Abstract

This research aims to analyze how the use of digital strategies can increase of Indoesian Pepper exports. This resrearch using qualitative study methods and literature review methods as a basic for understanding the use digital strategy to provide pepper export. The results of this research can be used as recommendations for businesses, especially SMEs and for begginer exporter, to engage in pepper exports efficiently and effectively strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out product inventory control at CV. Sultan Jaya Raya. As well as to find out the implementation of merchandise inventory management and find out the efforts made to anticipate merchandise losses at CV. Sultan Jaya Raya The type of research used is field research using a qualitative approach and the source of informants in this research is the owner of CV. Sultan Jaya Raya. The research results show that CV.Sultan Jaya Raya has implemented optimal inventory management. This can be seen from the special considerations made by the owner in providing merchandise to be marketed on weekdays. The owner only considers the needs of the community which is expected to increase in demand where the owner provides goods in greater quantities than usual. To place a reorder, the owner orders the goods directly from the manufacturer.     Abstrak Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah mengetahui pengendalian persediaan produk pada CV. Sultan Jaya Raya. Serta untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen persediaan barang dagangan dan mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengantisipasi kerugian barang dagangan di CV. Sultan Jaya Raya Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan sebagai sumber informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pemilik CV. Sultan Jaya Raya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV.Sultan Jaya Raya sudah menerapkan Manajemen persediaan secara optimal. hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari adanya pertimbangan khusus yang dilakukan pemilik dalam menyediakan barang dagangan yang akan dipasarkan pada hari-hari biasa. Pemilik hanya mempertimbangkan kebutuhan masyarakat yang diperkirakan akan meningkat permintaan di mana pemilik menyediakan barang dengan jumlah yang lebih banyak dari biasanya. Untuk melakukan pemesanan kembali, pemilik memesan barang langsung kepada produsen.   Kata Kunci: manajemen persediaan, perdagangan, CV

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of merchandise inventory management and determine the efforts made to anticipate losses of Martabak Putri Naura merchandise. The type of research used is qualitative and the source of information in this research is the owner of Martabak Putri Naura. The research results show that Martabak Putri Naura has not yet established inventory management in an optimal way. This can be seen from the lack of special considerations made by the owner in providing merchandise to be marketed on weekdays. The owner only considers people's needs which are expected to increase on certain days such as national holidays where the owner provides goods in greater quantities than usual. Sales personnel also play a very important role in marketing the products and services that will be sold. The importance of the role of the sales force must be balanced with sales ability so that it can further support the success of Martabak Putri Naura. With sales ability, consumers can find out about the products offered and sell effectively so that the sales effectiveness of Martabak Putri Naura products can be increased. Apart from that, in marketing these products, sales personnel must also improve their skills in interacting with potential customers or consumers. This is expected to increase sales of Martabak Putri Naura products so that sales effectiveness can also be increased.

Abstract

Research Aims: The cigarette industry is one of the leading segments of various sectors in Indonesia and is one of the largest commodities contributing to Indonesian state revenues obtained from Value Added Tax (PPN), Excise, and local taxes. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of financial performance as measured by the value of financial ratios, namely profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, activity ratios, and solvency ratios of several companies engaged in the tobacco industry as a sample study. The results of this study revealed that there are some companies that have an increase in the value of financial ratios from year to year, but there are also companies whose value decreases in the following year, this indicates that financial ratios can describe financial performance over time and become a management benchmark in performance evaluation to improve company performance in the future.

Abstract

Research Aims: This research aims to explore the role of social media in global marketing, particularly in shaping brand image and increasing sales of exported products. It seeks to analyze how social media platforms are utilized to capture global market shares, foster sustained relationships with consumers, and develop positive brand perceptions. Additionally, it aims to investigate the intrinsic relationship between brand image and sales volume, focusing on the impact of a positive image on consumer interest and exported product sales. Design/Methodology/Approach: Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, this study delves into consumers' preferences, behaviors, and perspectives regarding exported products while analyzing factors influencing brand image and sales through social media platforms. The methodology involves a thorough literature review, drawing insights from academic sources and scholarly works related to social media's role in global marketing, exporting products, and brand image enhancement. Research Findings: The research findings emphasize prevalent social media approaches in global marketing, including targeting specific markets, leveraging appropriate platforms, content-centric strategies, and engagement-oriented approaches. Despite notable benefits, around 30% of companies appeared to underutilize these strategies. Furthermore, a clear correlation between effective social media strategies and the positive image of exported products was identified. Successful social media applications, illustrated through case studies, highlighted the significance of internal understanding of target markets, crafting tailored content, and awareness of external factors like social media trends and cultural nuances. conclusion: This study underscores the pivotal role of social media in global marketing strategies, emphasizing the need for companies to adapt and align their approaches with internal and external market dynamics. The findings suggest that harnessing the potential of social media involves a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and effective content strategies

