Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of academic supervision of school supervisors, supervision of school principals, teacher performance, as well as to determine the effect of the implementation of supervision on educational psychology in improving the quality of education at SMP Negeri Lubuk Palas village. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with a phenomenological approach to interpret the phenomena that occur where the researcher is the instrument, the sampling of data sources is carried out by data collection techniques in the form of interviews. Respondents in this study were principals and teachers. The analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the implementation of the academic supervision of the school supervisor was quite good, the supervision of the principal was carried out well and in the high category and the teacher's performance was carried out well and in the high category. The results of inferential analysis using linear regression show that: (1) the competence of school supervisors' academic supervision has a significant effect on the quality of education, (2) the supervision of principals has a significant effect on the quality of education, (3) the competence of school supervisors' academic supervision and supervision of school principals simultaneously equally significant effect on the quality of educatio

Abstract

This study aims to examine the pattern of principal management in improving the personality competence of teachers in elementary schools. This study uses a qualitative approach. For information on this research data, researchers took several sources of information from the Principal at SD Terpadu Muhammadiyah 36 Medan. The results showed that the principal's management pattern in improving the teacher's personality competence at SD Terpadu Muhammadiyah 36 Medan was by planning a program to increase teacher personality competence, implementing a program to increase teacher personality competence and evaluating the program to increase teacher personality competence at SD Terpadu Muhammadiyah 36 Medan. The increase in teacher personality competence is carried out because the teacher is a role model for his students, therefore the teacher must have a good personality as an educator. In improving the personality competence of teachers at SD Terpadu Muhammadiyah 36 Medan, the principal applies Islamic values ​​sourced from the Qur'an and sunnah. After the implementation of the teacher personality competency improvement program, the principal then conducts an evaluation to review or ascertain whether the teacher's personality competence at SD Terpadu Muhammadiyah 36 Medan has increased or not and provides advice and motivation to teachers.

Abstract

The implementation of curriculum management in improving the quality of education is motivated by the development of increasingly sophisticated and globalized science and technology (IPTEK), so that it has an impact on almost all human life on earth today, including educational institutions. Educational institutions are required to be able to anticipate these changes by realizing quality education. In education management, curriculum management needs to be carried out by holding and applying the existing management principles so that the output produced is of quality. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of curriculum management in improving the quality of education at MTsN Binjai. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research at MTsN Binjai are: (1) curriculum planning in improving the quality of education at MTsN Binjai has been carried out collaboratively, meaning that by involving school personnel in all stages of curriculum planning; (2) the implementation of the curriculum in improving the quality of education at MTsN Binjai has been carried out in accordance with the general principles of curriculum development; (3) the evaluation of the curriculum in improving the quality of education at MTsN Binjai is carried out very well, as evidenced by the existence of a systematic effort in setting implementation standards.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the management of madrasah principals in fostering religious character education in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative method. Head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ali Imron in Jl. Bersama no. 19-21, Mr. Dahlia Bdr. Congratulations for being the main sample in this study, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation, data analysis of research results using reduction techniques, triangulation and drawing conclusions from research data. Based on this study, it was concluded that the management of the head of state of Madrasah Tsanawiyah in fostering religious character education in the digital era by leading to the psychological side of students which has implications for behavior, character building in children is carried out to create students who have good knowledge and behavior. The character of Tsanawiyah students has values ​​that come from Pancasila, religion, culture, and the goals of national education, namely honesty, tolerance, religious, discipline, cooperation, creativity, democracy, independence, national spirit, curiosity, love for the homeland, friendship. communicative, appreciative of achievement, love of peace, care for the environment, likes to read, cares about social, and is responsible other. The results showed that the management of the head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah in fostering religious character education had gone well with very good planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. Information technology helps facilitate all human activities, retrieval of information, convey information and literacy about adding knowledge in learning by utilizing technology, so that students can learn by utilizing learning resources to the fullest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan efektivitas belajar mengajar masa pandemi Covid-19 di SD Muhammadiyah 08 Medan Penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Muhammadiyah 08 Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi. Menajemen pembelajaran sangat penting kedudukannya dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar mengajar, apalagi di masa pandemi Covid-19 seperti yang kita alami saat ini. Berbagai usaha dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan tetap mempertimbangkan protokol kesehatan. Berbagai hambatan, kesulitan, dan keterbatasan dihadapi dalam proses belajar mengajar, mulai dari faktor guru, siswa, keluarga serta sarana dan prasarana yang kurang representatif, namun kementrian pendidikan dan kebudayaan (kemendikbud) tetap menginstruksikan seluruh guru di semua jenjang pendidikan agar dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan saat pembelajaran jarak jauh. Abstract

Literasi membaca merupakan kata yang sudah tidak asing lagi di telinga. Ada banyak manfaat yang di dapat dari kegiatan literasi ini. Pada zaman sekarang ini di setiap sekolah ataupun madrasah sudah menerapkan kegiatan literasi. Maka dari itu, peneliti mengambil judul penelitian manajemen pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan literasi membaca siswa di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Binjai bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pentingkah kegiatan literasi di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Binjai dan yang menjadi tujuan utama di lakukannya kegiatan literasi di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Binjai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif. Dimana penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang dilakukan di tempat lokasi Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Binjai untuk mendapatkan temuan langsung. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa wawancara langsung oleh guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Binjai, observasi ke lokasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan yang dihasilkan oleh penulis setelah melakukan penelitian di Madrasah Madrasah Tsanawiyah Binjai yaitu dengan adanya kegiatan literasi membaca dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membangun pendidikan karakter anak yang sudah memudah pada saat ini. Kegiatan literasi juga bermanfaat bukan hanya untuk lancar membaca saja tetapi untuk lebih memahami isi dari buku yang telah dibaca sebelumnya. Adapun kegiatan litersi di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Binjai dilakukan di dalam kelas bersama guru mata peljaran yang masuk sebelum belajar mereka melakukan kegiatan literasi tersebut selama 15 menit. Dengan adanya Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) dikembangkan berdasarkan Permendikbud Nomor 21 Tahun 2015 tentang Penumbuhan Budi Pekerti. Gerakan literasi sekolah bertujuan membiasakan siswa untuk membaca dan menulis guna menumbuhkan budi pekerti serta sangat mendukung untuk menumbuhkan siswa yang gemar membaca.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seorang Guru bagi masyarakat awam selama ini dipahami sebagai orang yang pekerjaannya mengajar. Ditambah lagi dengan Pergeseran pengertian guru dari orang yang pekerjaannya mengajar menjadi pendidik profesional, tetapi bagi sebagian orang mungkin tidak begitu dimasalahkan. Guru memiliki pengaruh yang luar biasa bagi arah pengembangan pendidikan di Indonesia pergeseran pemahaman terhadap guru dari mengajar menjadi pendidik sudah menjadi keputusan hukum di Indonesia yang telah disahkan baik aturan tentang Guru dan Dosen. Hukum memberikan penjelasan guru sebagai pendidik profesional ketimbang sebagai orang yang pekerjaannya mengajar dengan kemampuan tenaga professional. Siswa akan terdorong untuk belajar manakala mereka memiliki motivasi untuk belajar. 1) Kuatnya kemauan untuk berbuat, 2) Jumlah waktu yang disediakan untuk belajar, 3) Kerelaan meninggalkan kewajiban atau tugas yang lain, 4) Ketekunan dalam mengerjakan tugas. Menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa merupakan salah satu teknik dalam mengembangkan kemampuan dan kemauan belajar. Salah satu cara yang logis untuk momotivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran adalah mengaitkan pengalaman belajar dengan motivasi siswa.
