Abstract

Students of SMKN 1 Pasaman are multicultural because they have a variety of educational backgrounds, languages, religions, ethnicities and cultures. The diversity of students is not something that prevents the school from fostering the morals of its students. The principal of SMKN 1 Pasaman fosters the morals of multicultural students through the management of moral education. This research is interesting to study with the aim of describing the management of moral education for multicultural students that accumulates in planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, and evaluating moral education. This qualitative research uses a descriptive method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation, the data collected is analyzed and tested for validity through triangulation. The results of his research that 1) moral education is carried out through careful planning and written in the RPP, 2) it is organized that all parties have an obligation to foster the morals of multicultural students, 3) implementation of moral education for multicultural students a) carried out by the homeroom teacher directly b) moral development by the homeroom teacher with the subject teacher, c) moral development in collaboration with the homeroom teacher and the counseling teacher, d) student moral development with school leaders, e) coaching student morals with parents, 4) control and supervision are also carried out directly and indirectly, systematic 5) evaluation of moral education begins with guidance, direction, guidance, sanctions and cooperation

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP yang ada di Kota Solok diarahkan untuk ikut memakmurkan masjid di lingkungan tempat tinggalnya dengan mengikuti kegiatan keagamaan yang dikelola secara bersama antara Pemerintahan Daerah, Dinas Pendidikan, Kemenag, Guru Agama, Mubaligh, Pengurus Masjid dan orang tua. Dalam menyukseskan kegiatan ini perlu manajemen kepala sekolah dalam pembinaan akhlak siswa. Tujuan penelitian: (1) mendeskripsikan manajemen kepala sekolah dalam merencanakan pembinaan akhlak siswa (2) dalam mengorganisasi (3) dalam melaksanakan pembinaan akhlak siswa, (4) dalam mengontrol dan mengawasi, (5) dalam mengevaluasi pembinaan akhlak siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama Kota Solok. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, orangtua siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengujian keabsahan data melalui triangulasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) manajemen kepala sekolah dalam merencanakan pembinaan akhlak siswa adalah menginstruksikan kepada seluruh guru untuk membina akhlak dan pencantuman pembinaan akhlak pada rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran. (2) Manajemen kepala sekolah dalam mengorganisasi pembinaan akhlak dilakukan oleh pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan memberikan contoh teladan, pembinaan akhlak dilakukan oleh wali kelas terhadap siswa binaannya, pembinaan akhlak yang dilakukan oleh guru bimbingan konseling yang tidak bisa ditangani oleh wali kelas dan pembinaan akhlak siswa melalui kerjasama dengan orangtua setelah melalui pembinaan wali kelas dan guru bimbingan konseling. (3) Manajajemen pembinaan akhlak siswa secara langsung memberikan contoh teladan, menasehati dan menegur guru yang tidak disiplin dan secara tidak langsung pembinaan akhlak dilakukan oleh seluruh pendidik SMP se Kota Solok, menjalin kerjasama berbagai pihak dalam membina akhlak siswa kerjasama guru pendidikan agama islam dan guru bidang studi umum. (4) Manajemen kepala sekolah mengontrol dan mengawasi pembinaan akhlak siswa melalui seluruh guru yang mengajar. Guru mempunyai tanggung jawab membimbing, membina dan mengarahkan siswa untuk berakhlak baik. Dalam hal ini, maka guru menyampaikan hasil pembinaannya kepada kepala sekolah melalui wakil kesiswaan. (5) Manajemen kepala sekolah mengevaluasi pembinaan akhlak siswa adalah dengan cara memberikan hukuman atau sanksi, bekerjasama dengan orangtua siswa

Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan strategi ekspositori dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik di Pondok Pesantren Subulus Salam di Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui perencanaan guru dalam pelaksanaan strategi untuk meningkatkan motivasi dari dalam dan luar peserta didik di Pondok Pesantren Subulus Salam, untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan strategi ekspositori untuk meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren Subulus Salam, untuk mengetahui evaluasi yang dilakukan guru dalam pelaksanaan strategi ekspositori untuk meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik di Pondok Pesantren Subulus Salam, untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru dalam pelaksanaan strategi ekspositori untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik di Pondok Pesantren Subulus Salam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan atau field research, dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian dengan menggambarkan melalui kata – kata. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini penulis simpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan strategi ekpsositori oleh guru Aqidah Akhlak dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik di Pondok Pesantren Subulus Salam sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Dikarenakan  dengan perencanaan yang dipersiapkan guru tersebut terdapat cara guru Aqidah Akhlak yang memotivasi peserta didiknya setiap pembelajaran.

