Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Regular School Operational Assistance (BOS) program at SMAN Bali Mandara in terms of context, input, process, and product variables. This research was an empirical study (expost facto), the evaluation was conducted by using the CIPP model, in which the research population were the community of SMAN Bali Mandara with a sample of 35 people determined by purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by using questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis used standard score or Z-score which was then transformed into T-score. To determine the level of effectiveness of BOS fund users, an analysis of context, input, process and product variables was carried out through analysis of the Glickman prototype quadrant. The results showed that the effectiveness of the Regular BOS fund program at SMAN Bali Mandara belonged to very effective category seen from context variables of 20.00%, input variables of 42.86%, process variables of 31.43%, and product variables of 37.14%. Overall, the results of the calculation from context, input, process, and product variables simultaneously produced (+ + + +). Although it was very effective, there were several obstacles faced, namely the input and process variables. It was recommended to (1) the Principal of SMAN Bali Mandara to continue the collaboration and coordination with the government so that for next year the management of Regular BOS funds could conduct the program well, smoothly and effectively; (2) The Provincial Government of Bali, especially Disdikpora (Department of Education, Youth and Sport) Bali Province, should pay more attention to providing guidance in every quarter or at least every semester to schools, especially in reporting and bookkeeping; (3) The Directorate General of PAUD Dikdasmen Kemdikbudristek (Basic and Middle Education, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology) should pay attention to the schedule of Regular BOS distribution so that it was clear and there were no technical changes in the middle program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difficulty factors of the Penjaskesrek Study Program students, FKIP, Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia when compiling a thesis in the era of adaptation of new habits in 2021. This research is included in a qualitative descriptive study, with a population of 47 students who take thesis courses in the semester. 8 academic years 2020/2021 and the research sample using the case study method was taken as many as 7 students who had not completed the thesis course in the 8th semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. The data collection technique is triangulation (combined), the data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalization. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the difficulty of writing a thesis in terms of internal factors, including health, motivation, busyness, ability to write thesis and time management. Meanwhile, from external factors, namely family, peers, thesis administration, references, and guidance methods in the era of adapting new habits. The dominant internal factors that affect the difficulty of thesis preparation are the busyness factor and the ability to write student thesis, while the dominant external factor influencing the preparation of student thesis is family factors, especially in terms of economics and online guidance in the era of adapting new habits.

Abstract

Learning achievement is a learning outcome that is assessed in the realm of attitudes, knowledge and skills, student achievement is influenced by internal and external factors. This study aims to determine the contribution of servant leadership, family socioeconomic status and achievement motivation to student achievement. To achieve this goal, the researcher used an ex-post facto approach with a research sample of 79 people. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that (1) There is a significant contribution of servant leadership to learning achievement with an effective contribution of 47.89%, (2) There is a significant contribution of family socioeconomic status to learning participation with an effective contribution of 9.59%, ( 3) There is a significant contribution of achievement motivation to learning achievement with an effective contribution of 29.92%, (4) There is a jointly significant contribution of servant leadership, family socioeconomic status and achievement motivation to learning achievement which is 87.40%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that servant leadership, family socioeconomic status and achievement motivation contribute significantly to student achievement, thus these three factors can be used as predictors of student achievement at SMK Bali Dewata Denpasar.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' economic learning outcomes through the application of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model. This research is a classroom action research involving 35 students of XI Mipa 2 totaling 35 people at SMA Negeri 1 Sawan. The data collection method is a test of learning outcomes that are assessed based on responses to the google form question link and the assessment rubric of group discussions. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical quantitative data analysis by looking for the average, absorption, classical completeness of class learning outcomes. The results obtained from this study are the application of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes in economics subjects. This is evident from the results obtained in the initial state the average learning achievement is 60.49 with 25.71% learning completeness and in the first cycle it reaches an average value of 72.79 with 82.86% learning mastery and in the second cycle it reaches an average value. an average of 80.46 with 100% learning completeness. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the application of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve economic learning achievement for class XI Mipa 2 at SMA Negeri 1 Sawan in the 2020/2021 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of remuneration, work environment, and competence on employee performance in the Faculty of Medicine, Ganesha University of Education. This study uses an "ex-post facto" approach involving 36 employees of the Faculty of Medicine, Ganesha University of Education. The data collection method used is a questionnaire regarding data on remuneration, work environment, and employee competence and performance. In conducting data analysis for this research, it was carried out in three stages, namely the data description stage, the analysis requirements testing stage, and the hypothesis testing stage. The research results obtained are that there is an influence between remuneration, work environment, and competence on performance partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation separately or together in the Context, Input, Process, and Product, also finding obstacles occur in the implementation of SIMAS PPDB Online. This research is a program evaluation research with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) model. About 66 teachers from SMK Wisata Triatama Jaya Badung were sampled in this study. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert score. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of SIMAS PPDB Online. Quantitative results obtained the effectiveness of the implementation of SIMAS PPBD Online in terms of the CIPP showing positive (+) results in every element. Overall the results shows of CIPP are very effective (+ + + +). The obstacles found in this research are: (1) Less extensive internet coverage, (2) There are teachers who don’t understand technology, 3) Lack of SIMAS PPDB development staff, 4) Reporting on SIMAS PPDB funding is not clear enough

