Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the contribution of the principal's leadership style to teacher professionalism, (2) the contribution of work ethic to teacher professionalism, (3) the contribution of work discipline to teacher professionalism, (4) the contribution of educational supervision to teacher professionalism, (5 ) the contribution of the principal's leadership style, work ethic, work discipline, and educational supervision together to teacher professionalism at Ju inior High School of Tunas Daud Denpasar. The population in this study was 31 teachers. This study employed an ex-post facto design. Data were collected through questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The data analysis tech iniques used were simple regression, simple correlation, multiple correlation, multiple regression. The findings show that: (1) contributed positively and sig inificantly the principal's leadership style to teacher professionalism by 0.217, with an effective contribution of 5,425%, (2) contributed a sig inificant positive work ethic to teacher professionalism by 0.693, with an effective contribution of 39,224%, (3) contributing a sig inificant positive work discipline to teacher professionalism by 0.276 with an effective contribution of 7,176%(4) contributing sig inificant positive supervision of education towards teacher professionalism of 0.584 with an effective contribution of 21,55%, and (5) contributed sig inificantly to the principal's servant leadership, work ethic, work culture, and orga inizational commitment together to teacher professionalism with an effective contribution of 73,4%. This means that the four variables have a sig inificant contribution to the profession of teacher at Tunas Daud Denpasar Ju inior High School.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the components of context, input, process, product and the constraints that occur in the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) at the Driving School of SMPK 1 Harapan Denpasar. This research is a program evaluation research with the CIPP model. The population in this study amounted to 435 people, while the sample amounted to 70 people. Data context, input, process, product in this study were collected by using a questionnaire using a Likert scale model. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. To determine the effectiveness of implementing the Learning Management System (LMS) the raw scores were transformed into Z-scores and then into T-Scores and then verified into the Glickman Quadrant prototype. Based on the results of the research data analysis that has been carried out, the results show that: 1) The effectiveness of the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) system in terms of the context shows effective results, 2) in terms of input, effective results are obtained, 3) in terms of the process, effective results are obtained, 4 ) and in terms of the product, the results obtained are effective, 5) The results of a joint evaluation of the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) in terms of context, input, process, product are very effective, and 6) The constraints faced in implementing the system Learning Management System (LMS) are 1) some students from elementary schools who have not implemented IT, 2) some education staff are still not ready to use applications that are constantly being updated, 3) some students are not ready because some have not used smartphones. or quota problems.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the effectiveness of the digital library from the context component; 2) determine the effectiveness of the digital library of the input components; 3) determine the effectiveness of the digital library of process components; 4) determine the effectiveness of the digital library of product components; 5) knowing the effectiveness of digital libraries together in context, input, process, product; and 6) knowing the obstacles in using digital libraries at SMA Negeri Buleleng Regency. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Singaraja, SMAN 1 Banjar, SMAN 1 Seririt, and SMAN Bali Mandara. This study uses a quantitative approach, this study uses an evaluation research design. The population in this study were all teachers from the 4 schools. The research sample was determined by using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires, documentation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out by converting the raw score into a Z score (z-score) followed by a T score and then converted into the Glickman quadrant. The results showed the effectiveness of using a digital library in terms of the context obtained effective results (+), the effectiveness of the use of digital libraries in terms of input obtained effective results (+), the effectiveness of using digital libraries in terms of process obtained less effective results (-), the effectiveness of using digital libraries in terms of the product obtained effective results (+). Overall, the evaluation of context, input, process, and product variables on the use of the digital library of SMA Negeri in Buleleng Regency is considered effective (+ + - +)

