<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the educational facilities at SDN 036/II Sarana Jaya. to improve learning for students with special needs. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with interviews and documentation. The research subjects are Mrs. Reni Maryani as the class teacher at SDN 036/II Saran Jaya and the 5th grade students at SDN 036/II Sarana Jaya. Meanwhile, the research object is the implementation of the learning process at SDN 036/II Saran Jaya. From this research, it was concluded that at SDN 036/II Sarana Jaya, children with special needs (speech impaired) in Bungo Regency received facilities according to their needs, namely in the form of communication boards that made it easier for the children to express what they wanted to convey.]]>

<![CDATA[The launch of inclusive education in Indonesia with the aim of facilitating the educational needs of children with special needs (ABK) has been widely implemented throughoutIndonesia. Its implementation has found many obstacles or problems experienced by teachers and schools in implementing inclusive education at the elementary school level. The research subjects were teachers who taught at schools providing inclusive education. Data was obtained through an open-ended questionnaire (open questions). The research design used uses an indigeneous psychology approach, part of the scientific approachtradition, where an importand aspect in this approach is the effort to find appropriate methods to uncover phenomena in an investigation. The results of the research show that there are various problems encountered by teachers relate to the readiness of the school itself, such as the lack of teachers competence in dealing with ABK students, problems related to the lack of parental concern for ABK, in addition to the large number of ABK students in one class, and the lack of cooperation from various parties such as the community, experts professionals and government.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to identify the rights obtained by children with Autism in Public Elementary Schools in Bungo Regency. Autism is a developmental disorder that affects social interactions, communication, and individual behavior. Although children with autism have rights that need to be recognized and fulfilled in an educational environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and observation as data collection methods. This research was carried out on 6th grade students with autism at the Elementary School in Muara Bungo, totaling 2 students. The results of this research show that children with Autism in Public Elementary Schools in Bungo Regency have rights that need to be recognized and fulfilled, such as; inclusive education, specialized support, participation, protection and full development are important rights for children with Autism.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to analyze public perceptions of ABK who attend public schools. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews included in the questionnaire data, and documentation. The research subjects or informants are the surrounding community. The results of the research show that the public's perception of children with special needs (ABK) who attend public schools is that parents' (community) attention to children with special needs is 60%, parents' (community) understanding of children with special needs is 87% and the importance of service quality according to parents (community) towards children with special needs is 93%. In accordance with Law Number 20 of 2003, CHAPTER IV article (5) paragraph (1), that every citizen has the same right to obtain quality education.]]>

<![CDATA[Education is a conscious effort to prepare students through learning activities, guidance and practice to achieve knowledge that will be useful in the future. This research aims to determine the level of intervention services in the education of children with special needs. Intervention is an activity to stimulate children's basic abilities carried out on children who are slow or who have risk factors with the aim of catching up so that the deviations that occur do not get worse, or so that the obstacles that occur do not have a negative impact on subsequent development. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth research and observation as data collection methods. This research was conducted on students with certain disabilities in Bungo Regency by involving children with special needs in Bungo Regency. The level of intervention services carried out and followed up is in accordance with the limitations of the child with special needs.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to describe ways to improve intervention services for children with special needs at SKB 31/II State Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques include: observation and interviews. The subject of this research is a special supervising teacher for ABK. The research results show that in developing intervention services there are several things that need to be considered and considered, namely population, area, continuous services, and theoretical basis. By developing this program, the quality of intervention services for children with special needs in elementary schools can be improved.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out how regular teachers and students accept the presence of children with special needs, as well as how regular teachers and students respond to the physical presence of children with special needs in the 36 Sarana Jaya state elementary schools. This research approach is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. This research was conducted on teachers and regular students regarding admissions (children with special needs) to class V at 36 Sarana Jaya elementary schools. The results of the research show that teachers and regular students at the 36 public primary schools in Sarana Jaya well accept the presence of children with special needs, with the presence of children with special needs the teachers do not differentiate between regular students and students with special needs at the school. Class teachers and special teachers have provided learning services/guidance, behaved in a good manner which is equivalent to how teachers provide study guidance and behave to regular students. So it can be concluded that in state elementary schools 36 jaya facilities the teachers in these schools do not discriminate against students with special needs and do not differentiate between the backgrounds between regular students and students with special needs as well as regular students who do not choose to make friends, which means teachers and Regular students at the school accept and behave well towards students with special needs physically like normal students.]]>

<![CDATA[The research aims to determine the characteristics, factors that cause disruption, approaches that can be taken to overcome, and educational service models for children with special needs with emotional and behavioral disorders. This research is motivated by a variety of cases that occur related to the limitations of education obtained by children with special needs, even some of the childrenexperience discriminatory treatment. The research method is descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies from various references relevant to the symptoms observed. The collected data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively so that variations in characteristics and models of educational services can be seen for children with special needs with emotional and behavioral disorders. The results showed that children with emotional and behavioral disorders have characteristics including intelligence and learning achievement, social and emotional characteristics and immature, withdrawalbehavior. <![CDATA[Hak anak adalah bagian dari hak asasi manusia yang wajib dijamin, dilindungi, dan dipenuhi oleh orang tua, keluarga, masyarakat, pemerintah, dan negara. Hak anak yang wajib dipenuhi diantaranya adalah hak untuk memperoleh pendidikan dan pengajaran. Anak berkebutuhan khusus usia dini juga berhak mendapatkan layanan pendidikan. Anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) adalah anak-anak yang tumbuh dan berkembang dengan berbagai perbedaan dengan anak-anak pada umumnya. Istilah anak-anak dengan kebutuhan khusus tidak mengacu pada sebutan untuk anak-anak penyandang cacat, tetapi mengacu pada layanan khusus yang dibutuhkan anak-anak dengan kebutuhan khusus. Anak penyandang disabilitas fisik juga mempunyai hak dan kewajiban untuk mendapatkan fasilitas yang memadai di tempat mereka bersekolah.]]>

<![CDATA[Anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) adalah anak yang mempunyai sifat khusus dan berbeda dengan anak pada umumnya, yaitu tidak mungkin menunjukkan ketidakmampuan mental, emosional atau fisik, dan intelektual. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode deskriptif kualitatif adalah jenis penelitian yang ditujukan untuk memahami suatu peristiwa, seperti perilaku, kejadian, dan tindakan yang dialami oleh peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode deskriptif kualitatif adalah jenis penelitian yang ditujukan untuk memahami suatu peristiwa, seperti perilaku, kejadian, dan tindakan yang dialami oleh peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengerti bagaimana karakteristik-karakteristik tersebut mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak berkebutuhan khusus serta untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh orang tua dalam mengenali karakteristik-karakteristik tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh orang tua sendiri, seperti kurangnya pengetahuan tentang ciri-ciri dan klasifikasi anak berkebutuhan khusus secara akademik. Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) secara akademik memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam aspek akademik yang berbeda-beda.]]>