Abstract

This research aims to determine the contribution of Laissez-Faire leadership, school facilities, job satisfaction, and adversity quotient towards teachers’ organizational commitment. The sample of this study was 76 primary school teachers in the regency of Mimika, Papua province. This study is classified as ex-post-facto with descriptive statistics analysis, simple correlation, partial correlation, multiple correlation, and multiple regression data analysis design. Data collection for this study was conducted by using the Five-point Likert scale questionnaire model. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a negative and significant correlation between Laissez-Faire leadership and organizational commitment with 0,294 (ryx1) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,192 (ry.x1-x2,3,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 6,14% contribution of Laissez-Faire leadership towards organizational commitment, 2) There is a positive and significant correlation between school facilities and organizational commitment with 0,605 (ryx2) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,412 (ry.x2-x,3,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 27,00% contribution of school facilities towards organizational commitment, 3) There is a negative and significant correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with 0,558 (ryx3) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,325 (ry.x3-x1,2,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 11,00%, contribution of job satisfaction towards organizational commitment, 4) There is a negative and insignificant correlation between adversity quotient and organizational commitment with 0,241 (ryx4) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,190 (ry.x4-x1,2,3) partial correlation coefficient, and 1,73%, contribution of adversity quotient towards organizational commitment, 5) There is a positive and significant correlation of Laissez-Faire leadership, school facilities, job satisfaction, adversity quotient, and organizational commitment with Ry.1234 multiple correlation coefficient of 0,677 and there is a contribution of Laissez-Faire leadership, school facilities, job satisfaction, adversity quotient, and organizational commitment simultaneously by 45,9%.

Abstract

This study aims to identify: (1) the contribution of authentic leadership towards teacher performance, (2) the contribution of emotional intelligence towards teacher performance, (3) the contribution of self-efficacy towards teacher performance, (4) the contribution of organizational commitment towards teacher performance, (5) the contribution of authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, organizational commitment simultaneously towards the teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Kuta Utara. The population and samples of this study were 70 teachers. This study is classified as ex-post-facto with descriptive statistics analysis, simple correlation, partial correlation, multiple correlation, and multiple regression data analysis design. The data for this study were collected by using the Five-point Likert scale questionnaire model. The findings of this research revealed that (1) there is a positive and significant corellation between authentic leadership and teacher performance with 0,797 (ryx1) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,377 (ry.x1-x2,3,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 22,15% contribution of authentic leadership towards teacher performance, (2) There is a positive and significant correlation between emotional intelligence and teacher performance with 0,816 (ryx2) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,312 (ry.x2-x1,3,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 21,37% contribution of emotional intelligence towards teacher performance, (3) There is a positive, but insignificant correlation between self-efficacy and teacher performance with 0,866 (ryx3) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,350 (ry.x3-x1,2,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 30,74% contribution of self-efficacy towards teacher performance, (4) There is a positive and significant correlation between organizational commitment and teacher performance with 0,551 (ryx4) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,286 (ry.x4-x1,2,3) partial correlation coefficient, and 7,98%, contribution of organizational commitment towards teacher performance, and (5) There is a positive and significant correlation of servant leadership, work climate, work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline with Ry.1234 multiple correlation coefficient of 0,907 and there is a contribution of servant leadership, work climate, work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously by 82,2%

