Abstract

The contribution of the tourism sector in Bali Province has grown over the last twenty years, which can be seen from the number of tourist visits which has increased after the Covid-19 pandemic. The phenomenon that occurs is the gap between tourist visits which increases but the increase in investment and MSEs does not occur in all districts in Bali Province. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of investment on labor absorption in Bali Province, to determine the effect of district minimum wages and tourist visits on labor absorption in Bali Province. This research was conducted in Bali Province in the 2019-2023 period. The sample in this study used tabular data techniques. The research method uses quantitative descriptive from the results of documentation studies related to investment data, district minimum wages and tourist visits. The results of this research are that there is a positive influence of investment on labor absorption in Bali Province, apart from that there is an influence of the district minimum wage and tourist visits on labor absorption in Bali Province. This research was conducted in Bali Province in the 2019-2023 period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of General Allocation Funds and Local Original Income on Poverty and Economic Growth in East Java. This study uses secondary data with a time series of 2014-2023 with the scope of East Java province. This research model uses a path analysis model using the eviews application. The results of this study indicate that the General Allocation Fund directly has a negative and insignificant effect on Poverty. Local Original Income directly has a negative and significant effect on Poverty. General Allocation Fund directly has a positive and insignificant effect on Economic Growth. Local Original Income directly has a negative and significant effect on Economic Growth. Poverty directly has a negative and significant effect on Economic Growth. Directly, the General Allocation Fund has a positive and insignificant effect on Economic Growth through poverty. Indirectly, Local Original Income has a positive and insignificant effect on Economic Growth through poverty.

Abstract

Digital transformation in Indonesia presents significant opportunities and challenges for the Islamic economy, particularly in digital-based entrepreneurship. This study aims to analyze the potential and barriers to implementing Islamic digital entrepreneurship and the role of technology in enhancing financial inclusion and business efficiency. The research employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach, examining relevant studies on the development of Islamic fintech, halal e-commerce, and blockchain technology. The findings show that Islamic digital entrepreneurship has the potential to expand global market access, improve transaction transparency, and strengthen adherence to Sharia principles. However, significant obstacles such as low financial digital literacy and the complexity of Sharia regulations still need to be overcome. Additionally, cross-sector collaboration and an increase in digital literacy within society are required in order to support the development of an inclusive and sustainable Islamic economy. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of digital technology integration in Islamic entrepreneurship as a strategic step to strengthen the stability of the Islamic economy amid global changes.

Abstract

The ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) was formed with the aim to strengthen economic integration and reduce trade barriers, providing opportunities for member countries, including Indonesia, to improve their competitiveness in the international market, as globalization has driven economic growth and trade between countries, including in Southeast Asia. Indonesia has plenty of natural resources and a large population, which makes it have a lot of export potential, especially in the agricultural sector. However, facing issues such as inadequate infrastructure and fierce competition in the ASEAN market requires a strong export strategy. To beat the competition, Indonesia should concentrate on improving product quality, market access, human resource development, and the use of digital technology, according to the SWOT analysis. Indonesia can take these actions to capitalize on existing opportunities and make a greater contribution to the region's economy.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of Social Media Marketing on purchase decisions at Rumah Kuning in Sinjai Barat District. The data used in this research is primary data with a total of 80 samples. This type of research is classified as quantitative research. The population in this study consists of the consumers of Rumah Kuning in Sinjai Barat District who follow the Rumah Kuning Instagram account. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. The method used to analyze the relationship between the independent and dependent variables includes the Classical Assumption Test, namely the Normality Test and Heteroscedasticity Test, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Hypothesis Test (t-test), and Simple Regression Analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study align with (H1), which states that Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decisions at Rumah Kuning in Sinjai Barat District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of live streaming and affiliate marketing on online purchasing decisions through social media Tiktok. Marketing has experienced significant developments in conventional methods such as print or television advertising that requires large costs, to social media the main tool for companies and consumers. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. The sample used was 102 students of the Management Study Program Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University, Class of 2020-2022. Data collectionwas carried out using observation methods, literature studies, and surveys using questionnaires. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis using two statistical test methods, namely, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test) using statistical product and service solutions (SPSS). Based on the research results, the results of the f-test hypotesis show that the calculated f value (155,779) > f table (3.088) with a significance level of (0,000) < (0,05) which means that the independent variables (Live Streaming X1 and Affiliate Marketing X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the Y variable (Purchase Decision). Meanwhile, the results of the t-test obtained the calculated t value of the live streaming variable (5.895) > t table (1.985) with a significance level of (0.000) < (0,05) which means that the X1 variable (Live Streaming) partially has a positive and significant influence on the Y variable obtained a calculated t value (4.870) > t table (1.984) with a significance level of (0,000) < (0,05) which means that the variable X2 (Affiliate Marketing) partially has a positive and significant influence on the variable Y (Purchase Decision).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze implementation of determining the cost of goods produced (hpp) with the full costing method and optimizing digital marketing on the sale of guparove snacks case study on umkm actors ibu suwarsi kelurahan margomulyo. This research method uses the Steps method which was carried out for 4 months in Margo Mulyo village by group 7. Innovation Development (PI) activities carried out in the form of mentoring MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises), especially GUPAROVE MSMEs in RT 46 Margo Mulyo Village and conducting seminars, including marketing strategies, product innovation processing, packaging development, and training in recording or financial management through digital and manual. The seminar activity carried out, namely MSME Marketing Innovation Optimizing Social Media & Creative Content to Increase Sales and MSMEs in Margo Mulyo Village, aims to provide an understanding to MSME players and their surroundings about the importance of recording financial statements digitally for decision making and minimizing financial fraud. With this development, it is hoped that MSME players can reach wider marketing and further utilize digital applications to make more efficient financial reporting performance.