The aim of this research is to analyze product innovation and business innovation at the Karawang Sultan shop. This research uses a qualitative research design. The qualitative method is a research method that uses data in the form of numbers and the collected data is analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of this research, the success of Kedai Sultan's business can be seen from its good and very friendly service, its prices which are quite affordable, and most importantly, the innovation of this shop which can create dishes with large portions and delicious taste quality is the most important factor for This shop is always busy with customers. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of collaborative governance in the development of Pinge Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency. In this study, the author used a type of qualitative research with a descriptive method. The analysis uses the theory of collaborative governance success measures from Deseve in Sudarmo (2011). The research findings show that collaboration between the government, private sector and the community has been going quite well, but there are several problems such as dominance from the community, there is still collaboration without written cooperation documents, and inadequate financial and human resources. The recommendations that’s possible are that the government more routinely conducts direct observations, expanding collaboration networks and the community’s more enthusiastic about contributing to the development of tourism villages. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan collaborative governance dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Pinge, Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Analisis menggunakan teori ukuran keberhasilan collaborative governance dari Deseve dalam Sudarmo (2011). Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat sudah berjalan cukup baik, namun terdapat beberapa permasalahan seperti adanya dominasi dari pihak masyarakat, masih terdapat kolaborasi tanpa dokumen kerja sama tertulis, dan sumber daya keuangan dan SDM yang belum memadai. Adapun rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan yaitu pemerintah lebih rutin melakukan pengamatan langsung, swasta lebih intens melakukan promosi, pengelola meningkatkan kapasitas pelayanan wisata, memperluas jaringan kolaborasi, membuat aturan yang mengikat antar stakeholder dan masyarakat lebih semangat berkontribusi dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Abstract

This research aims to understand library management strategies in boosting community reading interest. The problem analysis employs indicators from the Strategic management theory by Wheelen and Hunger (2012). The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Informants are selected using purposive and snowball sampling techniques. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, subsequently analyzed using SWOT analysis techniques. The research findings indicate that the management of the Regional Library of Bali Province has implemented strategies to enhance community reading interest by utilizing existing resources, such as collaborating with literacy communities, implementing various service, especially mobile library service and providing bot online and offline services. It is expected that these efforts will continue to increase visitor numbers, especially the community’s reading interest. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan strategi perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat. Pengkajian masalah menggunakan indikator teori Manajemen Strategi dari Wheelen dan Hunger (2012). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Informan ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive dan snowball sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Perpustakaan Daerah Provinsi Bali telah melakukan strategi dalam meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat dengan menggunakan sumber daya yang ada seperti kerjasama dengan komunitas literasi, menerapkan berbagai layanan terutama layanan perpustakaan keliling serta menyediakan pelayanan online dan offline, diharapkan dapat terus meningkatkan tingkat pengunjung khususnya tingkat minat baca masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Strategi, Pengelolaan Perpustakaan, Minat Baca Masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract This research was purposed to analyze the relation between workload and nurse performance at Muslimat Hospital Ponorogo with work engagement and job satisfaction as intermediary variables. The method used in the research is quantitative with two-stage multiple linear regression as a measuring tool. The number of samples used in the research was 50 nurses at the Muslimat Hospital Ponorogo with various criteria of gender, age, length of work and different educational backgrounds. The research results show that workload directly has a positive and significant effect on performance, workload directly has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, while workload directly has no significant effect on nurse satisfaction. The relationship between work engagement and performance directly and job satisfaction has a significant effect. Meanwhile, work engagement and job satisfaction are considered not to be able to significantly mediate workload on nurse performance.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the empowerment strategy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the cooperative and SME department of Tabanan Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data analysis using SWOT matrix analysis. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The technique for determining informants used was the snowball and purposive techniques. The results of this research show that there are still indicators that are not optimal. The SWOT analysis shows that the Tabanan Regency cooperative and SME department has large and abundant potential but also faces challenges such as market expansion, changes in regulations and increasingly fierce competition. The empowerment strategy involves improving facilities, services and promotions as well as training through digital media. Sustainability is integrated into management to involve local communities and improve human resources. The implementation of this strategy is expected to increase people's interest in loving local products and using local products so that local products can compete with foreign products, as well as creating economic opportunities for local communities. Collaboration with related parties is needed to support this empowerment. With a holistic approach, the Tabanan Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Service is expected to be an agent of change capable of integrating economic, social and environmental aspects in efforts to empower MSMEs. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami strategi pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro,kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di dinas koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Tabanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan meggunakan metode deskriptif Kualitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis matriks SWOT. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara,observasi,dan dokumentasi. Teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan adalah Teknik snowball dan purposive. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan masih adanya indikator yang belum maksimal. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa dinas koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Tabanan memiliki poteni yang besar serta melimpah namun juga menghadapi tantangan seperti peluasan pasar, perubahan regulasi dan persaingan yang semakin ketat. Strategi pemberdayaan melibatkan peningkatan fasilitas,pelayanan dan promosi serta pelatihan melalui media digital. Keberlanjutan diintegrasikan dalam manajemen untuk melibatkan komunitas lokal dan peningkatan SDM. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk mencintai produk lokal dan menggunakan produk lokal sehingga produk lokal dapat bersaing dengan produk luar, serta menciptakan peluang ekonomi bagi masyarakat setempat. Kolaborasi dengan pihak terkait diperlukan untuk mendukung pemberdayaan ini. Dengan pendekatan holistic, Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Tabanan diharapkan dapat menjadi agen perubahan yang mampu mengintegrasikan aspek – aspek ekonomi,sosial,dan lingkungan dalam upaya pemberdayaan UMKM.
