Abstract

Research Aims: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of secretary competence, self-esteem and self-efficacy on work readiness in final semester students, especially in the department of office administration education, Jakarta State University. Design/Methodology/Approach: This research uses quantitative methodology. Research Findings: Basically, job readiness is an important thing for students who will graduate and have been declared graduated from college. Work readiness indicates that there is an individual transformation of students from the world of education to the company sector and are ready to face the world of work. One of the students' job readiness can be influenced by soft skills, which can be seen that soft skills are needed in aspects of planning and the job search process and success in pursuing a job career. In the current era of the industrial revolution 4.0, students are expected to be ready for all conditions in the field, they must be mentally and intellectually tested and intellectual. Instead of providing job readiness soft skills, skills, knowledge, organizational or work experience are also highly seen by employers. Because from a worker who is ready to carry out the assigned work and is responsible, human resources emerge who are ready to build a company well and to increase competitiveness for other offices.The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical data on variables that affect the job readiness of final year students majoring in office administration education UNJ, as for the specific research objectives, namely: knowing the influence of secretarial competence self esteem and self efficacy.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah perusahaan, tentunya harus memperkuat strategi pemasaran mereka karena adanya pengaruh globalisasi. Dengan adanya pengaruh globalisasi, perusahaan harus memperkuat strategi pemasaran mereka. Globalisasi adalah realitas yang memungkinkan orang di seluruh dunia bekerja sama dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, seperti pertukaran teknologi dan informasi, yang harus dipromosikan melalui strategi pemasaran yang terus berkembang. Pemasaran membantu bisnis menemukan dan memenuhi kebutuhan sosial dan manusia dengan cara yang menguntungkan. Perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuan mereka dengan bantuan pemasaran, yang fokus utamanya adalah meningkatkan penjualan, yang mencakup kualitas produk perusahaan dan apakah produk perusahaan tersebut berkualitas, inovatif, dan unik. Merek adalah elemen terpenting dalam pemasaran sendiri karena memiliki nilai dan karakteristik yang dilindungi secara hukum. Perusahaan yang telah memiliki merk tidak akan meniru pesaingnya. Menurut Kotler (2016), merk adalah nama, kata-kata, tanda, lambang, desain, atau kombinasinya yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi produk atau jasa yang dijual oleh satu penjual atau kelompok penjual dan mendiferensiasikan produk atau jasa yang dijual oleh pesaing.

Abstract

Abstract. The recording of a Sustainability Report has become one of the primary approaches in modern businesses aiming to measure, track, and communicate the social, environmental, and economic impacts of a company. This research aims to analyze the influence of recording the Sustainability Report on resource productivity and economic growth at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Through a methodology involving historical data analysis and detailed evaluation models, this study investigates how the implementation of the Sustainability Report within the company influences resource productivity in day- to-day operations. This research provides a foundation for a deeper understanding of the importance of maintaining a Sustainability Report in enhancing the productivity and economic growth of the company, along with its implications within the context of a sustainable economy. Abstrak. Pencatatan Sustainability Report telah menjadi salah satu pendekatan utama dalam bisnis modern yang bertujuan untuk mengukur, melacak, dan mengomunikasikan dampak sosial, lingkungan, dan ekonomi suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pencatatan Sustainability Report terhadap produktivitas sumber daya dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk.. Melalui metodologi analisis data historis dan model evaluasi terperinci, penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana implementasi Sustainability Report di perusahaan memengaruhi produktivitas sumber daya dalam operasional sehari-hari. Penelitian ini memberikan landasan untuk pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang pentingnya pencatatan Sustainability Report dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan pertumbuhan ekonomi perusahaan, serta implikasinya dalam konteks ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk membahas dan memahami tentang etika bisnis dalam daya saing UMKM. Metode pada penulisan ini yakni dengan pendekatan literatur review. Data yang diambil untuk penulisan ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan sumber referensi berupa buku maupun artikel penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini yakni penjelasan mengenai persaingan dengan etika yang baik menjadi dasar bagi pelaku UMKM untuk menjalankan keberlangsungan dan kemampuan mempertahankan usahanya. Mematuhi norma-norma etika bisnis membantu perusahaan menghindari perilaku yang merugikan. Dengan beretika dalam persaingan usaha, membantu menciptakan perusahaan yang berkelanjutan, membangun reputasi positif, dan menciptakan nilai jangka panjang bagi pihak yang terlibat.