Abstract

Keharusan bagi perguruan tinggi untuk melaksanakanperkuliahan dalam jaringan (online) saat ini. Perkuliahan dalamjaringan cenderung dikenal dengan istilah E-Learning, merupakankegiatan pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan jaringan internet sebagaimedia pembelajaran yang dapat mendukung berbagai layanan dalampembelajaran. Manajemen perkuliahan online dalam meningkatkankreativitas mahasiswa dilakukan dengan menyusun perencanaanperkuliahan yang jelas, selanjutnya melaksanakan perkuliahan secaraonline sesuai dengan perencanaan, selalu melaksanakan pengawasansecara berkesinambungan dan pemberian motivasi terhadap mahasiswa.Hal ini hanya mungkin terwujud apabila memenuhi semua persyaratanpelaksanaan perkuliahan online.

Abstract

Metode diskusi yang membincangkan masalah yang dilakukan oleh duaorang atau lebih, di mana orang-orang yang berbincang tersebut memilikiperhatian yang sama terhadap masalah yang didiskusikan. Diskusi bisaberbentuk the social problem meeting, the open-ended meeting, theeducational-diagnosis. Metode diskusi terdiri dari whole group, buzz group,panel diskusi, simposium, musyawarah, seminar, forum, kelompok tanpapemimpin, fish bowl, the open discussion group, curah gagasan (brainstorming).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan Cooperative Learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif (mixed method). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V di SD N 05 Padang Rajo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Cooperative Learning dapat meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran, meningkatkan pemahaman materi, serta meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata sebesar 20% dari siklus pertama ke siklus kedua. Selain itu, metode ini juga meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa dalam bekerja sama dan berkomunikasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Cooperative Learning dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa serta hasil akademik mereka. Oleh karena itu, guru disarankan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran ini secara lebih luas dalam berbagai mata pelajaran guna menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan kolaboratif

Abstract

The study aims to understand how effective management impacts the quality of education and the challenges faced by educational institutions in managing these resources. This research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews and document analysis to gather data from educational institutions. The study examines the role of facilities and infrastructure in creating a conducive learning environment and investigates the obstacles faced, such as budget constraints, lack of competent human resources, and disparities between urban and rural schools. The findings reveal that optimal management of facilities and infrastructure directly contributes to improving the quality of education. Strategic efforts, including efficient use of space, submitting proposals for government assistance, and collaborating with the school committee, are critical in overcoming existing challenges. Additionally, the study highlights the importance of needs analysis in facility procurement to ensure resources are appropriately allocated. The study highlights that effective management of educational facilities requires the involvement of all school members. Schools should emphasize collaboration, strategic planning, and efficient resource use. Bridging the facility gap between urban and rural schools is crucial for improving education quality and achieving educational goals..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of GPT Chat at Senior High School 1 Lembah Melintang, to assess students' learning creativity, and to determine the effect of GPT Chat on students' learning creativity at Senior High School 1 Lembah Melintang. This research is motivated by the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in education, particularly through the use of GPT Chat as a learning tool. Although GPT Chat offers many benefits in accelerating information access and supporting students' independent learning, there are concerns that this technology may reduce students' critical and independent thinking skills. This is a quantitative study with a randomly selected sample of 50 students. Data processing was performed using SPSS 24.0 software to test validity, reliability, descriptive statistics, simple regression, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of GPT Chat at Senior High School 1 Lembah Melintang has a positive impact on students' learning creativity, with the majority of students experiencing improvements in material understanding and creative thinking. However, the effect of GPT Chat on student learning creativity was not statistically significant, with a low R-square value (0.023) and an insignificant t-test result. Nevertheless, this technology can still enrich students' learning experiences, as long as it is used judiciously and does not replace the important role of social interaction and teacher guidance in the learning process.

Abstract

Teaching and learning in Islamic Cultural History is ineffective because teachers lack a thorough understanding of the components and steps within the Contextual Teaching and Learning model. Students are lacking motivation to learn, and obstacles persist in the learning process, such as students being preoccupied with their own activities, talking with their deskmates, sleeping, limited time, and students' lack of participation in the learning process. The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model, 2) to determine the supporting factors, 3) to determine the inhibiting factors in improving learning motivation in Islamic Cultural History at the Islamic Junior High School of Subulus Salam. This study uses a descriptive approach. The type of research conducted by the author is field research, namely descriptive qualitative field research, which is a study that describes the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model in improving learning motivation in Islamic Cultural History at Islamic Junior High School of Subulus Salam. The data sources used are primary and secondary data, such as interviews, observations, and direct field documentation. Informants in this study were Islamic Cultural History teachers, students, and the principal. To analyze this data, data reduction was used. The author used data triangulation and source triangulation to present the data. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that: 1) The implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model involves planning, namely the inclusion of the Contextual Teaching and Learning model in the lesson plan). The implementation of this Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model is in accordance with the components and steps, but is not optimal and still faces obstacles. Evaluation through reflection and assessment is necessary. 2) Supporting factors for the use of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model include collaboration between teachers and students, adequate learning media, and a supportive environment for applying the material to students' daily lives. 3) Inhibiting factors for the use of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model include limited time, teachers only having general knowledge of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model, and a lack of student creativity.
