Abstract

Management of financing is one way to improve the quality of educationand learning. The aim of the research is to understand how the implementationof financial management can increase the quality of education and learning atIslamic Nanjungmekar Junior High School ( MTs Nanjungmekar). The methodused is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collectiontechniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Dataanalysis techniques, performed with data reduction, data display, conclusionsand prefikasi. That is the subject of this research is the principal, viceprincipal, teachers, and school treasurer.The results showed that (1) Planning of education financing at MTsNanjungmekar done with discussions that involve all school personnel. (2)allocation technique based on the standard of education funding priority toimprove the quality of learning (3) Supervision of financing is passed byinternal and external, that is internally done by the Ministry of ReligiousAffairs in the field of finance and ekstren by BPK. (4) Barriers experienced byprincipals in education funding is not fit between planning and the use ofeducation funding allocated by the government. Clash of opinion between theprincipal components of the use of budget madrasah schools. The implicationof this research is the establishment of a constructive management style that isencouraging every school personnel know and understand about thefinancing, the creation of a culture of transparency about the financing andmanagement, the creation of a sense of responsibility attitude towardsimproving the quality of education in MTsN.. Abstract

 Pengambilan keputusan merupakan suatu kegiatan pengambilankebijakan oleh seorang pimpinan dalam suatu organisasi dalam rangkapelaksanaan program pengembangan organisasi. Seorang pimpinan dalamoranisasi mesti mengetahui strategi-strategi pengambilan keputusan yangdilakukan dengan mengetahui atau menguasai teori-teori pengambilankeputusan. Banyak pimpinan dalam suatu organisasi kurang perhatian dalampengambilan keputusan sehingga kebijakan yang dihasilkan kurang bijaksana.Kelemahan tersebut kelemahan tersebut disebabkan kurangnya pemahamanatau wawasan terhadap teori pengambilan keputusan. artikel ini bertujuanuntuk memberikan beberapa teori terkait dengan pengambilan keputusan darisekian banyak teori yang ada terkait dengan pengambilan keputusan.Kata Kunci: Pengambilan keputusan, kebijakan dalam organisasi keputusanpimpinan organisasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is focused on: How is the practice ofbuying and selling, its legal consequences and the completion of theimplementation of the buying and selling practice of yarnen (PayHarvest) in accordance with Law No. 5/1999 concerning the prohibitionof monopolistic practices and unfair business competition in CikeletDistrict, Garut Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, witha descriptive analytic method. The focus of this research is in CikeletDistrict, Garut Regency. Technique of studying data by using interview,observation, and documentation. While the data analysis was donethrough data reduction, data display, and retrieval. The results showedthat: 1) The practice of buying and selling agricultural products betweenfarmers and middlemen is determined to determine the price to farmerswho have borrowed capital to plant these crops. And they are required tosell their harvest to middlemen at a price that is sometimes cheaper thanother buyers, so that the farmer feels a loss, because but there is anaccount owner who is obliged to sell with the middleman 2) The legalconsequence is that the sale and purchase of this thread is very, veryinfluencing the life of the people of the Cikelet District, both on socialand economic life, some are positive, namely the fulfillment of the needsof the seller by the buyer, and some are negative, namely the rerelationships between humans, which in the end can disturb security withpeace 3) The solution is through the interaction of stakeholders includingcommunity leaders, local officials, MUI and local government (PEMDA)must intervene and participate in fostering farmers and business actorsin making buying and selling properly for problems. Law Number 5 of1999 is optimally striving for healthy and fair business competition in aparticular market, for all business actors to participate in the process ofproducing goods and services to promote fair market economic growth.

Abstract

Curriculum Innovation is a renewal or idea that is expected to have animpact on the curriculum itself. the curriculum is only a tool or instrument toachieve the stated educational and learning goals. The curriculum is not anend in itself. Along with changes in society and cultural values, as well aschanges in the conditions and development of students, the curriculum alsochanges. An understanding of curriculum innovation will greatly assist theapplication of basic education learning principles. The problem is curriculuminnovation cannot be separated from success in education. The progress of thewithdrawal of education depends on how far the understanding of teachers incarrying out their duties in school, including understanding of the curriculum.Because it is essential for teachers to teach students to understand curriculuminnovation strategies, without teachers doing curriculum innovation it seemsdifficult to know with certainty how the progress of education can be knownwith certainty. Curriculum problems are related to the principle of relevanceand relate to the quality of the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor, while theequity is related to opportunities and opportunities, then efficiency in terms ofinternal and external.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that in Indonesia lately it is quitealarming. The reality is that now the Indonesian nation has lost its nationalidentity with a number of cases of violence, anarchist acts, corruption, taxevasion, murder, sexual crimes, looting, bomb terror, fights and others. Forthis reason, the role of education is very much needed to filter out thesecultures so that the community is not carried away by globalization, especiallyin terms of culture, but can analyze what cultures are acceptable and inaccordance with existing norms. The purpose of this study is focused on:culture Kampung Naga, the procession of love, the values contained in love,the internalization of educational values and the cultural implications ofIslamic education towards the social life of the people of Kampung Naga. Thisresearch uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive analytic methods. Thelocus of this research is the traditional village of Naga Tasikmalaya. The datacollection techniques are interview, observation and documentation. While theanalysis of the data is through data reduction, data display, and drawingconclusions.The results showed that: by applying the values of Islamiceducation in the Hajat Sasih ceremony to the people of Kampung NagaTasikmalaya, it was hoped that the formation of human characters throughhabituation of these values both in the family, school and community.