Abstract

This research delves into the digital marketing strategies employed by CrochetWoven, a brand specializing in woven bags, as it expands its presence in the Japanese market for export purposes. The primary goal of this study is to comprehend how digital marketing and the internet serve as effective tools to reach international markets, particularly in consumer industries like woven bags.The research methodology involves gathering and analyzing various literature, references, and marketing journals from diverse sources, ranging from conventional books to relevant E-books that align with the discussed theories. Emphasizing social media and e-commerce, the study presents a case analysis of how CrochetWoven successfully broadened its market share by leveraging prominent e-commerce platforms in Japan, such as Amazon Japan, Rakuten, and Rakuma. The findings highlight significant potential for CrochetWoven to expand its digital marketing through e-commerce utilization, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior in Japan being a crucial factor for the company's success in entering and thriving in the export market.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil dari penerapan Metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). Apakah hasil ada perbedaan anatar metode EOQ (Economi Order Quantity) dengan metode yang dilakukan pemilik UMK GMS Shahirly. Selain itu Metode EOQ digunakan untuk mengetahui jumlah biaya pemesanan dan biaya penerimaan serta jumlah barang ataupun bahan baku seminimal munkin dan memenuhi permintaan pasar yang ada. Hal ini sesuai dengan pernyataan Fahmi (2016:120) dalam (Lyman, 2023) menyatakan bahwa EOQ merupakan model matematik yang menentukan jumlah barang yang harus dipesan demi memenuhi permintaan dan biaya persediaan yang diminimalkan.

Abstract

Persediaan bahan baku atau material pada CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI belum direncanakan dengan baik sehingga suatu waktu bahan baku habis pada saat proses produksi berlangsung. Manajemen persediaan yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan belum memperhatikan kuantitas pemesanan yang ekonomis, dan juga titik pemesanan kembali bahan bakunya. Hal ini tentunya berdampak pada penambahan biaya- biaya yang harusnya tidak diperlukan, dengan kata lain tidak efektif dan efisien, sehingga CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI memandang perlu menerapkan metode EOQ dalam mengelola bahan baku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) terhadap pengendalian persediaan bahan baku di CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian di CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan data persediaan perusahaan pada tahun 2022-2023, yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya penurunan biaya sejumlah 25,3%. Pada awalnya dengan kebijakan perusahaan saat ini, total biaya sejumlah Rp7.390.717 dan bila menggunakan metode EOQ turun menjadi Rp5.520.174. Hadirnya safety stock, reorder point, juga diperhitungkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa metode EOQ berperan penting pada pengendalian persediaan bahan baku di CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI. Kata kunci: Manajemen Persediaan; Metode EOQ, Industri Manufaktur ABSTRACT Inventory of raw materials or materials on CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI has not been planned properly so the raw materials run out once during the production process. The inventory management implemented by the company has not paid attention to the economic order quantity, and also the point of reordering raw materials. This certainly has an impact on adding costs that should not be needed, in other words not effective and efficient, so CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI considers it necessary to apply the EOQ method in managing raw materials. This study aims to determine the application of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to raw material inventory control in CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI. This research uses quantitative methods with the object of research in the CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI. This research sample uses company inventory data for 2022-2023, which was taken using the purposive sampling method. The results showed a decrease in costs of 25.3%. At first, with the current company policy, the total cost amounted to Rp7,390,717 and when using the EOQ method it dropped to Rp5,520,174. The presence of safety stock, and reorder points, was also taken into account in this study. The results prove that the EOQ method is important in controlling raw material inventory in CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI.

Abstract

Digital marketing has become a key element in understanding and shaping export sustainability in the digital era. This research aims to explore the impact of digital marketing on export sustainability in the context of the current digital era. With rapid digital transformation, companies and exporting countries need to understand how digital marketing can impact various aspects of export sustainability, including economic growth, operational efficiency and environmental sustainability. This research uses qualitative methods and uses a literature study approach related to digital marketing, exports and sustainability. Literature findings provide insight into how digital marketing can accelerate global market penetration, increase supply chain efficiency, and make a positive contribution to the sustainability aspects of exports. The results of this research demonstrate that implementing digital marketing strategies can open up new opportunities to increase competitiveness and export growth. Positive impacts are also seen in increasing brand awareness, strengthening relationships with global consumers, and adapting to international market trends. However, challenges such as data security, international regulatory compliance, and changing digital consumer behavior have also emerged as critical factors that can impact export sustainability. Therefore, this research provides a holistic understanding of the relationship between digital marketing and export sustainability, providing a foundation for companies and government policies to optimize digital potential in facing global challenges and achieving sustainable export sustainability.

Abstract

The inventory of raw materials or materials at PB Giri Jaya Putra is not well planned, so the raw materials run out during the production process. The company also does not pay attention to the quantity and reorder point of raw materials. Thus, costs that should not be needed increase, which means that they are not effective and efficient. As a result, PB Giri Jaya Putra decided to apply the quantity demand economics method in raw material management. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of the quantity demand economic method (EOQ) in raw material stock management in PB Giri Jaya Putra. This research uses quantitative methods with the object of research in PB Giri Jaya Putra. The company's inventory data from 2022-2023 was used as a research sample, which was taken by purposive sampling method. The results showed that the cost has decreased by 59% from by saving Rp. 20,213,212.95. The results showed that the EOQ method played a significant role in controlling the availability of raw materials in PB Giri Jaya Putra.