Abstract

This study aims to investigate both partially and simultaneously the components of context, input, process, product and the obstacles that occurred in the implementation of the E-report system at public high schools in the city of Singaraja. The CIPP model is used in this research. The population of this study was 200 teachers from three public high schools in Singaraja namely teachers of SMAN 1 Singaraja, SMAN 2 Singaraja, and SMAN 3 Singaraja with a total sample of 172 teachers. The data for each variable were collected by using the Five-point Likert scale questionnaire model with descriptive quantitative data analysis method. In order to determine the effectiveness of the E-report system implementation, the raw score is transformed into Z-score and into T-score continued to the verification of the score into the Glickman quadrant. The data analysis results show: 1) The effectiveness of the E-report system implementation from the context component is identified as effective (+), 2) The effectiveness of the E-report system implementation from the input component is identified as effective (+), 3) The effectiveness of the E-report system implementation from the process component is identified as effective (+), 4) The effectiveness of the E-report system implementation from the product component is identified as effective (+), The evaluation result on the effectiveness of the E-report system implementation from the context, input, process, product components simultaneously is identified as highly effective (+ + + +). Alternative solutions for the obstacles encountered in the implementation of the E-report system have been explored namely the solutions regarding the issue with the program coordinator contract status, organizational structure, teachers’ incompetence, students’ responses, low budget, and the socialization of the E-report program guidelines. Abstract

This research aims to determine: 1) the contribution of transformational leadership towards teachers’ performance, 2) the contribution of religiosity towards teachers’ performance, 3) the contribution of school culture towards teachers’ performance, 4) the contribution of emotional intelligence towards teachers’ performance, 5) the contribution of transformational leadership, religiousity, school culture, and emotional intelligence simultaneously towards the teachers’performance of Muhammadiyah high schools in Bali. The population of this study was 46 teachers. This study is classified as ex-post-facto with descriptive statistics analysis, simple correlation, partial correlation, multiple correlation, and multiple regression data analysis design. Data collection for this study was conducted by using the Five-point Likert scale questionnaire model. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership and teachers’ performance with 0,464 (ryx1) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,324 (ry.x1-x2,3,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 12,94% contribution of transformational leadership towards teachers’ performance, 2) There is a positive and significant correlation between religiosity and teachers’ performance with 0,546 (ryx2) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,354 (ry.x2-x,3,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 18,07% contribution of religiosity towards teachers’ performance, 3) There is a positive and significant correlation between school culture and teachers’ performance with 0,513 (ryx3) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,384 (ry.x3-x1,2,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 16,01%, contribution of school culture towards teachers’ performance, 4) There is a positive and significant correlation between emotional intelligence and teachers’ performance with 0,422 (ryx4) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,316 (ry.x4-x1,2,3) partial correlation coefficient, and 10,88%, contribution of emotional intelligence towards teachers’ performance, 5) There is a positive and significant correlation of transformational leadership, religiosity, school culture, emotional intelligence, and teachers’ performance simultaneously by 57,9%..

Abstract

This study aims to 1) develop an evaluation instrument for post-training management in the field of management; 2) measuring the impact/benefit of the management trainings that have been conducted using the evaluation instruments that have been prepared; 3) obtain suggestions/recommendations for follow-up from the evaluation results of post-management training. The research was conducted in Makassar City, Medan City, Surabaya City, and DKI Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach. The population in this study were alumni, direct supervisors, and colleagues from training alumni. The sampling technique is done randomly. Data were collected using questionnaires, documentation and interviews. Quantitative data analysis used the percentage of WMS and correlation with Partial Least Square (PLS), while the qualitative data used NVIVO 12. The results showed that most of the training alumni agreed that after attending the training, starting from leadership management, general management and construction management, the training alumni experienced changes. better work behavior. In addition, most of the alumni of the training agreed that after attending the training there was an increase in work that had a positive impact on organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Service Optimization, Work Motivation, and Employee Discipline in Measuring Performance Satisfaction Against Education Personnel in UPT and the Department of Education in the District of East Kutai. This causal study was carried out in eighteen districts and twenty UPTs and one education department in the District of East Kutai. The research method used is a quantitative method with multiple regression. The sample of this study was 102 respondents from 459 populations. The results of this study concluded that there was a significant positive effect both partially and simultaneously between the variables Optimizing Services, Work Motivation and Employee Discipline in Measuring Performance Satisfaction Against Education personnel in UPT and the Education department in District of East Kutai. Based on the results of this study, the researchers concluded that the better a service, the more educational personnel feels more satisfied at work (1), The higher motivation at work, the more satisfaction will be at work (2), The more disciplined employees are in carrying out the tasks in force, the more satisfaction they will have at work (3), The more optimal the service, the stronger the work motivation, and the more obedient employees carry out work discipline, the more they will increase the satisfaction of performance together with the education staff so that the service will get better as well

