Abstract

This study aims to determine whether profit growth and investment opportunity sets on earnings quality in the Trading Services sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection uses secondary data obtained from financial statements using purposive sampling techniques. The population is the Trade Sector Services Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 for a total of 167 observations. While the samples taken amounted to 59 observations. The results of the research variable data have been tested for classical assumptions in the form of normality assumptions, multicollinearity assumptions and heteroscedasticity assumptions. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression techniques.The results of the research partially show that Profit Growth has a positive effect on earnings quality, while the Investment Opportunity Set has no effect on Profit Quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the marketing mix has a partial or simultaneous effect on consument decisions to stay at Hotel D’Blitz Kendari. The variable in this study is a marketing mix consisting of product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process, packaging, partnership and programming.The population in this study are all consument who stayed at Hotel D’Blitz Kendari. The sample in this research is 66 respondents using the theory of Malhotra (1993), the sampling technique using accidental sampling, the sampling technique based on chance that anyone who accidentally met with investigators can be used as a sample. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the T test and F test.The results showed that product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process, packaging, partnership and programming had a positive and significant effect on consument decisions to stay at Hotel D’Blitz Kendari partially or simultaneously. With the value of R Square (R2) of 0.819, it means 81.9%, then the proposed research hypothesis can be accepted.Keywords: marketing mix and consument decisions to stay.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect; 1) the influence of spiritual leadership, organizational culture and work behavior simultaneously on employee performance. 2.) the influence of spiritual leadership, on employee performance. 3.) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and 4) the influence of work behavior on employee performance. the research method is to use quantitative research. the data used are secondary and primary data. data analysis usingspss software version 20. the sampling technique uses saturated sample amounted to 51 employees at class iib unaaha state prison. the results showed that; 1) spiritual leadership, organizational culture and work behavior simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. 2)spiritual leadershippositive and significant effect on employee performance. 3)organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competencies, quality of work life and workload on employee job satisfaction in the ministry of the city / land office of the city of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees in the ministry of the city / municipal land office of the city of Southeast Sulawesi with a sample of employees of 42 people. The analysis used multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM MSS software 22. The results showed that (1) competence, quality of work life and workload had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) competence had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (3) quality of word life has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and (4) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: competence, quality of work life, workload and employee job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of discipline, organizational commitment and work environment on the performance of personnel at the Kendari Police Sabhara Unit. This research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the personnel at the Kendari Police Sabhara Unit with a sample of 56 people. The analysis used multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 22 Software.  The results showed that (1) Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Personnel Performance at the Kendari Police Sabhara Unit, (2) Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant impact on Personnel Performance at the Sabhara Polres Unit. Kendari, and (3) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the personnel in the Kendari Police Sabhara Unit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and explain the effect of organizational change on employee performance with organizational culture as a mediating variable at the UPTP Ministry of Manpower in Kendari. The approach of this research is a survey with explanatory research design. Data collection was carried out using survey methods through questionnaires and interviews. The study population was 62 employees at the UPTP Ministry of Manpower in Kendari. Because the population in this study is relatively small, all populations in the study are made as respondents. The analytical equipment used is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that the effect of organizational change had a positive and significant effect on organizational culture; organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; organizational change has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culture can mediate well between organizational change variables and employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to ensure the influence of brand trust, OBC trust (Online brand community), and repurchase intention to positive eWOM's intentions on coffee shop (Starbucks Coffee) Customers in Jakarta. Data collection was conducted through a survey by spreading questionnaires online and obtained a sample of 152 Starbucks Coffee respondents domiciled in Jakarta. Then the data is processed, reliability and validity tests are carried out to ensure the statement indicator used is reliable and valid. Then the data is processed, reliability and validity tests arecarried out to determine the indicators of the statement applied is credible and valid. Then, the data is analyzed using the partial least squareequation model (PLS-SEM) with smartPLS 3.3 software. The results of the analysis proved that there are two of the three research hypothesessupported. The results stated that the trust of OBC (online brand community) and repurchase intentions positively influenced the intention to engagein eWOM positively. But this study is limited, one of which is a respondent who focuses on Starbucks Coffee domiciled in Jakarta, making it difficult togeneralize.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and examine the influence of leadership on employee performance, motivation on employee performance, organizational justice on employee performance, and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research approach is a survey. The data was collected in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all Civil Servants (PNS) and Non-PNS as many as 98 people. The sampling technique is a saturated sample (census) where the entire population is used as the research sample. The data analysis technique to answer the research hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that leadership had a significant effect on employee performance, motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, organizational justice had a significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the effect of supervision, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. To find out and analyze the effect of supervision and work motivation on work discipline, and see the mediating role of work discipline. This research was conducted at the Institute for Special Child Development Institution Class II Kendari. The population in this study amounted to 46 staff employees, sampling using census techniques with a total sample of 46 people. Research data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of this study indicate that the higher level of supervision conducted will be able to improve work discipline and employee performance. Likewise, the higher work motivation of employees will lead to increased work discipline and employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the micro fundamentals of financial ratios, namely profitability which is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Interst Margin (NIM), Efficiency proxied by Operational Efficiency (BOPO) Asset Quality proxied by Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and Liquidity proxied by the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of Commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The period of observation in this study is 5 years, starting from 2011 to 2015.  The population used in this study amounted to 43 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2011-2015. The sample selection technique uses purposive sampling method, and 17 banking companies are used as samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Processing data using Eviews 7  Based on the results of data analysis, partially ROA, ROE, NIM have an effect on and significant on CAR, BOPO, NPL, and LDR ratios that have no effect on CAR. Based on the ANOVA test, it is known that the F statistic is 9,061 with a significance of 0,000. Adjusted R-Square value is 0.371, this means that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 37.1%, while the rest is explained by other variables outside the research model. Keywords: CAR, ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO, NPL, & LDR
