Abstract

Diperkirakan 18% wanita yang tinggal di negara industri mengalami anemia, sedangkan di negara berkembang jumlahnya meningkat hingga 56% dan merupakan faktor yang menyebabkan timbulnya masalah kesehatan pada wanita serta kematian selama kehamilan dan persalinan.kacang hijau mengandung zat besi yang sangat penting untuk pembentukan hemoglobin yang berfungsi dalam membawa oksigen dari paru-paru ke seluruh sel di dalam tubuh. Berdasarkan hasil kajian pendahuluan pada bulan Juli 2022 di  Desa Widang Kecamatan Widang Kabupaten Tuban 60% ibu hamil mengalami anemia. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil melalui pemberian sari kacang hijau. Metode yang diterapkan adalah  dengan memberikan sari kacang hijau selama 15 hari pada ibu hamil dengan anemia dengan takaran 200 ml/hari, kemudian setelah itu melakukan pengukuran haemoglobin pada 16 ibu hamil anemia di Desa Widang dengan menggunakan Hb Quick Check  dan mencatatnya dalam lembar observasi. Hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan pada 16 ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia didapatkan kadar Hb rata-rata ibu hamil setelah dilakukan intervensi selama 15 hari adalah 11,2 gr/dl artinya sudah tidak anemia.   .Kata Kunci : Sari Kacang Hijau (Vigna Radiata), Hemoglobin (Hb)

Abstract

The Tuban Government has made to prevent the spread of Covid-19, but the main obstacle is the level of public understanding of the importance health protocols. The people of Tuban Regency have varying levels of engagement in responding to the protocol. Jenu District has a large area, and diverse communities and is the centre of industry in Tuban Regency. This is what makes the people in Jenu District very diverse, both local people and immigrants. In particular, people who live around the industrial environment, need to get special attention related to their understanding of Covid-19.The methods that are responsible to the community need to be improved to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 case. Through this health education program, it is hoped to increase the public's awareness and understanding of the importance of implementing health protocol to create a Green Village or Covid-19 Free.This program was successful with the support of the community and they follow every program that is carried out in an orderly and enthusiastic manner. In addition to health education activities, this program also assists in food staples, masks, hand sanitizers, and the construction of hand washing facilities in several public facilities in Wadung Village. Keywords:  Health Protocol, Covid-19, Green Village, and Community.

Abstract

Peningkatan angka kematian yang disebabkan oleh kecelakaan lalu lintas biasanya terjadi salah satunya karena masyarakat Indonesia yang tidak mengetahui cara memberikan pertolongan pertama yang tepat saat korban ditemukan. Namun pertolongan pertama yang diberikan kepada korban sering tidak tepat sehingga perlu edukasi evakuasi pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan lalu lintas yang merupakaan korban gawat darurat dari awal tempat kejadian dan selama perjalanan menuju sarana kesehatan, tercapainya kualitas hidup korban. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendidikan masyarakat dilaksanakan di SMAN I Meraurak Kabupaten Tuban Jawa Timur. Kegiatan di awali dengan sosialisasi terlebih dahulu terkait edukasi balut bidai, evakuasi dan transportasi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan simulasi yang dilaksanakan di SMA I Meraurak. Hasil evaluasi pengetahuan pre dan post test, serta evaluasi keterampilan pre dan post test. Hasil evaluasi pengetahuan pre test didapatkan rerata nilai 40,48 sedangkan nilai pengetahuan post test reratanya 92,04. Hasil evaluasi keterampilan pre test didapatkan rerata 30,55 sedangan rerata keterampilan post test adalah 87,61. Pengabdian masyarakat tentang edukasi dan simulasi bantuan kegawatdaruratan bagi PMR SMAN 1 Meraurak Tuban dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan balut bidai, evakuasi dan transportasi pada kasus cedera

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is one of the most common and serious chronic diseases in Indonesia today. Half of Diabetes Mellitus cases go undiagnosed because in general diabetes is not accompanied by symptoms until complications occur. The prevalence of diabetes is increasing due to changes in lifestyle, increase in the number of calories eaten, lack of physical activity and the increasing number of elderly population. In terms of anticipation for the prevention of Diabetes Mellitus, what really needs to be considered is to provide health education to people with Diabetes Mellitus. Health education to people with diabetes mellitus is a very important thing in the regulation of blood sugar in people with Diabetes Mellitus and preventing or at least inhibiting the emergence of chronic complications and acute complications that sufferers fear. In this case, good cooperation is needed between Diabetes Mellitus sufferers and their families with managers/extensionists who can consist of doctors, nurses, nutritionists and other staff.

Abstract

Peran utama seorang Kepala Ruang Rawat adalah mengelola seluruh sumber daya di unit perawatan untuk menghasilkan pelayanan yang bermutu. Kepala Ruang Rawat merupakan jabatan yang cukup penting dan strategis, karena secara manajerial kemampuan kepala ruang rawat menentukan keberhasilan pelayanan keperawatan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah perawat mampu melakukan pengolahan bangsal terutama untuk kepala ruang termasuk fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan untuk mendapatkan pengarahan yang lebih lanjut. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan melakukan pelatihan manajemen bangsal. Dengan kata lain, kegiatan ini memberikan pengetahuan tentang upaya pengelolaan bangsal di RSNU Tuban. Setelah dilakukan pelatihan manajemen bangsal pendidikan dan implementasi peserta pelatihan mampu mengelola bangsalnya dengan baik sesuai dengan standart akreditasi rumah sakit nasional. Perlunya peningkatan pengetahuan manajerial tentang pengelolaan bangsal maka diharapkan badan diklat RS untuk memfasilitasi pelatihan-pelatihan gunameningkatkan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit.

