Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDIKTI) is a work unit under the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia which has the task of facilitating the improvement of the quality of higher education in its working area. LLDIKTI Region III oversees both public and private universities spread across DKI Jakarta and its surroundings. We believe that is important to have a journal which has an affiliated with LLDIKTI Region III to achieve our vision to create a high-quality publication that will be relevant, challenging and inclusive of a diverse range of voices and perspectives. Journals as a forum for scientific publications that are able to archive and protect scientific findings and become one of the important assessments in the accreditation of study programs and institution. We take great pleasure in welcoming you to our new journal ELIGIBLE : Journal of Social Sciences that will be published twice a year and which covers social sciences including accounting, management, education science, administrative sciences, economics, tourism, laws, communication studies and social sciences, politics, and humaniora. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perlindungan data pribadi konsumen pinjaman online. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perbandingan hukum dan kasus hukum. Perlindungan hukum tentang data pribadi khususnya nasabah Pinjaman Online di Indonesia perlu untuk segera direalisasikan melalui pengesahan Peraturan Pemerintah dan/atau Undang-Undang tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi untuk menjamin hak warga negara atas perlindungan diri pribadi dan menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat serta menjamin pengakuan dan penghormatan atas pentingnya perlindungan data pribadi. Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi harus mengatur perlindungan data secara akurat dan transparan serta mengatur tentang (1) pembatasan cara pengumpulan, penyimpanan atau pembagian data pribadi; (2) mewajibkan perusahaan untuk mengungkapkan cara mereka menggunakan data pribadi; (3) mengamanatkan tingkat mimimun perlindungan data pribadi; (4) jaminan hukum terhadap hak pemilik data pribadi; (5) larangan dalam penggunaan data pribadi ditujukan kepada orang yang memperoleh  atau mengumpulan atau mengungkapkan atau menggunakan data pribadi yang bukan miliknya dengan maksud untuk menguntungkan diri sendiri atau orang lain secara melawan hukum atau dapat mengakibatkan kerugian pemilik data pribadi atau konsumen; (6) perumusan sanksi administratif dan sanksi pidana yang berkeadilan, berkepastian, dan bermanfaat secara hukum dan ekonomi.

Abstract

This research was conducted to discover the development of customer interest through social media and find solutions to the obstacles faced. The focus of this research is related to the emergence of a "new culture" originating from an outside culture with a background in cafes or coffee shops and then influencing people's lifestyle which results in the emergence of many coffee shops. This creates competitions which requires these coffee shops to have a good marketing strategy correctly and effectively to increase customer interest. The data was collected from observation and conducting interviews with informants. Based on the results, it is concluded that the strategy of attracting customers through digital marketing has been going well. Digital marketing using social media and other media that are still included in digital marketing can also make it easier for customers and prospective customers interested in using or buying business products. It is also essential to find out the potential information customers need.

Abstract

Understanding the underlying variables that influence willingness to purchase certain products is crucial as it helps businesses to make better decisions to market their products. This study focuses on the Video on Demand industry and aims to explore the relationship between Netflix Subscription Continuance and Price that is mediated by two variables, namely Perceived Quality and Content. This research addresses the reason behind the phenomenon of customers’ decision to keep subscribing to Netflix despite the fact that there is an increasing price on the platform. The data for this paper is obtained from 111 Netflix subscribers in Jakarta who once and/or continue subscribing to Netflix, while the results are analyzed using SmartPLS. The findings of this research reveal that the direct relation between Price and Subscription Continuance is not significant. However, the indirect relationship that is mediated by Perceived Quality and Content both indicate significant relationships. This study discloses that improving Content and Perceived Quality will result in an increase in Subscription Continuance of Netflix.

Abstract

The number of visitors who came to Ragunan has declined significantly every year. The number of visitors there was the highest in 2019 (5.401.907 visitors). Problems that often arise are visitors complaining about a barcode or QR code being delivered slowly or not being sent to online registration to visit a Ragunan management unit during online registration, and visitors complaining about the difficulty of calling the Ragunan management unit call center. This would have an impact on visitors' dissatisfaction with the quality of services that are offered on a Ragunan. This zoo study seeks to comprehend the impact of facilities and the service quality management unit on visitor satisfaction in 2022 at the Ragunan Zoo. This study used a quantitative approach and provided an explanation. The population in this study will be people or visitors to Ragunan Zoo in 2022, as many as 950.552 people, using a formula obtained from 100 Slovene samples. Sampling techniques called for purposive sampling. The questionnaire was used to collect data, and the data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The findings revealed that facilities have some positive effects on visitor satisfaction. Although service quality has some positive effects, it has not significantly increased visitor satisfaction. The facilities and the quality of services provided have some positive effects and are important to the satisfaction of visitors to the Ragunan management unit at the same time