Abstract

This study aimed to identify: (1) the contribution of servant leadership towards teachers’ work discipline, (2) the contribution of work climate towards teachers’ work discipline, (3) the contribution of work motivation towards teachers’ work discipline, (4) the contribution of job satisfaction towards teachers’ work discipline, (5) the contribution of servant leadership, work climate, work motivation, job satisfaction simultaneously towards the work discipline of teachers at public high schools in the sub-district of Kuta Utara, Badung regency. The population in this study was 85 teachers, with a total sample of 85 teachers. This study is classified as ex-post-facto with descriptive statistics analysis, simple correlation, partial correlation, multiple correlation, and multiple regression data analysis design. The data for this study were collected by using the Five-point Likert scale questionnaire model. The results show that: 1) There is a positive and significant correlation between servant leadership and work discipline with 0,332 (ryx1) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,301 (ry.x1-x2,3,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 7,60% contribution of servant leadership towards work discipline, 2) There is a positive and significant correlation between work climate and work discipline with 0,469 (ryx2) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,466 (ry.x2-x1,3,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 17,97% contribution of work climate towards work discipline, 3) There is a positive, but insignificant correlation between work motivation and work discipline with 0,256 (ryx3) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,194 (ry.x3-x1,2,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 3,70% contribution of work motivation towards work discipline, 4) There is a positive and significant correlation between job satisfaction and work discipline with 0,502 (ryx4) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,471 (ry.x4-x1,2,3) partial correlation coefficient, and 19,73%, contribution of job satisfaction towards work discipline, and 5) There is a positive and significant correlation of servant leadership, work climate, work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline with Ry.1234 multiple correlation coefficient of 0,700 and there is a contribution of servant leadership, work climate, work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously by 49,00%.

Abstract

The study was conducted in order to evaluate and describe the supervision implemented by the headmaster of SMP Negeri 3 Kuta, on the following components: (1) context including the underlying regulations, vision-mission, the goals and commitment of school supervisors, (2) input, including academic supervising competencies, academic supervising program, and supporting facilities, (3) process including the implementation of academic supervision, (4) product, including the teachers’ performances.The study was conducted at the total number of 32 teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Kuta in academic years 2021-2022 and designed in terms of ¬ex-post facto using CIPP model from Stufflebeam. There were about 32 respondents involved as the samples, consisting of school supervisors and science teachers. They were determined based on cluster proportional random sampling technique using Robert V.Krejcie and Daryle W.Morgan table. The data required were collected by using questionnaires, and analyzed based on descriptive quantitative approach with the formula of univariat with ideal theoretic criterion and Glickman quadrant converted into T-score. The results of univariat analysis indicated that in terms variable context the result was effective, and in terms variable input the result was effective, in terms variable process the result was also effective, and the variable product, it was also effective. From the T-score analysis, the results indicated that in terms of context variable, T >50, meaning that it was positive (effective), in terms of input variable, T > 50, meaning that it was positive (effective), in terms of process variable, T >50, meaning it was also positive (effective), while in terms of product variable, T ≥ 50, meaning that it was negative (ineffective). The categories were found different because they were occurred as the results of different use of technique of analysis (criteria), univariat analysis used theoretic criterion based on mean ideal and standard deviation ideal, while T-score was the figures indicating the comparison of different respondent scores from mean and standard deviation. From the T-score analysis it could be concluded that the implementation of supervision program of headmaster at SMP Negeri 3 Kuta was found effective
