Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of principal leadership behavior, school work climate, teacher job satisfaction, and teacher work commitment both individually and collectively on the performance of CCS Bali teachers. This ex-post facto research design involved 40 Indonesian teachers at CCS Bali. The data collection technique is a closed questionnaire containing a series of statements containing five possible answers. Meanwhile, descriptive statistical techniques, simple regression, and multiple regressions were used to analyze the research data. Significant contributions between each variable both individually and collectively were found from the results of the analysis carried out, which included: (1) the principal's leadership behavior contributed significantly to the performance of CCS Bali teachers with a contribution of 0.520 and made an effective contribution 19.34%, (2) the school work climate contributed significantly to the performance of CCS Bali teachers with a contribution of 0.418 and an effective contribution of 8.11%, (3) teacher job satisfaction contributed significantly to the performance of CCS Bali teachers with a contribution of 0.336 and made an effective contribution of 9.27%, (4) the work commitment of teachers contributed significantly to the performance of CCS Bali teachers with a contribution of 0.504 and made an effective contribution of 9.37%, (5) collectively, principal leadership behavior, school work climate, teacher job satisfaction, and teacher work commitment contributed significantly to performance the work of CCS Bali teachers with a contribution of 0.679 and an effective contribution of 46.1%. Based on the results of these studies, the performance of CCS Bali teachers is influenced by the above variables.

Abstract

The present study aimed at determining the relationship between remuneration, work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Bureau of Academic, Cooperation, Planning and Student Affairs at Ganesha University of Education (UNDIKSHA). This study was an ex post-facto study. In this study, the samples were taken from the total employees of 30 employees at the Bureau of the UNDIKSHA. The study had two variables; the independent variables, namely remuneration (X1), work motivation (X2), work discipline (X3), and job satisfaction (X4) and the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). In this study, questionnaire was used to collect the data and multiple regression and partial correlation were used to analyze the data. The results showed 1) A significant relationship between remuneration and employee performance at the Bureau of Academic, Cooperation, Planning, Undiksha Student Affairs was found. With a relationship of 63.3% and an effective contribution of 15.55%, 2) A significant relationship was found between Work Motivation and Employee Performance at the Bureau of Academic, Cooperation, Planning, Undiksha Student Affairs. With a relationship of 71.3% and an effective contribution of 24.17%, 3) A significant relationship between Work Discipline and Employee Performance in the Academic, Cooperation, Planning, Student Affairs Bureau of Undiksha. With a relationship of 60.3% and an effective contribution of 19.48, 4) A significant relationship between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at the Bureau of Academic, Cooperation, Planning, Undiksha Student Affairs. With a relationship of 77.5% and an effective contribution of 30.01, and 5) A significant relationship among Remuneration, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction with Employee Performance at the Bureau of Academic, Cooperation, Planning, Student Affairs. Undiksha, with a relationship of 89.2%.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to investigate the evaluation results separately or together on context, input, process, product and constraints that occur in the implementation of the use of BOSDA Fiscal Year 2020 at smk negeri in Denpasar. The present research used a program evaluation research with CIPP model. There were 26 people and the whole acted as population and used as a research sample using saturated sample techniques. Data context, input, process, product collected by questionnaire using Likert scale 1-5. In this study using descriptive quantitative analysis method. To determine the effectiveness of implementing bosda's usage, the raw score is transformed into Z-score then into T-Score then verified into Glickman Quadrant. The results in this study are: 1) Effectiveness of bosda usage implementation reviewed from context obtained negative results (-), 2) Effectiveness of implementation of bosda use reviewed from inputs obtained negative results (-), 3) Effectiveness of bosda usage implementation reviewed from the process obtained effective results (+), 4) Effectiveness of implementation of bosda use reviewed from product obtained effective results (+), 5) Evaluation results together against the implementation of bosda use reviewed from i context, input, process, product obtained less effective results (- - + +), and 6) Obstacles faced in the use of BOSDA is there is a discrepancy in the use of BOSDA with government policy, lack of readiness from bosda managers, lack of clarity from the legal basis of the use of BOSDA.

Abstract

This examination intends to decide the commitment of scholarly oversight, head administrative skill and hard working attitude to the exhibition of SMK Duta Bangsa instructors. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the teacher’s emotional intelligence, teacher workload, transformational leadership of the principal affect the performance of teachers at Yayasan Kalam Kudus Indonesia Bali. This form of research using ex-post facto research by taking a sample 51 from a population of 72 teachers at all levels at Yayasan Kalam Kudus Indonesia Bali. Researcher collected the data through questionnaires with the Likert Scale. Test conducted to analyze data by conducting F Test, T Test, Coefficient Test, Correlation Test and Double Regression Test with the help of SPSS version 25 application. The result of the study were 1) Emotional Intelligence has a significant influence on Teacher's Performance, can be seen from the thit value of 6,182 > ttab 1.67793 and Sig 0.00 > 0.05. R count of 0.740 indicates the rate of relationship between variables is high. 2) Teacher Workload has no significant effect on Teacher Performance, judging by the Sig value. 0.188 > 0.005. Coefficient of Workload to Performance of – 0.051 indicates that if workload decreases then Performance will increase (inversely proportional). 3) The Principal's Transformational Leadership connects linearly with Teacher Performance and significantly affects Teacher Performance, judging by the thit of 2,209 > ttab 1.67793 and Sig 0.032 < 0.005. 4) Simultaneously significant positive influence between Teacher Emotional Intelligence, Teacher Workload and Principal Leadership with Teacher Performance by making a Relative Contributions of 100% and Effective Contribution of 60,7%.

