Abstract

This study aims to develop a business development strategy for the UMKM Royal Bubble Seberang Kota Jambi in the digital era using a SWOT analysis. The research findings indicate that, from an internal perspective, Royal Bubble possesses greater strengths than weaknesses, with a positive difference of 0.45. However, from an external perspective, opportunities are smaller than threats, with a negative difference of -0.18. The position of UMKM Royal Bubble falls into quadrant II of the SWOT matrix, indicating that although the business has significant strengths, there are external threats that need to be addressed. The recommended strategy for business development is to leverage internal strengths to mitigate threats and optimize long-term opportunities through product diversification. Additionally, utilizing digital platforms, improving service quality, and collaborating with various stakeholders are crucial factors in enhancing business competitiveness. By implementing the right strategies, Royal Bubble can strengthen its market position and sustain its business in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Live Streaming Content, Online Customer Review and Voucher Discount on the Impulsive Buying Behavior of Shopee Application User in South Jakarta. The population in this study are Shopee application user in South Jakarta. The sample ini this study used a purposive sampling method with the Lemeshow formula and obtained as many as 103 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale spread through a google form, processed using Microsoft Excel 365 and analyzed using SPSS version 29. The results showed that Live Streaming Content and Voucher Discount have a significant effect on Impulsive Buying Behavior while Online Customer Reviews has no affect Impulsive Buying Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Port Clearance process for SV vessels In/Out PACIFIC LEGACY with Inaportnet implemented by PT. Sanindo Antar Nusa at the Lhokseumawe Harbormaster's office. Inaportnet is an electronic portal that facilitates the exchange of port service data and information quickly, safely, neutrally and easily, and is integrated with government agencies, port business entities and logistics industry players to increase the competitiveness of the Indonesian logistics community. The activities of various government agencies at ports aim to support the implementation of the main tasks and functions of ports as connectors, interfaces, gateways and industrial entities. Government agencies related to shipping and shipping include the Port Authority and Harbormaster. Apart from that, other government agencies such as Customs, Immigration and Quarantine also operate at the port. Overall, Port Clearance In/Out process for SV vessels. PACIFIC LEGACY carried out by PT. Sanindo Antar Nusa using Inaportnet has been running well, including the clearance in, clearance out and Port Clearance issuance processes in accordance with procedures and carried out carefully in filling in ship records. This paper was written using the Field Research and Library Research methods.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of the work environment and workload on employee loyalty, a study in the compliance division of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani, South Jakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis. Sampling in this study used nonprobability sampling techniques and used the census or total method. with a total sample of 38 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire with an interval scale which was processed using Microsoft Excel 2019 software and SmartPLS version 4.1.0.2. The results of this research show that work environment variables have no effect on employee loyalty. The workload variable has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The workload variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The job satisfaction variable is able to mediate the work environment variable on employee loyalty. The job satisfaction variable is not able to mediate workload on employee loyalty. This research examines the important role of management in creating a conducive work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 75 employees as respondents, namely at PT. Semen Padang. In this study, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool was used using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study showed that (1) There is a significant positive influence of Organizational Culture on Work Motivation at PT. Semen Padang. (2) There is a significant positive influence of Work Environment on Work Motivation at PT. Semen Padang. (3) There is a significant positive influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Semen Padang. (4) There is a significant positive influence of Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Semen Padang. (5) There is a significant positive influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Semen Padang. (6) There is a significant positive influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Work Motivation at PT. Semen Padang. (7) There is an insignificant positive influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance through Work Motivation at PT. Semen Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Training and Career Development on Employee Performance through Digital Well-being as an intervening variable at PT Semen Padang (HR Department Unit). This study consists of two independent variables, namely Training and Career Development and one dependent, namely Employee Performance and Digital Well-being as the intervening variable. Data collection methods through surveys and distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between Digital Well-being on Employee Performance at PT Semen Padang (HR Department Unit). There is a positive and significant influence between Training on Digital Well-being at PT Semen Padang (HR Department Unit). There is a positive and insignificant influence between Training on Employee Performance at PT Semen Padang (HR Department Unit). There is a positive and insignificant influence between Career Development on Digital Well-being at PT Semen Padang (HR Department Unit). There is a positive and significant influence between Career Development on Employee Performance at PT Semen Padang (HR Department Unit). Training has a positive effect and is able to mediate between Digital well-being variables on Employee Performance. Career Development has a negative effect and does not mediate between Digital Well-being variables on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work placement and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees as respondents, namely at PT. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of the Work Environment, Workload, and Leadership Style on Employee Satisfaction at Marketing Gallery Graha Raya PT Jaya Real Property Tbk. The study employs a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling approach, involving 39 employees from the company as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that Work Environment and Workload do not significantly affect Employee Satisfaction, whereas Leadership Style has a positive and significant impact. Collectively, these three variables contribute 74.9% to Employee Satisfaction, leaving 25.1% influenced by other factors. The outcomes of this research serve as a valuable reference for companies in developing more effective HR policies to enhance employee motivation and productivity by improving job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Price Perception, Promotion, and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions. The sample in this study were 100 Alfagift users, with the sampling method using Non Probability Sampling with Accidental Sampling technique. Data collection by distributing questionnaires. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The results of the respondents' answers to the questionnaire given were then processed using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that Price Perception and Brand Image have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Promotion has no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, and Price Perception, Promotion and Brand Image simultaneously affect Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

PT Catur Bina Guna Persada continues to improve its performance in accordance with its vision, namely building a healthy business climate with integrity, creativity and innovation. However, the reality is still not in accordance with what the company expects, there are various obstacles that occur such as organizational culture, low competence and high workloads are suspected to be factors that cause employee performance to be less than optimal. This study aims to determine and analyze the extent of the influence of organizational culture, competence and workload on the performance of employees of the PT Catur Guna Bina Persada KSO Supervision Consultant on the Leuwikeris Dam project in Ciamis Regency and Tasikmalaya Regency. Therefore, this study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. This study uses primary data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to employees of the PT Catur Guna Bina Persada KSO Supervision Consultant on the Leuwikeris Dam project in Ciamis Regency and Tasikmalaya Regency. The statistical method used is path analysis assisted by SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) Version 16.0 for Windows. Based on the calculation results obtained the R2 (R Square) figure, the influence of organizational culture, competence and workload on the performance of employees of the Supervision Consultant PT Catur Guna Bina Persada KSO on the Leuwikeris Dam project in Ciamis Regency and Tasikmalaya Regency is 49.6%, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is 0.067%, the influence of competence on employee performance is 20.34%, the influence of workload on employee performance is 18.23%. Based on the hypothesis test, the results are that there is an influence of organizational culture, competence and workload on the performance of Supervision Consultant Employees of PT Catur Guna Bina Persada KSO on the Leuwikeris Dam project in Ciamis Regency and Tasikmalaya Regency, both partially and simultaneously. ational economy. This study aims to determine and describe the role of BUMDes in increasing village original income and utilizing village potential in Ciamis District. With the formulation of the problem how is the role of BUMDes in increasing village original income and utilizing village potential in Ciamis District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. While data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Based on the results of the study and discussion, the following are concluded. The role of BUMDes in increasing Village Original Income in Ciamis District seen from three indicators, namely increasing village cash, emerging SMEs and increasing investment, has been in accordance with the provisions, although there are still many shortcomings. The role of BUMDes in Utilizing Village Potential in Ciamis District is seen from the aspect of being carried out through data collection and initial studies of available potential data to determine objects that can be utilized. Conducting field surveys to collect data that will be used as material in mapping potential and problems as well as facilities that will be implemented. Conducting studies through tabulation and analysis of collected data using established analysis methods. Determining the priority scale of potential to be developed based on needs, costs and benefits from the development results.
