Jurnal Perhotelan, Destinasi dan Perjalanan Wisata (Jurnal Tesla) is published by the Diploma Program in Tourism at the Merdeka University of Malang as a periodical which provides information and analysis of tourism issues (Hospitality, Tourism Destinations and Travel). This journal is open to academics, practitioners and is devoted to student research (thesis) that has been completed and final exam revisions. This journal is popular scientific in nature which includes theoretical thoughts and empirical research. Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of service quality and facilities on visitors' interest in using lodging services at the Grand Kolopaking Hotel, Kebumen. The sample specified in this study is that consumers use lodging services at the Grand Kolopaking Kebumen Hotel, namely as many as 100 respondents. The data collection method in this study was by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to samples that match the research criteria. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using the SPSS V.21 data processing program. In this study, based on the t test conducted, it shows that the service quality variable has no effect on visitor interest, while facilities have a positive and significant effect on visitor interest. Through the F test it is known that simultaneously the dependent variable has an effect on the independent variables and facility variables. While the rest is explained by other variables not examined in this study, such as promotions, perceived quality. From the research results, it was also found that the facility variable was the variable that had the dominant influence on visiting intentions.

Abstract

Brewlah Coffee and Roastery is a coffee shop business in Malang City which has been established for three years. Judging from the competition in the world of coffee shops in Malang City, it takes a good place, quality, and service to be able to compete in other culinary fields of MSMEs. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the quality of Barista products and services on guest satisfaction at Brewlah Coffee and Roastery. This study used 114 respondents who were guests of Brewlah Coffee and Roastery. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the guests of Brewlah Coffee and Roastery randomly. The data processing method uses a simple linear reference analysis method through the SPSS program. From testing the hypothesis, it was obtained that there was a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously between product quality and service quality on Brewlah Coffee And Roastery Guest Satisfaction. It can be interpreted that the better the product quality and service quality will further increase guest satisfaction, then other results obtained product quality has a dominant effect on guest satisfaction.

Abstract

Gastronomy, Local Cuisine and Food Tourism are three separate things but touch each other and many of the parameters are the same for the three concepts. Nasi Tiwul or what the Javanese call Sego Tiwul, is synonymous with originating from Trenggalek Regency. This research is a qualitative research in which interviews were conducted with well-defined traditional food buyers and sellers in Trenggalek. The results of interviews with informants prove that sellers are starting to embrace technological developments. The seller's awareness of technology has a significant influence on business development and increased sales of nasi tiwul. This is because the market share is getting wider. In addition, some of the buyers interviewed said that the weakness of the nasi tiwul business in Trenggalek was the lack of promotion. This causes not many people from outside the area who know and are interested in nasi tiwul.

Abstract

Hotel Montana is one of the hotels located in the center of Malang City, and is a popular accommodation for tourists. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of room attendant service quality on guest satisfaction at Hotel Montana Malang City. Writing This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all guests staying at the Hotel Malang, while the sample in this study was determined using the slovin formula. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire (questionnaire) given to respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. From the results of this study it can be concluded that service quality influences guest satisfaction staying at the Montana Hotel in Malang City intentions.

Abstract

Malang City Tourism has become one of the tourist destinations favored by visitors, with a good Marketing SIM from tourist destinations, the quality of information provided by these tourist destinations, and the quality of service when tourists visit these tourist destinations. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the existence of a marketing sim, information quality, and service quality on tourist loyalty in the Colorful Village of Malang City through tourist satisfaction. The population in this study were all people who had visited Kampung Warna Warni Malang City, with a total sample of 105 respondents and in this study the data analysis technique used was path analysis. The results of this study found that marketing SIM and service quality had a direct effect on tourist loyalty, while information quality did not have a direct effect on tourist loyalty. The results of this study also showed that marketing SIM, information quality and service quality had an effect on tourist loyalty through tourist satisfaction which can be interpreted that tourist satisfaction really mediates in this study. The conclusion that can be drawn is that tourists who are loyal to the tourist destination of the Colorful Village of Malang City are tourists who are satisfied with the marketing SIM, quality of information, and quality of service in the Colorful Village of Malang City.

