Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the assessment of education policies in Indonesia. Research that examines how policies implemented by the government work and how effective these policies are in realizing national education goals. The approach used is qualitative, applying the library observation method. This research uses a qualitative approach with the literature observation method. Information was collected from various sources, including policy documents, literature, scientific articles, evaluation reports, and interviews with related parties in the education sector. Research findings reveal that despite some successes, there are still major challenges that hinder the effectiveness of education policies, such as resource inequality, suboptimal mutual teaching, and lack of community involvement. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide valuable input for policy makers in designing more targeted and sustainable strategies to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Technological developments in the current era of globalization have provided many benefits in developments in various social perspectives. Along with the rapid progress of technology, communication with young people in social areas or in school areas now understands technology that uses internet networks, namely social tools. In today's technological advances, one of the most emerging applications that is very popular among children and young people is the Tiktok application. Academic ethics implemented on social media do not always provide a good image, or an image that fits the age limit of each child. This has caused many users of the social media TikTok to ignore numbers, norms and academic ethics. This makes it possible for there to be tensions that may arise between users of social media as an individual or group which results in a negative attitude. The aim of this research is to identify the challenges and actions of academic ethics in the digital era in the TikTok application. This research uses qualitative information with literary observation research procedures. The results of this research report that there are consequences for academic ethics in the digital era in the TikTok application. Not only that, there are challenges to academic ethics in the digital era in the TikTok application, which is a challenge for parents and consumers themselves. On the other hand, academic ethical actions in the digital era in the TikTok application originate from consumer ethical actions in the TikTok application. Academic ethics is not only related to good speech but also sincere actions expressed in the communication displayed. As a result, this form of attitude will produce a two-way communication that indicates mutual attention and support between the parties speaking. Recommendations for overcoming this negative impact must involve collaboration between seniors, educators and policy creators with consumers, especially under-aged consumers, to increase understanding of the risks and provide clearer principles regarding the responsible use of social media.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low learning outcomes of students in economics subjects. This research aims to determine whether there is an increase in student learning outcomes through the application of the make a match type cooperative learning model assisted by pair card media. The method used is a quasi-experimental method in the form of nounequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all students in class XI IPS at SMAN 6 Tasikmalaya. By taking samples using a purposive sampling technique, there were two classes, namely class XI IPS 2 as the experimental class and XI IPS 3 as the control class. The data collection technique uses a multiple choice test with 30 questions and the data analysis techniques used are the Paired Samples T-test and the Independent Samples T-test. The results of this research show that: 1) There are differences in the learning outcomes of students in the experimental class who used the make a match type cooperative learning model assisted by pair card media before and after treatment. 2) There are differences in the learning outcomes of students in the control class who use the card sorting model before and after treatment. 3) There is a difference in the increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class which uses the make a match type cooperative learning model assisted by pair card media and the control class which uses the sorting card learning model after treatment.

Abstract

A noble civilization is built through education that focuses on human development. Human development through education does not escape the philosophy behind an education system. Recently, the world of education has faced the storm of capitalism and liberalization of education, so that human development according to the nation's identity has experienced a shock that is quite pronounced. The purpose of this research is to reveal the philosophy of perenilism in education. This research method uses a qualitative method that presents a comprehensive data inventory analysis, categorization and inference. The results of this study reveal that perennialism in education is still very much needed in Indonesia, considering that it is very relevant to the ideological foundation of the country which holds tightly to noble values and culture as something that must be preserved.

Abstract

Bullying is a serious problem that often occurs in primary, secondary and higher education units. The onset of bullying begins with a person's dislike for others, differences between groups / individuals, and various factors of physical, psychological, social, economic, cultural and racial conditions. The impact of bullying can be fatal for victims both physically and psychologically. Bullying prevention efforts through cultural education of tolerance and culture of peace are strategic solutions to create a safe and conducive school environment. Culture of tolerance and culture of peace education instil values of mutual respect, respect for differences and peaceful resolution of problems to students. These values instilled in Ma'had Al Zaytun students become an important foundation for building an inclusive school environment that is free from bullying. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Information was obtained from School Management, Dormitory Management, Student Affairs and Counselling teachers. Data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman analysis with data validity testing triangulation techniques and data sources. This study reviews the impact and importance of tolerance and peace culture education in preventing bullying, the role of tolerance and peace culture education as a preventive measure of bullying. It discusses strategies for implementing tolerance and peace education in school and dormitory environments, including through the curriculum, extracurricular activities and learner development. In conclusion, by instilling the values of tolerance and peace to learners, we can create a learning environment (school), dormitory environment, activity environment (field) that is safe, conducive and inclusive of all.

Abstract

One of the main components in a learning process is the existence of learning media. Learning media is a tool that can help teachers to convey learning material so that children can have interest and interest in the learning material presented. It's just that in using learning media, the teacher must be able to choose learning media that suits the material to be delivered and the teacher must also adapt to the character of his students in choosing learning media. Some teachers still do not understand how important it is to use learning media that is appropriate to learning so that learning does not feel monotonous and boring for students. Therefore, in this research the author uses the library research method to examine how important appropriate learning media is for the teaching and learning process. The results of the research state that appropriate learning media is very important in supporting student learning. Choosing the right lesson can help students understand the learning material presented by the teacher. Learning media can provide concrete experiences and also act as intermediaries that help student learning.

Abstract

School is a place to socialize and learn. namely educational institutions that train students to cultivate character and facilitate students to grow and explore student potential so that they can produce a generation that is productive, creative and able to answer challenges. In our country, education is expected to be able to build the religious character of students, including Islamic education. Learning Islamic religious education is considered very urgent in the framework of building students' character values ​​who are religious humanists. The aim of this research is to answer the problem of what is the concept of Islamic education for elementary school students? How is Islamic religious education learning implemented in developing students in elementary schools? This research method uses qualitative research. Problems are discussed through literature study. Building the character of elementary school students is an effort to shape the character of students who do not separate two things that should go hand in hand, namely divine and human orientation as a form of developing human nature based on the noble values ​​of Islam. Religious character values ​​are expected to be able to lead the educational process towards a balance between the two hablun min Allah and hablun min al-nas.

Abstract

The use of Virtual Reality (VR) in the gaming industry has experienced rapid growth, providing immersive and immersive gaming experiences. This research explores the application of VR in the game "Creed: Rise to Glory - Champions Edition," a boxing game that utilizes VR technology to create a realistic experience. The research focus includes evaluating the gaming experience, health benefits, technical challenges, and social impacts of VR use. Findings show that the game provides a highly immersive experience with responsive motion controls, increasing players' emotional and physical engagement. Apart from being entertainment, "Creed: Rise to Glory - Champions Edition" also proves the potential to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and body coordination through physical activities integrated in the gameplay. However, VR use also faces challenges such as cybersickness and technical issues related to hardware performance. Social implications including potential social isolation due to excessive use are also a concern.Thus, this research concludes that VR has great potential to change the interaction paradigm in the gaming industry, but requires careful technical development and risk management to maximize its benefits for users.
