Abstract

UMKM are productive businesses owned by individuals or business entities that meet the criteria as micro-enterprises. With the current development of UMKM having great potential for economic development in Indonesia, the economic growth of UMKM is not accompanied by the capabilities of the UMKM players. There are still many UMKM who do not realize the importance of implementing a marketing strategy for the development of their business, for this reason there is a need for training and assistance to simplify the marketing implementation process. It is difficult for UMKM to develop due to their inability to compete with the rise of competitors both online and offline. This method of implementing community service aims to increase sales of Bima's typical product, namely Nursa herbal medicine, by providing assistance in creating a logo, creating a brand name, developing packaging and developing social media. The stages in carrying out this activity are observation, planning, discussion, implementation. Monitoring and evaluation. Having a brand name will make people familiar with the products sold by UMKM Nursa and by using social media it will make product sales easier.

Abstract

In overcoming the problems that exist in Gunung Manaon 1 village, various community service methods are needed, one of which is the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method approach. It is hoped that by implementing this based activity, the problem that is the main problem in this research can be resolved. One form of effort to overcome religious problems in the village of Gunung Manaon 1 is by holding an activity to celebrate the Islamic New Year, 1 Muharram 1445 H with the theme "Purifying the Heart in Welcoming the Islamic New Year 1445 H" as a form of participation of the STAIN MADINA KKN group in order to increase public awareness of the importance of celebrating Islamic holidays.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem caused by prolonged inadequate nutrient intake, leading to growth impairment in children aged 0-59 months. Complementary feeding, known as MPASI in Indonesian, refers to the introduction of solid foods and liquids to infants aged 6 to 24 months. In Indonesia, stunting is a significant health issue that cannot be ignored. According to the National Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) data, the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia reached 21.6% in 2022, ranking fifth globally and second in Southeast Asia. Specifically, Jember Regency holds the first position in East Java, with a staggering rate of 34.9%. The occurrence of stunting in children can be influenced by inappropriate quality and timing of MPASI provision. One potential intervention to address the stunting problem in Jember Lor Subdistrict, Patrang District, Jember Regency, East Java Province, is to provide training on processed MPASI products, such as catfish nuggets. Catfish is a type of fish rich in protein and amino acids. Lysine, an amino acid found in catfish, can positively impact child growth, tissue repair, antibody production, and calcium absorption. The community engagement activities in this initiative utilize a mass communication approach through education and training sessions. The promotion of balanced nutritious food and training on local food processing, specifically catfish nuggets, aims to prevent and control stunting conditions in Jember Lor Subdistrict, Patrang District, Jember Regency, East Java Province.

Abstract

In this community service activity, researchers provide assistance on important issues related to human relationships with other humans, namely the issue of tajhizul deceased (care of corpses). Islam pays very serious attention to this issue, so this is one of the obligations that must be fulfilled by humanity, especially Muslims. This service work aims to 1). Providing to equip Naposo Nauli Bulung in Sampuran Simarloting Village with tajhizul mayit skills, 2). train Naposo Nauli Bulung so they can implement and develop religious knowledge. Meanwhile, the benefits that will result from this training are 1). Improving the skills of the Naposo Nauli Bulung in handling corpses properly and correctly in accordance with the teachings of Islamic law, so that if one day they are needed they are ready to use them. 2). Increase in skilled personnel in handling corpses. 3). Increased skills of the Modins in handling corpses. Naposo Nauli Bulung has been able to implement and practice methods of handling corpses properly and correctly in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law. The research method in this activity is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. Apart from the PAR method, we also conducted observations and interviews. From the assistance in the implementation of tajhizul corpse training which was carried out in Sampuran Simarloting village with the training target, Nauli Bulung naposos have been able to practice how to handle corpses properly and correctly in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law.

