Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of: 1) leadership behavior on employee performance. 2) internal control over employee performance. 3) motivation towards employee performance. 4) leadership behavior, internal control and motivation on employee performance. The research method is to use quantitative research. The data used are secondary and primary data. Data analysis using SPSS software version 20. The sampling technique uses saturated sample amounted to 51 employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of South Konawe Regency. The results showed that; 1) leadership behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) internal controlpositive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) motivationpositive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) leadership behavior, internal control and motivationpositive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine and analyze the effect of big-five personality affecting the performance of agricultural extension officers simultaneously; to examine and analyze the effect of extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability and openness to new experience on the performance of agricultural extension officers in Wakatobi Regency. The unit of analysis of the study was the agricultural extension officers at the Wakatobi Regency Agricultural Service. Respondents who were sampled were 105 officers. Data collection techniques included distributing questionnaires followed by conducting interviews and in-depth documentation. Data analysis was carried out through two stages which were descriptive and quantitative analysis. The analytical method used to examine the hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS 23.The result of the study indicates that big-five personality has positive and significant effect on the performance of agricultural extension officers in Wakatobi Regency, as well as Extroversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Emotional Stability and Openness to New Experience having positive and significant effects on the performance of agricultural extension officers in Wakatobi Regency.Keywords: big-five personality; extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability and openness to new experience, performance

Abstract

This research indentify and analyze factors that influence the absorption of rate of goods expenditure budget management working units of APBN users in Sulawesi Tenggara. The population of this research is the working units of APBN users in Sulawesi Tenggara. Working units who participate is 223 users by filling the online questionnaire deployed through the online. Data analyzed by using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) method with SPSS 25 application. The result of this research are six factors that influence the low absorption of the spending, they are the factor of budget implementation, procurement of goods, the use of fund, ineffective planning, the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, dan geographical. The sum of variance that explained those factors is 62.493%, and the remaining 37.507% explained by other factors.

Abstract

This objectives this study are: (1) to determine and analyze the effect of intellectual capital on the profitability of food and beverage manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (2) to determine and analyze the effect of corporate governance on the profitability of food and beverage manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection using secondary data with population is food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2016, as many as 16 companies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with the number of companies that meet the criteria used as research samples as many as 11 companies with a period of 3 years. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS version 22.00. The results of this study indicate that (1) intellectual capital has no effect and is not significant on profitability (2) corporate governance has no effect and is not significant on the profitability of food and beverage sector manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the direct and indirect influence of work discipline and organizational culture to the employees performance trough organizational commitment. The population in this research was 119 employees in Kendari class IIA Penitentiary with 25% samples from 119 calculate by Arikunto. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires derectly to the respondent. The technique of data analysis was Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0                 The research result showed work discipline influenced positively and signifikanly toward organizational commitment and employee performance. Organizational culture directly influence but not significant to organizational commitment. Organizational culture have positive and signifikant influence to employee performance. Organizational commitment have positive and significant influence to employee performance. Organization commitment is able to mediate work discipline on employees performance. Organization commitment is not to mediate organizational culture on employees performance.

Abstract

The This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Regional Taxes, Regional Retribution, and Other legitimate local revenue on Regency/City Original Revenues in Southeast Sulawesi Province for the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study is a report on the realization of the revenue budget in the form of Regional Taxes, Regional Retribution, and Other legitimate local revenue and Regency/City local-owned source revenue in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The data used in this study is secondary data that uses a time series for the 2015-2019 period, totaling 85 observational data. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions).                  The results of the research analysis show that Regional Taxes have a positive effect on local-owned source revenue, Regional Retribution have a positive effect on local-owned source revenue, and Other legitimate local revenue also shows a positive influence on local-owned source revenue. Meanwhile, in the determination test, it is said that Regional Taxes, Regional Retributions, and Other Legitimate PAD contribute to local-owned source revenue by 97.9%, the remaining 2.1% is obtained from other factors not examined. So it can be concluded that Regional Taxes, Regional Levies, and Other legitimate local revenue are the main contributors to local-owned source revenue.

Abstract

The effect of compensation, motivation and work environment on the performance of nurses at Bahteramas Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of compensation, motivation and work environment on the performance of nurses at Bahteramas Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research approach is a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 371 nurses at the Bahteramas Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 79 nurses with the random sampling technique. The research model used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20 software.The results showed that partially compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance; motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. While the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on performance. Simultaneously compensation, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimal number of orders, estimated costs, reorder points, and safety stock. This study uses quantitative methods and aims to provide inventory control proposals using Continuous Review System analysis and Forecasting with QM software for windows. So as to obtain optimal order results A3 + Glossy 8060 pack stickers with a cost of Rp. 545,508,208.43. A3 + Matte stickers 3,238 pack with a fee of Rp 237,554,470.91. A3 + Transprent 4,181 pack stickers at a cost of Rp. 294,737,067.25. Furthermore, a Reorder Point point of 1,520 packs for Glossy, 687 packs for Matte, and 732 packs for Transparent and Safety Stock Level for Glossy of 189 packs was obtained. Matte of 117 packs, Transparent of 97 packs. Based on the results of these calculations it can be concluded that using the Continuous Review System method can control inventory and estimate the cost to be incurred more effectively and efficiently by the company. Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of variable brand image, price and product quality on purchasing decisions at Brownte Kendari Shop.This study uses a quantitative approach and is categorized as survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The object of this study is customers who buy Brownte products. The population in this study were all customers who bought unknown amount of Brownte products. The sample in this study was 80 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was to use accidental sampling, the method of collecting data in this study was using questionnaires and interviews. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 16.0 program.  The results of this study use that Brand Image, Price and Product Quality Have Positive and Significant Effects on Purchase Decisions.Keywords: brand image, price, product quality, purchasing decision

Abstract

The development of the bakery business in Indonesia can now be fairly rapid. The existence of bread that is starting to be liked by all circles of society makes this bakery business a promising business. The scale of business in this field is also diverse, ranging from small, medium to large industries.The purpose of this study was to determine the application of personal selling strategies at Aldina Bakery Tasikmalaya.Personal Selling is one way to market products to increase company revenue. The increase in a company will be a support for the existence of a business to remain standing in the midst of competition with other companies, both those that have been around for a long time and with emerging competitors.The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach.The results obtained are that the Aldina bakery company has implemented the stages of personal selling, which have not been implemented optimally, namely: Pre-approach, Overcoming Objections and Follow-up and Maintenance. While those that have been implemented optimally are looking for prospective customers and qualifying them, presentations and demonstrations and closing salesIn addition, Aldina bakery also applies a form of personal selling including Door to door selling, Mail order, Telephone selling, Direct selling.
