Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan (1) Alih wahana cerita rakyat Watu Lawang ke dalam naskah drama Watu Lawang pada alur. (2) Alih wahana cerita rakyat Watu Lawang ke dalam naskah drama Watu Lawang pada latar. (3) Alih wahana cerita rakyat Watu Lawang ke dalam naskah drama Watu Lawang pada penokohan. (4) Relevansi alih wahana cerita rakyat Watu Lawang ke dalam naskah drama Watu Lawang dengan bahan ajar drama di SMA Negeri 2 Purbalingga. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan content analysis. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah dokumen cerita rakyat dan naskah drama Watu Lawang, informan 2 guru bahasa Indonesia kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Purbalingga. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis dokumen dan wawancara terpadu. Teknik uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi teori dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. Satu, hasil alih wahana cerita rakyat Watu Lawang sebagai naskah drama Watu Lawang pada alur banyak terjadi penambahan pada naskah drama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berisi perbandingan antara puisi “Hujan Bulan Juni” karya Sapardi Djoko Damono dengan puisi “Lereng Merapi” karya Sitor Situmorang dengan menggunakana kajian struktural. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persamaan dan perbedaan dari kedua puisi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif komparatif dan teknik studi keperpustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian ditemukan adanya persamaan kedua puisi yang terletak pada tema dan makna, yakni tentang kerinduan sang pengarang dengan menggunakan diksi yang menggambarkan alam, dan citraan gerakan. Perbedaan kedua puisi terletak pada tema dan makna kerinduan di objek yang berbeda, serta citraan di mana puisi “Hujan Bulan Juni” hanya memiliki citraan gerakan, sedangkan puisi “Lereng Merapi” memiliki citraan gerakan dan pendengaran. Aspek kerinduan dan alam pada kedua puisi termasuk dalam nilai-nilai budaya yang mengeskpresikan emosi dengan memeriksa hubungan manusia dan alam melalui diksi yang kuat.

Abstract

Gender is a social construction, both men and women are affected by its hegemony. If women are constructed to be feminine, men are expected to masculine. Traditional masculinity is hegemonic that it forces men to have masculine quality, such as active, aggressive, dominant, heterosexual and not-feminine. In society, they fight in arena of masculinity to prove themselves as the true man. As a study of gender, feminism is only centered on the study of gender oppression to women or how masculinity is the source of such oppression. Consequently, gender oppression to men are often marginalized. This research fills the gap on the current trend of feminism literary critics by highlighting how masculinity can oppress men and how men (both writer and character in the novel) respond and adapt with this hegemonic traditional masculinity. This research uses Eka Kurniawan’s Seperti Dendam Rindu Harus Dibayar Tuntas (2014) as material object. This research found that traditional masculinity oppress Ajo Kawir: the sexual violence against him goes unnoticed and he has to constantly prove himself as a man through violence. In this novel, Ajo Kawir also shows the negotiation process with hegemonic masculinity in three different phases. As a writer, Eka Kurniawan tries to offer an alternative masculinity, but because masculinity is hegemonic, this alternative masculinity does not completely break the construction of traditional hegemonic masculinity. In his alternative there are aspects that are different from traditional masculinity and some that remain the same.