Abstract

Petilasan Sri Aji Jayabaya is one of the religious and cultural tourism destinations in Kediri Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of tourist characteristics and tourist motivation on tourists' intention to return. This research is an explanatory research, using quantitative research. The population in this study were tourists who had visited the Sri Aji Jayabaya tourist destination with a total sample of 99 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the variable tourist characteristics partially has a significant effect on the intention to return variable, and the tourist motivation variable partially has a significant effect on the intention to return variable. The results of the analysis in this study also show that simultaneously the variables of tourist characteristics and motivation have a significant effect on the variable of intention to return.

Abstract

The business world is growing in various sectors, this is very influential on competition - competition in the business world which is increasingly widespread. In this case, it can make the company know what kind of marketing strategy it is and how to implement it. At this time consumer interest is increasing towards Coffee Shop, even in almost all big cities. Not only students and students, but also adults who are interested in coffee shops. Therefore, researchers conducted research on marketing strategies at Beryl Coffee Malang, at Jalan Tawangmangu No. 21. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with SWOT analysis. With the aim of knowing a good and appropriate marketing strategy for Beryl Coffee, it also draws conclusions from a SWOT analysis. Researchers use IFAS to conduct environmental research, using IFAS which contains the strengths and weaknesses of the company. Furthermore, using EFAS which contains an analysis of opportunities and threats for the company. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that in the SWOT diagram, Beryl Coffee's position is in quadrant 1, namely that this position has opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that can be used in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (growth oriented strategy).

Abstract

Kampung Adat Raja Prailiu merupakan desa wisata yang terletak di Kabupaten Sumba Timur yang masih terus mempertahankan budaya dan adat istiadatnya secara turun temurun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra destinasi dan electronic words of mouth terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan di Kampung Adat Raja Prailiu dengan minat berkunjung sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan mancanegara dan domestik yang berkunjung ke Kabupaten Sumba Timur tahun 2022 sejumlah 34.896 wisatawan. Penarikan jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh sejumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil analisis diperoleh citra destinasi berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan, electronic words of mouth berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan, citra destinasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan, electronic words of mouth berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan, minat berkunjung wisatawan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan, citra destinasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan melalui minat berkunjung wisatawan, electronic words of mouth berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan melalui minat berkunjung wisatawan.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction while staying at a hotel is influenced by several things, at this time apart from service, there is also CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, And Environment Sustainability) which was implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effectiveness of the application of CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, And Environment Sustainability) on customer satisfaction staying at Hotel Santika Premiere Malang City. The study used quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires and also observations to the Hotel Santika Premiere Malang City. After doing research, Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability affect customer satisfaction by 60.2%, it can be concluded that Cleanliness(X1), Health(X2), Safety(X3), Environmental Sustainability(X4) stimulants have a significant effect. and positive on the variable Customer Satisfaction (Y). Customer satisfaction felt when visiting or staying at Hotel Santika Premiere Malang is a feeling of security and comfort when serviced by hotel employees

Abstract

Jawa Timur memiliki banyak tempat tujuan wisata yang memiliki potensi besar salah satunya wisata pantai. Salah satu destinasi wisata yang banyak dikunjungi wisatawan di Kabupten Tulungagung ialah Wisata Pantai Gemah. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, Ancillary Destinasi Wisata Pantai Gemah terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali Wisatawan. Populasi penelitian adalah wisatawan yang telah berkunjung ke Wisata Pantai Gemah Tulungagung dengan sampel sejumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel attraction dan ancillary berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan, sedangkan accessibility dan amenity berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan. Keempat variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh simultan terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan, dan pada pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa attraction merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan ke wisata pantai gemah Tulungagung. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketika wisatawan berminat untuk mengunjungi wisata gemah Tulungagung yang paling diinginkan adalah melihat dan menikmati atraksi wisata yang ada di wisata pantai tersebut.
