Abstract

Clinical supervision is an important part of the management aspect in an effort to oversee the implementation of education (from managerial and academic aspects) to improve quality (processes and services) in educational institutions. This article aims to help or facilitate the schools and teachers of MIS Al-Ittihadiyah Pangkalan Mansyur in order to carry out their duties and responsibilities to the fullest. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This means using a case study research design with a supervision instrument. So in analyzing it, the author uses interactive model data analysis, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. This study shows that the implementation of clinical supervision in improving the quality of teacher performance at MIS Al-Ittihadiyah must be thoroughly reviewed, so that it can create qualified and competent and competitive teachers in the future. So as to be able to create human resources in accordance with the needs of the 21st century

Abstract

Improving learning outcomes is a concrete form of learning evaluation and improving the quality of the learning process, so that learning necessitates this quality improvement. This study aims to describe efforts to improve student learning outcomes by using the snowball throw learning model in civics subjects on freedom of association. To find systematic (scientific) results, the researcher used a classroom action research approach with three stages, namely pre-action, first cycle, and second cycle. The background of this research took place at SD Negeri 108307 Pasar VIII, Buntu Bedimbar Village, with a total of 19 students (grade V). The results of this study concluded that the snowball throw learning model had a positive or significant impact on improving student learning outcomes. Pre-action results showed that 4 students achieved the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) (21.05%) and 15 students had not yet reached the KKM (78.95%). After using the snowball throw learning model, in cycle I there was an increase, where 7 students achieved KKM (36.85%) and 12 students had not reached KKM (63.15%). Furthermore, in cycle II 19 students had reached the KKM (100%). The implications of this study indicate that the snowball throw can help improve student learning outcomes through providing opportunities for cooperative learning or mutual cooperation to understand concepts and solve learning problems.

Abstract

Counselors as teacher's guidance and counseling should provide reinforcement of the noble values ??of Pancasila in the Qur'an in teaching and learning activities so that students are able to control themselves as good and obedient students in the life of the nation and state. Pancasila sublime value is embedded as the foundation of the Indonesian people who are the spirit of the nation. Administratively, in the 1945 Constitution, Pancasila contains the values ??of national character education which play an important role as a spiritual dimension, a cultural dimension and an institutional dimension. For this reason, the noble values ??of the Pancasila should be practiced in life and lived rather not only as symbols. Often the slogan of the Pancasila noble values ??is a guideline for the life of the nation and state and a reflection of religion because Pancasila itself is contained in the Qur'an itself. Indeed, the precepts in Pancasila, accept things, which are also new to Muslims. Affirmation to the essence of God, humanity, unity, deliberation and justice is a terminology that is widely used in the Qur'an to be the goal of Islamic prescribed. The problem among the natives with the packaging of Pancasila is indigenous (non-Arabic) so that the taboo and blind people judge it as a value that comes from religion. In this case, this article will be discussed in depth and analytically so as to be able to open up the discourse of thinking about the noble values ??of the Pancasila itself contained in the Qur'an.

Abstract

Citizenship education plays a role in every educational institution in Indonesia, especially in tertiary institutions, namely that students are expected to have insight and national awareness and form a caring attitude towards others. Teaching materials for civic education applied in tertiary institutions are associated with other subjects such as religious education, Pancasila moral education, social education, and the history of the formation of Pancasila as the foundation of the state. the method used in collecting information in this article uses the method of literature analysis. With sources of information in the form of books and journals. From the results of this analysis it is expected that citizenship education will become a basic subject that must exist at every level of education in Indonesia, especially at tertiary institutions. So that future generations of the nation are not only good citizens, but also instill the meaning of Pancasila in their character, nature and deeds and are able to apply the values of citizenship in their daily lives, both in the social environment and in the learning environment in universities. In addition, citizenship education also functions to shape the character of students to become individuals who are democratic and virtuous and care for others in the life of the nation and state.

Abstract

Keaktifan mahasiswa dalam organisasi Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) tidak hanya memberikan manfaat secara akademik, tetapi juga berperan dalam meningkatkan militansi terhadap negara. Organisasi ini membentuk pola pikir kritis, jiwa sosial, dan kepemimpinan yang kuat, sehingga menghasilkan kader-kader yang militan dalam memperjuangkan kepentingan bangsa dan negara. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana keaktifan di HMI berpengaruh pada peningkatan militansi mahasiswa kepada negara. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara dan analisis literatur, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam HMI memperkuat nilai-nilai kebangsaan, nasionalisme, serta tanggung jawab sosial. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan potensi mahasiswa melalui organisasi mahasiswa.

Abstract

Abstract

In a society that experiences symptoms of changes in social and cultural conditions, it is called socio-cultural change. Symptoms of changing social conditions always occur in a society. This research was conducted to: 1) Describe the environmental conditions in the village of Sundutan Tigo. 2) describes community activities such as community social activities caused by the advancement of science and technology. 3) describe what causes the social culture of society to change within the scope of science and technology progress. 4) describe what has arisen from socio-cultural changes for the Sundutan Tigo community. The data we collect through data complementary documents such as books, journals, articles and other literature related to this research. The results of this study are: 1) In Sundutan Tigo Village there is local wisdom, namely a community tradition in which there are values, which have been carried out from generation to generation and have changed. Advances in science and technology in the form of ideas and activities about the relationship between humans and God, as well as the environment. 2) good social relations are seen as important in society to maintain harmony. 3) there are factors that cause and the impact that occurs from social changes that result in things that are not the same in the current socio-cultural conditions with the previous year. Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the readiness of students in teaching, especially those who can manage classes and teach classroom social studies students for the 2023-2024 academic year at UIN North Sumatra Medan. This study focuses on the ability to manage courses, teaching styles, and readiness to teach students using quantitative research with an ex post facto approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire using the spss test version 2.2. This study uses two variables, namely classroom management (X1), teaching style (X2), and student teaching readiness (Y). The primary data used in this study is in the form of a questionnaire with 103 respondents. There was an influence between classroom management and teaching readiness because the t-value of the t-table > ( 7,994 > 1,984) and the significance level was 0.000 < 0.05. There was an influence between teaching style and teaching readiness because the t-value of the t-calculation > t table (9.224 > 1.984) and the significance level was 0.000 < 0.05. The simultaneity of Teaching Style and Classroom Management affects teaching readiness because of the value of f calculation > f table (27,635 > 3.09) and the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.