Abstract

Ibu rumah tangga memainkan peran penting dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga dan dapat mengambil langkah-langkah kreatif untuk menghemat uang. Membuat sabun cuci piring cair di rumah bisa menjadi kegiatan yang kreatif dan bermanfaat. Dengan membuat sabun cuci piring sendiri, ibu rumah tangga dapat mengontrol bahan yang digunakan dan memastikan sabun tersebut alami dan aman untuk keluarga. Penyuluhan dan praktik langsung diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini untuk memudahkan pemahaman warga tentang pembuatan sabun cuci piring cair. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu sebagai upaya pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki waktu luang, maupun ibu pekerja yang juga ingin meningkatkan kreatifitasnya. Hasil yang didapatkan dari 20 liter air mnghasilkan kurang lebih 35 botol ukuran 450 ml. Kegiatan ini membuat warga senang dan mendapatkan pengetahuan baru serta dapat memunculkan kreatifitas untuk menjadi ide bisnis baru.

Abstract

Nutritional status at kindergarten nutritional status at this age is influenced by nutritional status as a toddler and will affect nutritional status during adolescence, the age when growth spurts occur. Malnutrition early intervention is important if nutritional problems are found, this can be done if nutritional status screening data is available. The rampant cases of stunting are of concern to the government, where the cause of stunting itself is due to a lack of intake since I was still in the womb, a lack of awareness to have health checks, and a lack of sanitation and clean water. Therefore, it is necessary to improve diet, parenting patterns and good sanitation. This study aims to screen the nutritional status of KBRA Manbail Futuh Beji students, Jenu District, Tuban. A total of 33 KB children and 61 RA children participated in this study. Demographic data and anthropometric data were collected. An overview of nutritional status based on weight/age shows the percentage of children with nutritional status of overweight, at risk of being overweight, and underweight, the results are the same, namely 1 child with a percentage of 3.03%. Nutritional status based on height/age shows the percentage of children with short nutritional status as many as 6 children with a percentage of 18.8%. Nutritional status based on weight/height shows the percentage of children with overweight and obese nutritional status with the same results, namely 1 child with a percentage of 3.03% for each result for overnutrition status of 3 children with a percentage of 9.09%. Nutritional status based on BMI/U shows the percentage of children with obese nutritional status as many as 3 children with a percentage of 4.92% overweight and malnutrition as many as 4 children with a percentage of 6.56% the risk of overweight is 1 child with a percentage of 1.64%.

Abstract

Snacks are a type of food that is often consumed and known by the general public, including school children. The Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (BPOM) noted that 14.7% of snacks in the school environment contained hazardous materials such as borax, rhodamine B, formalin and methanyl yellow. Unhealthy snacks are caused by a lack of understanding in managing and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the food to be sold. Snacks for school children whose health and hygiene are not guaranteed can potentially cause poisoning, digestive disorders and if it lasts for a long time will lead to poor nutritional status, therefore education about healthy snacks is needed and training in making healthy snacks Keywords : Healthy Snack, Nutrition, School Children

Abstract

ABSTRACT Toddlers are a group that shows rapid growth, so they need maximum nutrients. Fulfillment of nutritional needs is an important indicator in the process of growth and development of toddlers. The prevalence of malnutrition and undernutrition under five is 17.7%. The nutritional problem for toddlers is the lack of fulfillment of balanced nutrition caused by a lack of mother's knowledge about nutrition that must be fulfilled by toddlers during their growth period. Based on the problems above, it is necessary to carry out immediate intervention through training on preparing a balanced nutritional menu for children. The purpose of this activity is to help schools, teachers and parents to make healthy food and snack menus for toddlers. Abstract

The problem of waste is becoming increasingly complex due to limited space for processing waste, incompatibility in spatial planning, lack of waste processing facilities, low public knowledge regarding waste processing, the large number of land conversions for housing, and the rapid increase population in the Tuban Regency. This community service activity was carried out at the location of the religious tourism bus parking of the Sunan Bonang Tomb. Garbage scattered at the parking location comes from bus passengers who do not have the awareness to throw garbage in its place. In addition, the other main sources of waste come from traders at tourist parking locations and pedicab drivers. This condition is mostly caused by the low of knowledge and awareness of the community regarding waste and its processing. This education and socialization of waste sorting is carried out to traders, visitors and pedicab drivers around the bus parking location. In this activity, the majority of traders have good knowledge regarding waste sorting into organic and inorganic waste, while for pedicab drivers, the majority do not have good knowledge regarding waste sorting. It is hoped that in the future this community service activity can be carried out in a sustainable manner, so that later the waste at the bus parking location can be used into something useful