Abstract

Madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal, merupakan prata socialyang mengalami perkembangan dari masa-kemasa yang biasanyadiselenggarakan secara masal untuk umum dengan stadar kurikulum tertentupada jenjang dan jenis pendidikan tertentu. Hal ini dikarenakan pendidikanmerupakan pranata social, maka keterlibatan masyarakat dalam prosespendidikan menjadi mutlak diperlukan sebagaimana tertuang dalamparadigma baru tripusat pendidikan dimana semua orang tua dalam keluarga,kepala madrasah dan guru dimadrasah serta masyarakat bekerjasamamendidik anak-anak dengan baik. Untuk itu diperlukan pembenahanmanajemen madrasah antara lain bidang ketenagaan, bidang keuangan,bidang perlengkapan, bidang keuangan, bidang proses belajar-mengajar danbidang hubungan masyarakat.

Abstract

Metode diskusi yang membincangkan masalah yang dilakukan oleh duaorang atau lebih, di mana orang-orang yang berbincang tersebut memilikiperhatian yang sama terhadap masalah yang didiskusikan. Diskusi bisaberbentuk the social problem meeting, the open-ended meeting, theeducational-diagnosis. Metode diskusi terdiri dari whole group, buzz group,panel diskusi, simposium, musyawarah, seminar, forum, kelompok tanpapemimpin, fish bowl, the open discussion group, curah gagasan (brainstorming).

Abstract

Learning activities are the main activities in the whole educationprocess. A good learning process is to involve students in the implementationof education. This means that the education process must be oriented tostudents (student center). Aqeedah moral subjects are considered students asone of the boring subjects. At MTsN 1 Pasaman, it is seen that the learning ofAqidah Akhlak is still centered on the teacher (Teacher center), while theschool has used the 2013 curriculum which should be a student-orientedlearning process (Student center). The lack of student activity in the learningprocess is due to the teacher's Aqidah Akhlak still using the lecture anddiscussion methods as well as the lack of variations in the use of models andlearning methods. The influence of the Two Stay-Two Stray type of Cooperativelearning model can improve the learning outcomes of moral code in VII gradestudents of MTsN 1 Pasaman. This researcher aims to find out the effect of theTwo Stay-Two Stray Cooperative learning model in improving the learningoutcomes of Morals in the VII grade students of MTsN 1 Pasaman. Thisresearch is a quasi experiment with a randomized control group only designresearch design. The subjects of this study were all Grade VII students ofMTsN 1 Pasaman in 2019/2020 Academic Year with a total of 9 classes. Datacollected in this study are student learning outcomes data, in cognitive aspects.Data were analyzed by the average two similarity test (T-test) by conducting anormality test and a homogeneity test. From the results of the T-test data the95% confidence level (α = 0.05) and dk = 62, then obtained tcount = 3.06>1.67 = ttable which means Hypothesis (H1) is accepted. The results of thestudy concluded that there was a significant influence of the Two Stay-TwoStray Cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of the Morals ofthe VII grade students of MTsN 1 Pasaman 2019/2020 Academic Yearsignificantly. However, the authors also find several obstacles, namely in themanagement of classes that are less controlled, less effective time available

Abstract

This article aims to find out the achievement of the standards of educators andeducation staff in SMP Negeri 18 Bandung. This research is a descriptive qualitativestudy with data collection in the form of observation, interviews and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the standard achievement of Educators andeducation personnel in SMP Negeri 18 Bandung is 89.424% when compared withthe entire maximum score that should be achieved in standard forms of educatorsand education staff. This study recommends exploring the indicators that have notbeen optimally achieved, especially indicators of guidance and counseling educatorsand library staff. Even though it has been good, the service for students at schoolmust be improved. This is inten ded to improve the quality of education services andsatisfaction of community expectations.
