Abstract

Pandemi yang berlangsung hampir 2 tahun dan melanda seluruh dunia saat ini membuat para pelaku ekonomi baik usaha kecil maupun besar menjadi terdampak. Permasalahan kelompok Usaha Kecil Dan Menengah (UKM) selama masa pandemi korona yaitu: penjualan mengalami penurunan pandemi, lemahnya promosi dan rendahnya pengetahuan pengelolaan dana usaha menjadi sebab bagi penurunan penghasilan mereka. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan digital marketing dan literasi finansial kepada Pelaku UKM binaan Laznas Yakesma Medan yang saat ini terdampak dari sisi penjualan produk dan penghasilan ekonomi keluarga. Manfaat kegiatan yaitu membantu menyelesaikan sebagian permasalahan yang mereka hadapi. Metode yang dipakai yaitu dengan melakukan workshop dan pelatihan digital marketing dan literasi finansial baik secara luring serta coaching clinic dan evaluasi kegiatan setiap 2 pekan sekali dengan mitra selama 2 bulan untuk lebih memantapkan dan memastikan hasil dari pemahaman digital marketing dan literasi finansial para mitra. Hasil yang diberikan berupa transfer ilmu digital marketing dan literasi finansial yang nantinya diharapkan kelompok UKM ini dapat melakukan promosi produknya dan membuat konten yang baik serta mampu mengelola finansial usaha dengan memisahkannya dengan keuangan pribadi melalui pengetahuan literasi finansial yang telah mereka terima. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah meningkatnya penghasilan para pelaku UKM sehingga dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga. Kesimpulan dalam pelatihan digital marketing dan literasi finansial kepada pelaku UKM binaan Laznas Yakesma Medan, terlihat antusias untuk mengikuti sampai selesai dan cepat memahaminya.

Abstract

Bisnis Industri hiburan merupakan bisnis dalam bidang jasa yang menghadirkan beragam pengalaman kepada konsumen, salah satu bisnis hiburan yang sangat terkenal saat ini adalah perfilman. Layar lebar yang menampilkan berbagai film dikenal sebagai bioskop. Cinema XXI merupakan salah satu perusahaan bioskop yang saat ini mempunyai banyak pengunjung dan tersebar di berbagai mall di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup dan harga terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam membeli tiket bioskop Cinema XXI di Kota Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penetlitia ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan berbagai teknik analisis regresi linier. Penelitian ini memiliki sampel yang berjumlah 96 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya hidup dan harga mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian tiket bioskop. Kepada manajemen Cinema XXI disarankan untuk tetap menjaga pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggan yang datang ke Cinema XXI, tetap mengunsung konsep modern, memperhatikan harga yang berlaku dengan strategi harga yang lebih ramah untuk pelanggan terkhusus pelajar. Terkait strategi harga, Cinema XXI bisa menawarkan banyak diskon untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan menarik lebih banyak konsumen, khususnya pelajar yang dapat menjadi target dari strategi harga yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship learning is a technique prepared through teachers for students on a way to advantage and procedure understanding, capabilities and attitudes. The social surroundings is one of the elements which could influence someone or organization to do so and trade the behavior of every person. This study seeks to gather real-world proof of how much students' interest in entrepreneurship at Medan State Polytechnic and Seberang Perai Polytechnic in Malaysia is affected by the entrepreneurship learning program and the social environment. The descriptive quantitative method was employed for this research, involving a sample of 75 Polmed students and 76 PSP students from Malaysia, making a total of 151 participants. The analysis method utilized multiple linear regressions with SPSS version 25 to process the data statistically. The findings indicate that both entrepreneurial learning and the social environment significantly impact students' interest in entrepreneurship among Polmed and PSP students in Malaysia. The adjusted R Square test revealed a coefficient of determination of 0.776, suggesting that 77.6% of the entrepreneurial interest at Medan State Polytechnic and Malaysian State Polytechnic could be attributed to entrepreneurial learning and the social environment, while 22.4% might be influenced by unexamined variables in this research.

Abstract

This study attempts to observe the implementation of transparency and accountability in OPZ by comparing two OPZs that have different management bases. Therefore, BAZNAS Medan City and Lazismu Medan City were chosen as the subjects of this study. This study aims to conduct a specific and measurable comparative study between BAZNAZ Medan City and Lazismu in Medan City with a focus on Accountability Indicators, Analyzing how well both institutions present financial reports, including reports on the use of funds, audits, and monitoring mechanisms. Then Transparency Indicators to Measure the level of openness of information to the public, such as accessibility of financial reports, use of social media, and community involvement in the management process, then Public Perception, Using a survey to measure the level of public trust in BAZ and LAZ, as well as the factors that influence their decisions in distributing zakat. This study is expected to provide clear and measurable insights into the practice of accountability and transparency of financial reporting in zakat management organizations in Medan City.