Abstract

The relatively small budget allocation of basic education in the West Java Province becomes a problem for improving the quality of based basic education as normatively stated in some documents of local development plans and regulations. Effective implementation of the policy is needed for improving basic education quality. From those points of view, there are some research questions : how about the financing ability of the government, what is the priority of educational budget allocation, how to use the budget, what is the result of the implementation of budget allocation policy and what is the impact of budget allocation policy implementation for improving the educational quality.The study was conducted through observing the process of educational budget allocation policy; the implementation of the policy; the achievement of basic education quality, in the use of using interview, library research and observation method. The method of post policy analysis was used to analyze the phenomenon of budget allocation policy in West Java Province. The result showed that the performance of the government of the West Java Province in implementing policy had been matched according to the principles of proportionality, efficiency and accountability but was not effective yet. The conclusion is that the result of budget allocation policy had relatively improved the quality of basic education.The recommendation is that more budgets must be given to basic education and budget allocation needs some priorities especially in providing school infrastructures, qualified teachers and personal cost. Meanwhile, some programs must be sharpened into quality improvement direction. Role sharing between national and local government needs to be continued until the compulsory education is accomplished.

Abstract

Abstract: Memorizing the Al-Qur'an is not an easy task and matter, but with good and structured management it can help the Al-Quan memorizers in facilitating the memorization process well and quickly so that the process of memorizing 30 juz does not feel burdensome. Islamic Center Campus Bin Baz Islamic Boarding School as a new campus boarding school in 2021-2022 has been able to produce 8 (eight) hafidzhoh 30 juz, researchers want to know in depth how the management of tahfidzul Qur'an learning management at Islamic Center Campus Bin Baz Islamic Boarding School FY 2021- 2022. The research method used is quantitative research by collecting observation data, interviews and documentation. The result of the research is that the management of tahfidzul Qur'an learning uses four stages, namely planning, implementation, controlling and evaluation. The key to the success of learning tahfidzhul quran are first; detailed planning, namely preparing a standard system, preparing tahfidz coordinators, competent tahfidz facilitators, making visions, missions, daily, weekly, semiannual and annual work programs, student programs, curriculum and so on in detail and detail. Second; implementation and control, namely carrying out programs that have been determined in accordance with the results of the data placement test for memorization ability, amount of memorization, and quality of reading. Al-Quran learning activities are adjusted to predetermined targets and programs. Controlling is carried out by the tahfidz section and all study programs and academics Third: evaluation, evaluation is carried out both manually and online both daily, weekly, monthly, semiannually and annually

Abstract

This study aims to describe the self-management of driving teachers in increasing students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Utara. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method to determine the phenomena in the field related to the self-management of driving teachers so that the information obtained is factual and accurate. The population of this study was the driving force teachers at SMAN 1 Kuta Utara, the sample used in this study was purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and primary and secondary data documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out until the data was saturated, that is, if there was no other information or it was the same, both the data from the same informant and different informants. The research results show that; 1) Motivator teacher self-management increases student learning motivation by knowing the purpose of work as an educator, namely not only by educating but also building character, guiding students' nature, interests, and talents, 2) Motivating teacher self-management increases student learning motivation students by carrying out self-development through education and training (training), reading books and journals literacy, and increasing competence in the field of technology, 3) Self-management of driving teachers increases student learning motivation by cultivating emotional intelligence through self-soothing activities before starting learning in class and also take a personal approach for students who have problems in learning, 4) Self-management of the driving teacher increases student learning motivation by managing time through making time lists and using group methods in the defense process horse.