Abstract

This paper discusses the phenomenon of nepotism and corruption in government from an ethical perspective. Through literature analysis and case studies, this paper examines how nepotism and corruption violate ethical principles, undermine the integrity of government, and harm society. This paper identifies the various forms of nepotism and corruption that occur in government, and analyzes their negative impact on governance, efficiency, and justice. It also discusses the factors that drive nepotism and corruption, such as patronage culture, weak law enforcement, and lack of transparency. As a solution, this paper recommends several strategic steps to prevent and eradicate nepotism and corruption in government, such as strengthening the meritocracy system, increasing transparency and accountability, and ethics education for public officials. This paper is expected to contribute to raising awareness about the importance of ethics in government, as well as encouraging efforts to create a clean, fair and integrity government.

Abstract

Field Work Practice (Innovation Development (PKL/PI)) is a course that must be taken as one of the graduation requirements in completing an undergraduate education degree by students of the Undergraduate Study Program (S1) at STIE Madani Balikpapan. Innovation Development (PI) is a form of service activities of STIE Madani students both undergraduate Accounting and undergraduate Management programs to the community. This activity is carried out for 3 months, from August to October 2024. One of the villages where the Innovation Development (PI) activity was carried out was the Klandasan Ulu village which was carried out by group 4. Innovation Development was carried out in the form of assistance to MSMEs Pawon Bulek Chips in RT 44 Klandasan Ulu Village and conducting seminars on marketing strategies. The seminar activities carried out were digital marketing with the title Building Brand Awarness Through Social Media: Latest Techniques and Trends. Aims to provide an understanding to MSME players and their surroundings about the importance of digital marketing in the current era. With this development, it is hoped that MSME players can reach wider marketing and further utilize digital applications to make products more developed among the community.

Abstract

Operations are defined as activities that manage production factors and create value-added products through the transformation process. However, to remain competitive in an increasingly dynamic market, e-commerce companies must optimize their operations, particularly in the areas of logistics, inventory, and customer service management. This is evidenced by the growing ease with which people can meet their needs, especially with the presence of modern marketplaces throughout society. The research method used is literature research, which focuses on the collection and analysis of secondary data from various relevant sources. The sources of information used in this context include books, journal articles, research reports, and other relevant documents. In addition, the collected data will be analyzed systematically to identify patterns, trends, and gaps in previous research. Operational management of e-commerce in Indonesia faces various complex challenges. One of the main issues is related to logistics and delivery. Inadequate infrastructure in various regions, especially remote areas, results in longer delivery times and significantly increased logistics costs. Furthermore, inventory management is also a major issue. Operational management of e-commerce sales encompasses several structural or regulatory aspects, operational aspects, and operational management systems.