Abstract

Textbooks are one of the most widely used learning resources to improve student quality. The selection of textbooks is adjusted to the learning materials and current curriculum, as known as the Merdeka Curriculum. This research aims to analyze the appropriateness of the content and presentation of Competent Indonesia Language textbooks for class XI SMA/MA curriculum published by Erlangga. This research includes qualitative descriptive research. The focus of this research is in accordance with the BSNP assessment standards regarding the appropriateness of the content and presentation of textbooks. The variables of this research are all chapters in the Competent Indonesia Language textbooks for class XI SMA/MA published by Erlangga. The data sources used in this research consist of primary data and secondary data. The primary data source in this research is the Competent Indonesia Language textbooks for class XI SMA/MA class IX published by Erlangga. Secondary data sources in this research are relevant interviews, articles, and books. The data collection techniques are use note-taking and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques are use interactive models. The validity test of the data using triangulations sources and theory. The results of the research show that the appropriateness of the Competent Indonesia Language textbooks for class XI SMA/MA the Merdeka Curriculum published by Erlangga includes the suitability of the material with the Learning Outcomes in the Merdeka Curriculum which consists of completeness, breadth and depth of the material, obtaining a percentage of 63.5% (feasible) while the assessment of the accuracy of the material obtained a percentage of 76.25% (feasible). The feasible of presentation in the Competent Indonesia Language textbooks for class XI SMA/MA Merdeka Curriculum published by Erlangga as a whole includes presentation techniques getting a percentage of 75.00% (feasible) while learning presentations get a percentage of 75.00% (feasible), as well as completeness of presentation obtained a percentage of 75.00% (feasible). The conclusion of this research is that the overall material contained in these textbooks are appropriate based on the Learning Objectives (LO) and Learning Achievement (LA) in the Merdeka Curriculum. This book is suitable to be used as a book for schools that have implemented the Merdeka Curriculum. The presentation of the material in these textbooks are in accordance with the description of the substance of the material between sub-chapters which is explained proportionally taking into account Learning Achievements and Learning Objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the syntactic complexity in the discourse of the Indonesian language textbook of the Merdeka Curriculum for grade VII SMP / MTs with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the form of Word Counter Tool and Natural Language Toolkit. This research uses a mixed-method approach with the content analysis method. The data collection techniques taken include questionnaires, document observation, and literature study. The data source in this study is the Indonesian language textbook for class VIII of the independent curriculum. The data analysis in this study used Miles and Huberman's theory, namely: (1) Data Reduction; (2) Data Presentation; and (3) Conclusion Drawing. The results of this study indicate that the complexity of syntactic aspects in Chapter 1 obtained a weighted score of 375 with a score percentage of 62.5%, chapter 2 obtained a weighted score of 324 with a score percentage of 54%, chapter 3 obtained a weighted score of 359 with a score percentage of 59.8%, chapter 4 obtained a weighted score of 534 with a score percentage of 89%, chapter 5 obtained a weighted score of 340 with a score percentage of 56.6%, and chapter 6 obtained a weighted score of 480 with a score percentage of 80%. The analysis shows variations in the number of single sentences, complex sentences, and keywords contained in each chapter. AI-based discourse analysis produces data presentations related to the application of syntactic aspects quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ekokritik dalam cerpen Bidadari Serayu karya Sungging Raga untuk pembelajaran sastra di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan teori ekokritik sastra sebagai tinjauan pustakanya. Temuan pada penelitian ini merujuk pada kerusakan sungai yang terdapat dalam cerpen Bidadari Serayu karya Sungging Raga. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bentuk kerusakan terhadap sungai yang terdapat pada cerpen Bidadari Serayu karya Sungging raga, mengakibatkan kekhawatiran masyarakat dan permasalahan perubahan warna air sungai. Perubahan warna air mengganggu ekosistem yang ada di sungai Serayu. Kerusakan air sungai merupakan bentuk dari kerusakan ekologi yang berdampak buru bagi keberlangsungan ekosistem di sekitarnya. Kajian ekokritik dalam pembelajaran sastra di Sekolah Menengah Atas diharapkan dapat menumbukan kepekaan peserta didik sebagai generasi Z terhadap permasalahan lingkungan dan dapat memunculkan gerakan untuk melestarikan alam.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the suitability of the Pancasila Student Profile value in the description of the class VIII Indonesian language textbook published by Intan Pariwara. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature. The data source in this research is the Class VIII Indonesian language textbook published by Intan Pariwara. The data in this research is about descriptions labeled Hots. The data collection techniques used in this research are notetaking and documentation. This research produced 25 data including the dimension of faith, there is 1 data, there are 2 data for diversity, there are 4 data for mutual cooperation, there are 9 data for independence, there are 9 data for creativity, and there are 9 data for critical thinking. Of these six dimensions, there are questions in the form of hots and lots. From several data findings, there were only 3 dimensions or profiles of Pancasila students that were most dominant, namely independent, creative and critical reasoning. In the independent dimension, students are asked to express their opinions, in the creative dimension, students are asked to make advertisements as creative as possible, and in the critical reasoning dimension, students are asked to find language errors and then correct them.

Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of sentence errors in the class X Indonesian language textbook published by Bumi Aksara. The aim of this research is to describe and explain syntactic errors in the areas of phrases, clauses and sentences. The design method used in this research is qualitative research using descriptive analysis. The research data source was taken from the class X Indonesian language textbook published by Bumi Aksara. Data collection techniques are documentation techniques and note-taking techniques. The data analysis carried out consisted of three processes, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research instrument in this research is the researcher himself. The results of the research show that the data found is dominated by errors in language use in the field of syntax in the form of wasted words, inappropriate use of conjunctions, and use of ineffective sentences. Based on the data that has been obtained, the language errors that are often dominantly found in text book writing are syntax errors.

Abstract

Understanding the concepts of female, feminine, and feminist is often framed in patriarchal power so that the three concepts seem vague and taxa. In feminist literary studies, the position of women, both as biological, culturalist, and political selves, has a very important role in manifesting their self-actualization. R.A. Kartini was allegedly a figure of feminism in Indonesian culture long before the women's movement in America had distinguished these three concepts. Kartini's concept of women is important because it places women precisely in biological, culturalist, and political frameworks. This article will discuss the concept of women in the lens of women biologically (female), culturalist (feminine), and political (feminist) in the context of the novel Perempuan di Point Zero by Nawal El Saadawi. The method used is descriptive qualitative analytic with novel as the source as well as research data. The discussion in this study uses a feminist literary framework that places women as objects of study so that women can be placed as individual, social, and political creatures as a whole and appropriate. The results showed that women were not placed in appropriate positions in this novel by El Saadawi so that more comprehensive emphasis and explanation of the position of women both individually, socially, and politically needed. Thus, women can be manifested as individual, social, and political beings more fully.

Abstract

Penyusunan dan implementasi modul ajar pada kurikulum merdeka memerlukan adaptasi. Perbedaan kualifikasi sumber daya menyebabkan adanya perbedaan penyusunan dan implementasi modul bahasa Indonesia di jenjang SMA. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan memberi analisis dan deskripsi dalam penyusunan, pengenalan, penerapan, dan dampak penggunaan modul ajar bahasa Indonesia di SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo dan SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta. Jenis metode yang diterapkan dalam melaksanakan penelitian yaitu metode kualitatif. Sedangkan jenis metode pengumpulan data yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini melalui wawancara kepada guru mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo dan SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta. Sumber data yang menjadi rujukan adalah hasil wawancara dan studi kasus terkait. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, terlihat adanya beberapa persamaan dan perbedaan pada kedua sekolah sebab kemampuan sekolah yang berbeda pula. Penelitian ini substansial karena menunjukkan gambaran penyusunan dan penggunaan modul ajar serta pengaruhnya di satu wilayah yang dapat dijadikan referensi dan evaluasi.
