Abstract

Harga saham mencerminkan nilai penting bagi perusahaan dan merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan perusahaan. Harga saham menjadi objek menarik untuk diamati karena sering mengalami fluktuasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh return on assets dan debt to equity ratio terhadap harga haham dengan earning per share sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan sub sektor semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sub sektor semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan E-Views 12. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa return on assets berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, earning per share mampu memoderasi pengaruh return on assets terhadap harga saham, serta earning per share tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh debt to equity ratio terhadap harga saham

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ divisi Finance Jakarta. Budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja diduga dapat memengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam PT. XYZ di divisi Finance. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian asosiatif kausalitas. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 50 karyawan dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis dampak dari tiga variabel yaitu budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel independen dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah para karyawan yang bekerja di PT. XYZ divisi Finance harus lebih sering terlibat dalam pengambilan keputusan dan menjaga hubungan baik antar karyawan agar mencapai kinerja yang baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja lingkungan dan pengungkapan emisi karbon terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan batu bara yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan batu bara yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2018-2023 menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperolah dari laporan keuangan yang diterbitkan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia, laporan keberlanjutan yang diterbitkan melalui website perusahaan dan buku PROPER dan hipotesis diuji menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan dan pengungkapan emisi karbon tidak berpengaruh tehadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of green innovation, market orientation, and digitalization on the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from MSME owners and managers across various sectors. The findings reveal that all three factors significantly enhance MSME performance, with digitalization emerging as the most influential predictor. Furthermore, market orientation mediates the relationship between green innovation and performance, highlighting the importance of customer-centric strategies in sustainable business practices. These results underscore the necessity for MSMEs to integrate digital tools, embrace green innovations, and maintain strong market responsiveness to remain competitive. The study provides theoretical contributions by extending the resource-based view (RBV) and the technology acceptance model (TAM) in the context of MSME development. Practical implications suggest that policymakers and business leaders should facilitate digital transformation and sustainability initiatives to foster long-term MSME growth. Future research could explore longitudinal effects and industry-specific moderating variables to enhance the generalizability of these findings.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of sustainable business practices, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial orientation on the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from MSME owners and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The results indicate that all three factors significantly contribute to MSME growth, with financial literacy emerging as the strongest predictor. Sustainable business practices enhance operational efficiency and market reputation, while entrepreneurial orientation fosters innovation and competitive advantage. The findings underscore the importance of integrating financial education, sustainability initiatives, and entrepreneurial strategies to ensure long-term business success. This study provides valuable insights for MSME owners, policymakers, and financial institutions in developing targeted support programs. Future research should explore moderating factors and conduct cross-country analyses to enhance the generalizability of these findings.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of talent management, employee engagement, and leadership style on the performance of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from employees across various SOEs and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The findings reveal that all three factors significantly impact organizational performance, with employee engagement being the strongest predictor. Talent management plays a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining skilled employees, while leadership style influences motivation and overall workplace effectiveness. These results highlight the importance of strategic human resource management and transformational leadership in enhancing SOE performance. The study contributes to theoretical frameworks such as the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model, reinforcing the role of human capital in organizational success. Practical implications include the need for SOEs to prioritize employee engagement initiatives, leadership development programs, and effective talent management strategies. Future research should explore longitudinal studies and incorporate objective performance measures to further validate these findings.

Abstract

The competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is shaped by multiple factors, including government support, green supply chain management (GSCM), and technological innovation. This study investigates how these elements influence MSME performance through a quantitative approach, analyzing data collected from MSME owners using multiple regression techniques. The results indicate that government support plays a crucial role by providing financial aid, regulatory ease, and training programs. GSCM adoption significantly enhances operational efficiency and sustainability, while technological innovation drives productivity and market expansion. The study contributes to resource-based and institutional theories by demonstrating the strategic importance of external support and internal capabilities in fostering MSME growth. The findings offer practical implications for policymakers, business owners, and industry stakeholders, emphasizing the need for policy frameworks that promote financial assistance, sustainability, and digital transformation. Future research should incorporate longitudinal methods and broader geographical perspectives to strengthen these insights.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti dampak Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (CSR), Pemasaran Hijau, dan Strategi Bisnis terhadap keberlanjutan jangka panjang Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi, temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut secara signifikan memengaruhi keberlanjutan UMKM. Pemasaran Hijau menunjukkan dampak yang paling kuat, yang menyoroti semakin pentingnya praktik bisnis yang sadar lingkungan dalam memastikan kelangsungan bisnis jangka panjang. Strategi Bisnis juga memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong keunggulan kompetitif, sementara CSR berkontribusi positif dengan meningkatkan hubungan pemangku kepentingan. Hasil ini mendukung teori Pandangan Berbasis Sumber Daya (RBV), yang menekankan pentingnya inisiatif yang didorong oleh keberlanjutan secara strategis. Studi ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi pemilik UMKM, pembuat kebijakan, dan pemangku kepentingan, yang mengadvokasi integrasi keberlanjutan dalam strategi bisnis untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan jangka panjang. Abstract

Employee retention remains a critical challenge for state-owned enterprises (SOEs), necessitating a deeper understanding of the factors that influence employees' decisions to stay within an organization. This study examines the impact of work-life balance, compensation, and job satisfaction on employee retention, with job satisfaction analyzed as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from SOE employees and analyzed through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression modeling, and mediation analysis. The findings indicate that all three factors significantly contribute to employee retention, with job satisfaction emerging as the strongest predictor. Furthermore, job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between work-life balance, compensation, and retention, highlighting its central role in workforce stability. These results suggest that organizations should prioritize initiatives aimed at enhancing job satisfaction through career growth opportunities, recognition programs, and supportive work environments. Additionally, fostering a healthy work-life balance and offering competitive compensation packages are essential strategies for improving employee retention. The study provides valuable insights for HR practitioners and policymakers in SOEs to develop effective retention strategies. Future research should explore additional variables, such as leadership styles and organizational culture, to gain a more comprehensive understanding of employee retention dynamics.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of training and development, organizational culture, and career growth on employee productivity in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from employees of SOEs and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that all three factors significantly contribute to employee productivity, with career growth having the strongest effect, followed by training and development and organizational culture. These results highlight the critical role of career advancement opportunities in enhancing employee motivation and performance. The study supports the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory, emphasizing the strategic importance of human capital investment. Additionally, the findings align with the Job Characteristics Model and Self-Determination Theory, indicating that employees are more productive when provided with meaningful work, skill development, and career progression opportunities. Based on these findings, it is recommended that SOEs prioritize career development programs, implement continuous training initiatives, and foster a positive organizational culture to maximize productivity. Future research could explore additional factors such as work-life balance, leadership styles, and digital transformation to further understand productivity dynamics in SOEs.
