<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze and understand the role of madrasah principals as managers in improving the quality of education of Islamic elementary schools in Cililin District, West Bandung Regency. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis is carried out in stages: data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. The results showed that the role of the madrasah principal as a manager in improving the quality of education was manifested in the planning of a systematic and measurable work program involving all components of the madrasa, the use of an effective and efficient situational leadership system, to be able to mobilize his subordinates to realize the school's vision and mission and display a communication style that is by the culture of the character of his associates.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to understand and analyze the management of natural center learning in early childhood in improving children's cognitive intelligence in Raudlatul Athfal Zainul Hasan, Tambelang Village, Krucil District, Probolinggo Regency. This research uses a qualitative type of case study. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis was carried out in a circular manner, starting from the data display, followed by drawing conclusions. The results showed that the learning management of natural centers in improving students' cognitive intelligence was carried out through planned and systematic planning by the teacher with reference to policies that have been determined by the government and existing local policies, followed by implementation of learning activities that try to bring students to the real world and ends with an evaluation based on authentic assessment.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find and analyze curriculum management in increasing competitive advantage in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo, East Java. This study uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that curriculum management in increasing competitive advantage at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid was carried out through; 1) planning, which includes analyzing activities for students, processing material content, analyzing learning techniques or methods, documenting learning components, providing motivation to students; 2) Implementation of the planning design that has been determined together by integrating the government curriculum and pesantren; 3) Evaluation of the implementation of the curriculum, both on the process and its outputs and outcomes, with the principle of continuous improvement.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze and examine the principal's supervision of teachers in developing children's receptive language. The researcher used a qualitative case study approach. This research was conducted at RA Perwanida III, Paiton Probolinggo. The results showed that implementing the principal's supervision of teachers in developing receptive language at RA Perwanida III was as follows; first problem mapping, second perception equalization, third implementation of supervision activities, and fourth results and follow-up plans. This research implies that supervision must be carried out in a planned and systematic manner with continuous improvement.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to understand how to create superior quality human resources in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo, East Java. This research is a case study qualitative research, in which researchers seek to understand the phenomena in improving the quality of superior human resources in madrasas. The results of this study indicate that the efforts made by madrasas in creating excellent quality human resources are carried out through, first, in-service training, namely education and training efforts to improve the competence and skills of teachers and employees. Second, the creation of an organizational culture that can encourage success. Third, making clear standard operating procedures to ensure that all decisions made are carried out correctly. Fourth, supervision and assessment as a medium that knows and measures the performance of existing resources.]]>

The goal is to realize the effectiveness of teacher performance and student learning and minimize organizational conflicts with the communication style they need to compete in international competitions, as well as to provide answers and help madrasas improve educational standards. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the financial governance of Islamic boarding schools where centralization and decentralization policies are the focus of this research. The research method uses qualitative research that is descriptive of a phenomenon that occurs at the research location. Data collection techniques used documentation, interviews, and observations with three steps, namely: data reduction (Data Condensation), data presentation (Data Display), and data verification (Data Verification). There is a problem where the change in decentralization policy to centralization in financial governance has an impact on the sustainability of pesantren education. From the results of the data analysis it can be concluded that in the financial management of Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid, financial governance is carried out through the process of financial planning, implementation, reporting, evaluation, and financial supervision. In this case, Islamic boarding schools need to issue a more decentralized financial policy direction in which regions and educational institutions can optimize their resources and be creative in managing their resources.]]>

<![CDATA[Teacher discipline and creativity are things that must exist in teachers. Teachers are always required to always be able to keep abreast of existing developments. Discipline and having high creativity will have an impact on students. According to several articles, creativity is needed in the world of education to support success. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher creativity and discipline on the learning motivation of class VIII students. This research uses quantitative research methods with correlational research types. with a research sample of 78 respondents who are students of MTsN 1 Malang City. Based on the results of partial and simultaneous testing, it was found that there was a positive influence between teacher creativity and discipline on student learning motivation. There is 20.4% teacher creativity affects student learning motivation and 25.5% teacher discipline affects student learning motivation.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to describe the management of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Ma'had Al-jami'ah STIT program in Bekasi Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research in the form of descriptive evaluation, namely an evaluation evaluation that identifies educational values or practices by collecting information and analyzing data systematically. Based on the results of the study, the management of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Ma'had Al-jami'ah STIT Bekasi Regency program includes program planning, program implementation and program control. The planning stage begins with deliberation or meetings between supervisors, setting the planned goals, formulating methods, and implementing the implemented strategies. The implementation of the tahfidz program is carried out by determining the time and place of program implementation, the stages of program activities which include coordination with related parties and orientation between the committee, supervisors and tutors, as well as orientation among students participating in tahfidz Al Qur'an. And the system and pattern of program implementation which includes the person in charge, supervisor, examiner, and participants. The control of the tahfidz program is carried out by directing the students who are carried out after the planning and implementation are determined.]]>