Abstract

The study was conducted in order to investigate the relationship between students' learning motivation and the use of information and communication technology media in science learning on the Science Learning Outcomes of Class IV Students at the Elementary School Cluster II Kuta. The present research was an ex post facto research. There were 262 people who became the population in this study. The research sample was taken randomly, amounting to 78 people. Collecting data using learning outcomes tests to obtain data on learning outcomes and questionnaires on motivation and use of ICT media to obtain data on student learning motivation and data on the use of ICT media. The data analysis technique used ANAREG. The results showed that: (a) there was a significant relationship between learning motivation and science learning outcomes for fourth graders of SD Cluster II Kuta for the 2020/2021 academic year, which was 15% with rxly = 0.38; (b) there is a significant relationship between entrepreneurs using ICT media and science learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Cluster II Kuta for the 2020/2021 academic year, which is 53% with rx2y = 0.72; (c) A significant relationship between learning motivation and the use of ICT media with the learning outcomes of fourth graders of SD Cluster II Kuta for the 2020/2021 academic year, which is 68% with rx2y = 0.82 was found..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the contribution of authentic leadership, academic supervision, work ethic and work motivation to the teacher's performance at SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. This research is an ex post facto research. A sample of 30 teachers was taken by random sampling technique from the research population, which amounted to 60 teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. The independent variables were authentic leadership (X1), academic supervision (X2), work ethic (X3) and work motivation (X4), while the dependent variable was teacher performance (Y). The research data was collected by using a questionnaire method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and partial correlation. The test results with the SPSS program showed that: 1) Authentic Leadership contributes positively and significantly to Teacher Performance by 41.5%, with an effective contribution of 0.1868%, 2) Academic Supervision contributes positively and significantly to Teacher Performance by 55.5% with an effective contribution of 11.2%. , 3) Work ethic contributes positively and significantly to Teacher Performance by 88.8% with an effective contribution of 31.48%, 4) Work Motivation contributes positively and significantly to Teacher Performance by 91% with an effective contribution of 51.46%, 5) Authentic Leadership, Academic Supervision , Work ethic and work motivation have a positive and significant contribution simultaneously to teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja by 93.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the magnitude of the influence of several variables, namely: (1) teacher pedagogic competence, (2) learning discipline, (3) parental guidance, and (4) learning motivation on learning outcomes of vocational students of class XII Hospitality at SMK Duta Bangsa Denpasar. The population in this study were students of class XII Hospitality, amounting to 44 people. This research was designed ex-post-facto. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using simple regression technique, multiple regression and partial correlation. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant influence of teacher pedagogic competence on the results of vocational learning accommodation accommodation class XII at SMK Duta Bangsa Denpasar with a coefficient of determination of 29.4% and an effective contribution of 3%, (2) there was a significant influence of discipline learning on vocational learning outcomes for hotel accommodation class XII hospitality at SMK Duta Bangsa with a coefficient of determination of 77% and an effective contribution of 68%, (3) there is a significant influence of parental guidance on vocational learning outcomes for class XII hospitality accommodation at SMK Duta Bangsa Denpasar with a coefficient of determination of 55.6% and an effective contribution of 5%, (4) there is a significant influence of learning motivation on vocational learning outcomes for hotel accommodation class XII hospitality at SMK Duta Bangsa Denpasar with a coefficient of determination of 6.2% and an effective contribution of 2 %, (5) together, there is a significant influence g significant pedagogic competence, learning discipline, parental guidance and learning motivation on the vocational learning outcomes of hotel accommodation class

Abstract

The researcher hopes that this research will be able to find out the contribution of organizational culture, work ethic and principal's interpersonal communication to the work motivation of teachers at Jembatan Budaya High School. The researcher used an "ex-post facto" type of research with a total sample of 46 people. Researchers collect data by questionnaires. The researcher calculated the data using simple regression, multiple regression and partial correlation techniques. The conclusions of the study are: (1) found a significant contribution between organizational culture on teacher work motivation with a simple correlation coefficient of 0.51, partial correlation of 0.38 and an effective contribution of 16.24%, (2) found a significant contribution between work ethic and teacher work motivation. with a simple correlation coefficient of 0.45, a partial correlation of 0.43 and an effective contribution of 16.09%, (3) found a significant contribution between the principal's interpersonal communication on teacher work motivation with a simple correlation coefficient of 0.43, a partial correlation of 0.42 and an effective contribution of 14.44%, and (4) and together it was found that there was a significant influence of organizational culture, work ethic and principal's interpersonal communication on teachers work motivation with a double correlation coefficient of 0.69 and a contribution of 47.16% on teacher work motivation. It was concluded that the four variables could be used as predictors of the level of tendency to increase teacher work motivation at Jembatan Budaya Senior High School.