Abstract

One technology that helps in the advancement of public transportation services is the internet. In Indonesia there are already applications that offer public transportation services that dominate in terms of transportation services such as Grab, Gojek and Uber. Some of these applications offer different services ranging from motorcycle taxis, car taxis, car rental, motorcycle rental, shopping to massage services. One of the online motorcycle taxi service applications in Indonesia that is currently being used is Grab Bike. Grab Bike is a motorcycle taxi transportation company that aims to connect Grab Bike drivers with customers. Grab Bike as a transportation service company is an important company at this time, so Grab Bike is slowly developing its market share in Indonesia. The increase in Grab Bike customer satisfaction every year is thought to be due to several factors, including price and service quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and service quality on Grab customer satisfaction in Medan city. This research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive research types which include validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing (t test, f test, and R2 determination coefficient analysis test). The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 data processing program with 96 respondents. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires and literature studies. The results showed that price and service quality partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the Multiple linear regression test show that the Price variable is a variable that has a greater and dominant influence on the customer satisfaction variable as evidenced by the value of 35.1% compared to the service quality variable which obtained a beta value of 26.3%. The research results from the coefficient of determination test (adjusted R Square) show that the price and service quality variables are able to explain 59.5% of the influence that occurs on the customer satisfaction variable while the remaining 40.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

learning system development begins with improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure that support learning activities. Very different from the learning system that still seems traditional. Learning facilities are everything that supports the smooth running of the learning process. With various school learning facilities and infrastructure available, their use can support learning activities. Educational facilities are a tool that supports children in the learning process. Learning media facilities are one of the facilities for teachers to transfer information from teachers to students. MTS Nurul Iman, Tanjung Morawa, is one of the foundations in child welfare and Islamic education, which aims to make the nation's children intelligent. However, the condition is still lacking in the development of learning technology, which can hamper children's learning process. Children's learning process at MTsS Nurul Iman, Tanjung Morawa, is still conventional, and only a few classes use projectors and portable screens, which should be used as learning support media.

Abstract

The increase in the number of employees taking part in Pelindo Petikemas Belawan employee gathering events is a phenomenon in this research. To provide customer satisfaction there are several factors namely service quality and facilities. This research aims to find out whether the quality of service and facilities influences customer satisfaction in the case study of the Pelindo Petikemas Belawan Employee Gathering event. Research method The population of this study was 1,400 people and the sample used was 93 respondents (Slovin). Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed in the form of Google forms via social media and through literature studies in the form of primary and secondary data. This research uses quantitative research methods which include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing. The research results show that partially the quality of services and facilities has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction and simultaneously the quality of services and facilities has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction. Facilities have a more dominant influence than service quality and based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, the variables of service quality and facilities influence customer satisfaction by 63.3% and the remaining 36.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The rapid digitalization of education demands inclusive pedagogical strategies, especially within Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), to ensure equitable learning opportunities. This study focuses on post-secondary students and aims to identify the competencies required by educators in implementing inclusive digital pedagogy. It also serves as a foundational reference for future in-depth research. The study examines the strength of consensus among expert groups from Indonesia and Malaysia regarding inclusive digital pedagogy using the Fuzzy Delphi Technique (FDT). A purposive sampling technique was employed to select 30 experts from Indonesia and Malaysia. The selection criteria included academic qualifications, professional experience in TVET and digital pedagogy, and prior involvement in educational research or policy-making, in identifying and prioritizing key components, including infrastructure and training, digital skills development, accessibility, student-centered approaches, employer engagement, and personalized learning. Data analysis utilizing triangular fuzzy numbers revealed a strong consensus, highlighting the foundational role of infrastructure and innovative pedagogical practices aligned with industry needs. The findings contribute a comprehensive framework for enhancing digital inclusivity in Southeast Asian TVET contexts and demonstrate the effectiveness of FDT in consensus-based educational research. Future research is recommended to empirically validate the proposed framework in real classroom settings and to investigate its adaptability across different cultural environments in the ASEAN region.

Abstract

Program bus listrik di Kota Medan merupakan bagian dari komitmen pemerintah dalam menerapakan transportasi hijau guna mengurangi polusi udara dan meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat. Namun, implementasi kebijakan ini masih menghadapi tantangan sosial, seperti keterabatasan akses dan rendahnya minat masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat melalui sosialisasi penggunaan transportasi ramah lingkungan di Kecamatan Medan Baru. Dengan pendekatan partisipatif-edukatif, kegiatan ini melibatkan aparatur kecamatan sebagai sasaran utama untuk menjadi contoh dalam penggunaan bus listrik. hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman peserta terhadap manfaat transportasi hijau meningkat, mesipun masih terdapat hambatan seperti infrastruktur yang belum merata dan sistem pembayaran elektronik yang belum inklusif. temua ini mengindikasikan perlunya sosialisasi yang lebih luas serta kebijakan yang lebih adaptif guna mendukung transisi menuju transportasi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in greater depth the influence of brand image and product quality on the purchase decisions of Chatime bubble tea consumers, using a case study of visitors at Mall Suzuya Marelan Plaza Medan. Employing a quantitative research design, the study utilizes a survey method by distributing structured questionnaires to 96 respondents selected through random sampling. The independent variables of the study consist of brand image and product quality, while the dependent variable is purchase decision. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 26 to identify both partial and simultaneous effects. The findings reveal that, when tested partially, brand image shows a negative and non-significant effect on purchase decisions, suggesting that the image of the brand alone does not strongly determine consumer choices. In contrast, product quality demonstrates a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, indicating that consumers prioritize the quality of the beverage when making purchasing choices. Furthermore, when analyzed simultaneously, both brand image and product quality together exert a significant impact on purchase decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 82.1% signifies that the two independent variables explain a large proportion of the variance, while the remaining percentage is attributed to other factors such as price and promotion.
