In the second cycle meeting I obtained a score of 81,25% with good criteria, and meeting II with a score of 87,5% criteria was very good. (2) The classical completeness of the learning outcomes of the students in the first cycle of the first meeting was 70% and the second cycle in the second meeting was 75%. In cycle II meeting I was 85% and meeting II was 90%.

Abstract

Pademi covid-19 has disrupted the conventional learning process. So a solution is needed to answer these problems. Online learning is one alternative that can solve this problem. The research objective was to determine the obstacles faced by teachers, students and parents when teaching online at MIN 4 Bungo. This research method uses a qualitative case study, which is used to obtain information about the problems formulated by the author. Data collection techniques which include; Online observations and interviews. Respondents needed in this study were students and parents of class V at MIN 4 Bungo, totaling 30 people. The main obstacle faced is the lack of facilities owned by students when studying online because not all students have smartphones or computers as learning media used online. Apart from that, another obstacle is the internet package that cannot be reached by all students. The lack of knowledge about the use of technology and the considerable expenditure are obstacles to the learning process.

Abstract

Abstract — This background of the research is bad value of mathematics learning of class IV elementaray school 60/II Muara Bungo. It because convesional learning, students are nothing in the learning process, problem base learning strategy is useless in the learning. Research method is classroom action reseacrh with qualitative and quantitative. Research subject in the class IV elementary school 60/II Muara Bungo the students are 30 in the classroom. In the action of this researh, there are 2 the circulating do by the reseacher. There are 4 action from every circulate that is action of planning, action of implementation, observation, and reflection each circulating. This research data is collected by observation, learning value, and documentation. Research value shows 1) the using props as simple unit of weight with demonstration method increase teacher and students process. Teacher process of first circulating increase about 81% (very good) and the second circulating increase about 91% (excelent). The students activity of first circulating increase about 84% (very good) and the second circulating increase about 90% (excelent). 2) improving learning value get a good grade of minimal completeness criteria (65) with pre circulating percentage 51%, first circulating 60%, and second circulating 76%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students who have low learning achievement such as: have no desire to learn, are more interested in helping their parents and playing with their friends, school assignments are only simple work, there is no effort in doing the work or assignments given. The purpose of this study was to see students' perceptions of content mastery services in improving student achievement. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were students of class VIII at SMP N 3 Muara Bungo totaling 227 people, the sample obtained was 90 people who were selected by simple random sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using percentages. The research findings show that mastery of content in improving student achievement is of good quality (83%), to clarify several indicators can be divided, namely indicators: (1) motivating learning is of good quality (83%) , (2) attitudes and study habits are of good quality (83%), and (3) improving learning skills are of good quality (82%). The implication of this research is that it can be used as an analysis of student needs to help direct BK teachers in providing services at SMP Negeri 3 Muara Bungo.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan siswa dalam menulis pantun karena tidak adanya media pantun dalam pembelajaran yang ditandai dengan rendahnya hasil tes menulis yang tidak mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sticky notes terhadap kemampuan menulis pantun siswa kelas VII C SMP Negeri 3 Muara Bungo tahun pembelajaran 2019/2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Muara Bungo yang berjumlah 229 siswa dan tersebar dalam 10 kelas. Dalam penentuan sampel, peneliti menggunakan teknik random kelas dan terpilih kelas VII-C yang berjumlah 30 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII-F berjumlah 30 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Dan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes esai yaitu menulis pantun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa kemampuan menulis pantun setelah perlakuan menggunakan media sticky notes memperoleh nilai rata-rata 81,66 termasuk dalam kategori baik sekali, sementara kelompok siswa yang tidak menggunakan media sticky notes memperoleh nilai rata-rata 45,33 termasuk dalam kategori kurang. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa hipotesis terbukti, melalui uji hipotesis uji t diperoleh thitung> ttabel yaitu 12,27 > 2,00. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan media sticky notes terhadap kemampuan menulis pantun siswa kelas VII C SMP Negeri 3 Muara Bungo tahun pembelajaran 2019/2020

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce a new admissions information system that is eligible for registration of prospective students. This research uses RAD model (Rapid Application Development) method. The research stages include requirements planning, design, and implementation. The new student admission information system that has been designed to provide convenience to prospective new students to register at STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah peran guru PPKn dalam mengembangkan sikap disiplin pada proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah guru dalam membina sikap disiplin siswa dan kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam membina sikap disiplin siswa pada proses pembelajaran serta upaya apa yang dilakukan pihak sekolah dalam membina sikap disiplin siswa pada proses pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Sungai Geringging Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan model penelitian deskriptif. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan penulis untuk menentukan informan yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Teknik menguji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dengan sumber data. Teknik analisis data dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan peran guru dalam mengembangkan sikap disiplin siswa dalam proses pembelajaran pada SMAN 1 Sungai Geringging meliputi menasehati siswa, keteladanan dalam berperilaku, memberikan hukuman jika bersalah, memberikan penghargaan (hadiah) jika berprestasi, serta melakukan kerjasama guru dengan orang tua sudah baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences that exist in individuals viewed from the aspect of intelligence, talent and implications in learning. Individual differences are a gift given by God to humans, where between one individual and another there must be differences. It is very important for educators to understand the differences that exist in students. By knowing the causes that influence individual differences, educators can provide equal treatment to students. The method used is a literature study by processing and analyzing a number of relevant literature. Data were analyzed, grouped, and interpreted to determine the factors that influence individual differences. The results show that individual differences based on intelligence, talent in learning are a concern for educators in developing the potential that exists in students, this needs to also be supported by parents of students so that students are more enthusiastic in learning, channeling the talents of students, and how to respond to individual differences who have different intelligence and talents in learning in the school environment.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low process and learning outcomes of students in science learning, this is evidenced by the results of observations and school documentation which shows that of 19 students only 47% have met the KKM. This research was conducted in Class V SDN 188/VIII Wiroto Agung. The purpose of this study was to describe and determine the application of the jigsaw cooperative model in increasing the activities and learning outcomes of science in class V. The method used in this study was classroom action research (CAR). This research consists of 2 cycles, each cycle is carried out through 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection and consists of 2 meetings. The results of the study can be explained as follows: (1) the application of the jigsaw cooperative model in learning activities seen from the observation sheet, namely the first cycle from the teacher aspect 84% and the student aspect 57% while in the second cycle there was an increase in the teacher aspect 91% and the student aspect 73 % who have reached the success indicator. (2) the application of the jigsaw cooperative model in learning in the first cycle is still not optimal. It can be seen from the test results in the first cycle that only 32% of students met the KKM and in the second cycle there was an increase of 79% of students who met the KKM. Thus, it can be concluded that the jigsaw cooperative model can improve the learning process and results at SDN 188 VIII Wiroto Agung.

Abstract

The process of submitting a thesis will pass the validation stage by the validator team. However, as the number of titles that have been submitted increases, it will be difficult for the validator to know whether the title has been submitted before or not. We need a system that can process information retrieval against the thesis title database and is able to calculate the degree of similarity of the title. In this study, a system development was carried out by applying the Cosine Similarity method to obtain the similarity value of the proposed title to the thesis title contained in the database. The result of this research is a system that can be used as a tool for information retrieval. The information generated from this process is the degree of similarity index of the title of thesis database, which becomes a tool in conducting the title of thesis validation process in STKIP PGRI West Sumatra
