Abstract

Breast cancer is a serious health problem among women. Early detection is very important to improve prognosis and cure. However, there are still many women who do not realize the importance of having regular check-ups. In an effort to increase awareness of the importance of early detection of breast cancer, the practice of awareness is one of the simple steps that the community can take. The magnitude of the breast cancer problem in Indonesia can be seen from the breast cancer patients who come. Cancer is a scourge for everyone, and the tendency to increase its prevalence cannot be avoided. This fear arises because the death rate from cancer is very high. This happens not only in Indonesia but also in various countries. The incidence of breast cancer varies greatly throughout the world, in general breast cancer is more common in developed countries than in developing countries. The high death rate for breast cancer is caused by 70% of breast cancer sufferers coming to health facilities when they are already in an advanced stage. Based on Hospital Information System (SIRS) data (2021, the number of breast cancer sufferers in Central Java shows an increase. In 2021, breast cancer sufferers reached 8,287 people, while in 2022 it will reach 10,530 people. This number shows an increase of 27 percent, breast cancer is in first place in the last 10 years until 2021 and there is an increase in cases every year with a proportion of 40% of all cancers. The size of the breast cancer problem in Indonesia can be seen from breast cancer patients who come for treatment, where 60-70% of sufferers are already in stage III-IV, in fact many cases of breast cancer have attacked young women. Awareness is a form of initial education for breast cancer screening.

Abstract

An internship is an integration between theory and practice in the field. Carrying out an internship is an opportunity for students to apply and develop the theory they have obtained in learning with direct practice in the field. Micro Counseling is intended to equip Christian Counseling Guidance Study Program students as prospective counseling guidance teachers. In implementing this micro counseling internship activity, assistance from the supervisory lecturer is needed to make this activity run smoothly. In the implementation of assisting students of the Christian Counseling Guidance Study Program in carrying out micro counseling, it is divided into three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the final stage. The results of micro-counseling internship assistance at UPT SDN 13 Gandangbatu Sillanan, show that students can assess the need for guidance and counseling services in elementary schools, develop Christian Counseling Guidance Study program services for elementary school students, and are directly involved in implementing counseling guidance services in schools so that students have sufficient experience and skills to become professional counseling guidance teachers and be able to carry out counseling guidance services in the future responsibly and professionally

Abstract

The limited knowledge of the village community regarding social media Instagram as a medium for promoting Pancasila Village, Cikadu Village means that they are less able to introduce Pancasila Village optimally. Through Community Service activities, it is hoped that we can contribute to the use of Instagram social media to the local community. The aim of this activity is to provide education to the public on how to use Instagram social media to introduce and promote Pancasila Village and the potential that exists in Cikadu Village, so that it is hoped that the wider community can become more familiar and aware of the existence of Pancasila Village and its various potentials in Cikadu Village. Apart from that, this activity is expected to provide education regarding digital media literacy.

Abstract

Bullying is a form of intimidation by individuals or groups. This has become an issue that is attracting people’s attention nowadays because this behavior causes uncomfortable and even hurts both physically and psychologically. Many cases of bullying often happened to teenage children. And it is not uncommon for several cases to occur within the school environment. Bullying cases are widespread due to a lack of ability to control behavior and an inability to manage emotions and adapt to the environment. Some people may lack understanding of the emotional and psychological impact of bullying behavior on victims. Lack of empathy and knowledge about how their actions affect others can trigger bullying behavior. Early intervention in the form of counseling and better communication from parents and teachers to children in conditions of bullying is he best way to reduce the possibility long-term consequences.