Abstract

Real Work Lectures (KKN) are a learning process for undergraduate students Mandailing Natal State Islamic College. Developing through community service activities in various areas of community life. The implementation of this community service program aims to develop empathy and concern for various real problems faced by society and the development of society. Sustainable development is needed to smarten the lives of the nation's people and achieve people's welfare. (Janosik, 2005). As technology develops, it must be accompanied by the development of human resources in the fields of education and economics.Islam is a religion brought by the Prophet Muhammad SAW to Arabia in the 7th century in the Arab region. Islam is based on the belief in the oneness of ALLAH, (tauhid) and considers the Al Qu'an to be a holy book that was revealed directly from ALLAH SWT to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Muslim ummah, followers of the Islamic religion, spread worship such as prayer or worship, fasting during the month of Ramadan, zakat, hajj, and jihad. The Islamic religion teaches values such as justice, compassion, simplicity and brotherhood. Muslims are expected to live according to religious teachings and follow the moral principles set out in Islam. Islam also has a significant influence on culture, art, architecture, literature and legal systems in various countries where the majority are Muslim. It is important to remember that Islam has various traditions and sects such as Sunni, Shiite, Sufi and others, which provide variations in practices and interpretations of the religion. The Islamic religion also has a rich and complex history, and has followers all over the world.

Abstract

One way to increase the price value of natural resources produced by the Kore village community, especially cashew nuts, is by processing cashew nuts into cashew chocolate to increase the community's creative ideas in processing cashew nuts into a snack product that can be sold in the market or in shops. generally. In this case, students offer attractive packaging so as to increase consumer purchasing power. Then, in terms of packaging, Korean people don't really pay attention, so we are here to offer the public, if the product is to be suitable and considered attractive, it must be with attractive packaging, in addition to considering the needs for making the product so that we can determine a price that is in accordance with the expenditure and the unit price of the product to be sold. . This training will increase the community's experience and insight in developing the natural resources around them into business ideas.

Abstract

Online game addiction is a major concern for society today. Even though there is a lot of research devoted to efforts to reduce the level of online game addiction, the lack of research discussing the prevention of online game addiction is still an issue. The aim of this activity is to explore various options for preventing online game addiction, especially among teenagers as a group that is vulnerable to this problem. Teenagers, as the age group that faces the most obstacles related to the use of online games, require special attention. Preventing online game addiction in teenagers is essential considering its impact covering health, psychological, academic, social and financial aspects in their lives. The importance of this service activity is to prevent the bad effects of online game addiction which can disrupt teenagers' lives. The hope is that this activity can make a significant contribution to efforts to prevent online gaming addiction, while supporting future research to explore broader prevention alternatives.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity aims to provide training for the development of independent curriculum teaching modules to improve HOTS thingking skills teachers because there still many challenges for teachers, especially for elementary school teachers related to the independent curriculum. The method applied: (1) counseling, the techniques used in this counseling are lectures, questions and answers, and discussing training materials for the preparation the module, (2) training, the techniques used in the training are observing the model, guiding, and accompanying the teacher when practicing compiling the module according to the assigned task, (3) demonstration, the techniques used in the demonstration are presentation, simulation, and reflecting on training activities. The result of the activity are the increased professionalism of teachers in preparing learning tools and understanding of the independent curriculum learning system reflected through the achievement of counseling activities and assistance in the preparation of teaching modules.

Abstract

In essence, elementary school phase A is a place where children play while studying or learn while playing. Therefore, every lesson must be fun and appropriate to the child's growth and development stage. One way that teachers can do this is by using ICT-based number tree media. The benefit of number tree media is that it sharpens children's brains, here it can be seen when children arrange numbers according to their sequence, training eye and hand coordination. Along with developments in the times and future education, the use of ICT must start from early childhood. Mastery of ICT should also be the basic essence of filling a life that is growing and developing. For this reason, phase A elementary school teachers should adhere to the principles of early childhood education in designing teaching development programs that involve ICT. In this service activity, the problem is the low understanding of teachers at SD Negeri 1 Kualasimpang regarding the use of ICT-based learning media. The solution provided by the service team is the socialization of the use of ICT-based number tree learning media. The result of this service is that there is an increase in knowledge for teachers regarding the use of ICT-based number tree learning media.

Abstract

As a form of community service, KKN STAIN MADINA held outreach regarding the understanding of Religious Moderation at MIN-4 PALUTA, Padang Garugur Village. This research was conducted to provide an understanding regarding religious moderation because the majority of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri-4 North Padang Lawas do not really know about religious moderation. Meanwhile, the research method used was a qualitative and descriptive approach.