Abstract

In this study, the writer discusses common errors done by YouTube Auto-Translate in translating some of movie trailers with Indonesian subtitle as the Target Language (TL). Then, the writer compares the subtitles in the target language to that of a professional translation’s output and YouTube's Auto-Translate output and categorizes the errors by referring to the error classification by Vilar et al. The writer found 14 errors on YouTube Auto-Translate output. After observing the 14 data, it showed that commonly errors found from the data are related to lexical level by nine times (63%). The second error type is related to disambiguation which took place four times (27%). The errors found with the lowest frequency are Word Order and Unknown Word with which each of them is only shown once (5%). To sum up, machine translation helps us a lot in looking up words in a dictionary, but it is not recommended to rely on machine translation as it fails to recognize the context. It is then suggested that whenever we use MT, we must have it post-edit by human translator.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ingin memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh kepercayaan, transparansi, dan literasi terhadap keputusan pembayaran online Zakat  generasi milenial berbasis financial technology pada masa pandemi covid 19. Metode kuantitatif yang paling tepat digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menjadikan masyarakat di ibu kota DKI Jakarta yang beragama Islam sebagai populasi. Probability sampling dan rumus slovin digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah 100 responden sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data primer menggunakan google form sebagai penyebaran kuesioner. Didapatkan hasil empiris bahwa Kepercayaan generasi milenial berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan membayar Zakat online, sedangkan transparansi dan literasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan membayar Zakat online. Hasil penelitian ini berdampak meningkatkan citra dan kredibilitas pembayaran Zakat secara online dengan menggunakan platform. Serta bagi institusi Badan Amil Zakat untuk memberikan edukasi/literasi kepada generasi muda pembayaran Zakat online agar penghimpunan Zakat secara digital dapat meningkat secara signifikan.

Abstract

Masyarakat mengharapkan pelayanan publik yang optimal. Namun, terkadang uapaya terbaik sekalipun tidak memberikan hasil yang optimal karena faktor-faktor seperti pendelegasian wewenang dan kepuasan masyarakat. Berfokus pada Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Kemenkumham) di Bandar Lampung, yang mengurusi urusan hukum dan hak asasi manusia, ada kebutuhan mendesak untuk memastikan pendelegasian wewenang dengan benar dan kepuasan masyarakat tetap terjaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verikatif. Penenlitian deskriptif menguraikan tindakan organisasi berdasarkan data faktual, sementara verikasi menguji pengamatan ini terhadap teori-teori dengan menggunakan hipotesis. Melalui analisis statistik, ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Uji F memberikan hasil sebesar 387.996 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000, yang mengindikasikan pelimpahan wewenang dan kepuasan masyarakat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pelayanan publik.

Abstract

This research delves into the correlation between human resource competency, information technology utilization, and financial accounting system implementation on the integrity of financial statements within the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of DKI Jakarta Province. Examining the workforce of BPKD DKI Jakarta Province, the study finds that both human resource competency and the application of financial accounting systems significantly enhance the quality of financial statements. Surprisingly, information technology implementation does not yield a discernible impact on financial report quality. These findings underscore the necessity for BPKD DKI Jakarta Province to enhance its employees' technological proficiency to optimize financial statement preparation, aligning with its objectives. Ultimately, the research highlights the multifaceted nature of BPKD DKI Jakarta Province's performance evaluation.

Abstract

Pariwisata Olahraga merupakan perpaduan olahraga dan rekreasi dan banyak wisatawan yang meminatinya. Kabupaten Bogor sebagai the City of Sport Tourism memiliki ragam pariwisata olahraga bertaraf Internasional namun masih menghadapi kunjungan wisatawan. Hal ini akibat kurangnya strategi inovasi dalam pengelolaan destinasi wisata, aksesibilitas yang sulit dilalui wisatawan, pengelolaan setiap destinasi bersifat parsial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi mengembangkan pariwisata olahraga berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif didasarkan pada analisis SWOT yaitu strengths (kekuatan), weaknesses (kelemahan), opportunities (peluang), dan threats (ancaman). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi yang tepat untuk diterapkan dalam pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Bogor adalah strategi agresif (growth oriented strategy). Rekomendasi pengembangan strategi yang tepat untuk menjadikan Kabipaten Bogor sebagai the City of Sport Tourism adalah penguatan pada potensi wisata olahraga serta memanfaatkan melibatkan pelaku pariwisata.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memodelkan, meramalkan, dan membandingkan volatilitas serta risiko dari empat perusahaan konstruksi. Peramalan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu analisis forecasting dengan pendekatan model ARCH/GARCH. Saham konstruksi yang dianalisis adalah harga saham harian dari empat perusahaan yaitu PT Adhi Karya (ADHI), PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA), PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung (WEGE), dan PT Total Bangun Persada (TOTL). Hasil pemodelan terbaik saham konstruksi akibat sentimen SWF Indonesia untuk harga saham PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA) adalah model ARIMA(2,1,1) ARCH(1), Harga saham PT Adhi Karya menggunakan model ARIMA(0,1,1) GARCH(2,1), PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung menggunakan model ARIMA(2,1,1) ARCH(1) dan PT Total Bangun Persada menggunakan model ARIMA (3,1,2). Analisis peramalan menunjukkan bahwa saham PT Total Bangun Persada menghasilkan peningkatan harga saham paling tinggi. Berdasarkan standar deviasi, saham PT Wijaya Karya menjadi saham yang memiliki risiko paling tinggi dibandingkan tiga saham lainnya sehingga cocok bagi investor risk taker. Sedangkan saham PT Total Bangun Persada memiliki risiko rendah sehingga sesuai bagi investor risk averse. Analisis RMSE, MAE, dan MAPE menunjukkan bahwa saham PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung merupakan saham yang paling stabil dalam pemodelan, tidak terlalu fluktuatif, dan cocok bagi investor dengan profil risiko konservatif.