Abstract

Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) requires joint efforts from various stakeholders, including government institutions, academics, philanthropic organizations, the business world, and civil society groups. By utilizing the unique strengths and resources of each sector, this is an effort to encourage synergy, innovation and inclusiveness in overcoming various sustainable development challenges. The socialization in this service aims to obtain input from young lecturers in identifying the role of youth organizations in encouraging the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia. Through analysis of group discussions by relevant resource persons, this service encourages resource persons to explain the contribution of youth organizations in increasing awareness, participation and community support for the SDGs. The results of the service show that input from resource persons related to youth organizations plays an important role in accelerating the achievement of the SDGs. Recommendations are given to strengthen the role of youth organizations through active participation in sustainable development programs supported by the government. This service provides valuable insight for the management of DPP PARKINDO and PUSARI ID in developing collaborative strategies to achieve SDGs in Indonesia which can be started from their respective organizational circles first.

Abstract

Service is now an important element in running a business. Good service will determine the level of satisfaction that customers give to the company. In this effort, DR. Network, a small and medium company engaged in providing internet services, seeks to determine customer satisfaction with the services provided through a survey. This research involved employees of DR. Network which is also a member of the Dapur Remaja Community which operates in the environmental sector. Training was provided because the employees involved did not understand the importance of research in supporting company performance. In addition, the employee has never conducted research. The training method provided is with knowledge of quantitative research and its procedures for two days online. The employee is then involved as an enumerator to collect customer data. The results of the training show that, by knowing and understanding the importance of research and the role of enumerators, the research process carried out runs well in accordance with the targets set by the main researcher and DR management. Network. The survey results also show that the services provided by DR. The network in certain dimensions still needs to be improved in the future.

Abstract

Lombang Village, Batang Batang District, Sumenep Regency is a marine tourism area of Lombang Beach. Although it has become part of a tourism development managed by the government, this tourism still requires the role of the community and surrounding communities in helping the tourism development program by increasing the promotion of lombang beach business with the method of utilizing information technology. Lombang Beach is a tourist attraction that is most visited by the community so that by holding promotions by utilizing information technology it becomes a potential as tourist attraction to be better known and able to move potential tourists to visit it

Abstract

Some students do not yet have a healthy body and soul. One of the most important healthy terms is spiritual health. Some Christian students are still classified as spiritually unhealthy; This is proven by the fact that there are still Christian students who miss studying during Christian religious education and character education lessons. The aim of this research is to explain how to build a healthy mind and body. Using qualitative research methodology through observation, documentation and research literature. The results of this research are that the more loyal they are in building the body and soul of Christian students, the more students will maintain and maintain physical and spiritual health. Conclusion: Christian students should have a healthy body and soul, therefore they need to be loyal and responsible in participating in the learning process of Christian religious education and character in addition to taking part in the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5).

Abstract

Women's empowerment in agriculture is a key aspect of rural development in various countries, including Indonesia. Women Farmer Groups (WFGs) are one effective form of empowerment in enhancing the capacity and economic independence of women farmers. In Jl. Sumur Mangga I, Gaga, Larangan District, Tangerang City, WFG Sumur Mangga is an interesting example of how women farmers are able to transform unproductive land into fertile and productive fields in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the need for food security. Through the One-Day Training (ODT) method, this community service activity was conducted with a focus on providing training in modern agricultural technology and marketing strategies to members of WFG Sumur Mangga. The results showed a high level of satisfaction, with an average score of 4.45 out of 5, indicating a very positive response from the participants. The theoretical discussion highlights the importance of gender roles in rural and agricultural development, while the practical findings of WFG Sumur Mangga illustrate successful collaboration between the local community and academic institutions in achieving sustainable development goals. The conclusion confirms that this community service activity has had a significant positive impact and has met the participants' expectations, thus making a meaningful contribution to community development in the area.

Abstract

Metta-bhavana is a meditation method intended to cultivate unconditional love for oneself and others. The aim of this research is to find out how participants in a one-day loving-kindness meditation impact their self-quality at Vihara Dhammacakka Jaya, North Jakarta. This research used a quantitative approach by sending questionnaires to 48 subjects aged 16 years and over. The results showed that daily loving-kindness meditation improved various participants' personal qualities. These include feelings of greater calm and peace, higher levels of patience, better relationships with others, and a decrease in negative feelings such as anger and resentment. More than 80% of participants agreed that loving-kindness meditation was beneficial on various self-quality indicators.
