Abstract

The utilization of fisheries' potential as a source of animal protein needs to be developed to maximize fisheries’ potential, especially in North Gorontalo Regency. In addition to adding economic value, fishery product processing provides a positive impact in the form of knowledge for coastal communities. Fishery product processing Fishery products, especially fish, can be processed into various products such as nuggets. Nuggets are processed food products from animal protein sources popular with small children and adults. This service activity aims to increase homemakers' knowledge about fish processing innovation through fish nugget processing in Dunu Village, Monano District, North Gorontalo. The implementation of activities is aimed at homemakers, and the method of service activities is participatory learning and action through counseling accompanied by making fish nuggets. The activity went smoothly and was enthusiastically followed by the participants. The results were increased knowledge and understanding of homemakers about diversifying fishery processing products, namely fish nuggets. This activity is expected to increase the added value of fishery products through the diversification of processed fishery products to increase the added value of fishery products.

Abstract

Lonuo Village is located in Tilongkabila District, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo. Kasubi crackers are a typical snack produced by one of the Lonuo Bukit Arang Kasubi Crackers UKMs. Kasubi crackers are made from cassava, tapioca flour, baking soda, and brown sugar, while other production requirements are cooking oil, LPG gas, gasoline, firewood, raffia rope, and plastic packaging. Meanwhile, other supporting tools in the kasubi cracker production process are plastic plates, steamer frames, steaming pans, molding tanks, sweet potato grinding machines, and para-paras as attachments for manual drying. The manual drying place used by IKM consists of 3 bamboo-based lamps measuring 7 x 13 meters for the entire cracker drying place. The drying process using bamboo sheets has many disadvantages, including drying time which takes 4 to 5 drying hours in sunny weather, unpredictable weather, less hygienic, and tends to be contaminated with bacteria because the location of the IKM is opposite the location of the Final Processing Site (TPA) for waste disposal. Bone Bolango Regency. The Kasubi Lonuo Bukit Arang cracker IKM was established in 2000 and has been continued by Santian Pillow since 2020. This IKM has more than 6 (six) permanent and non-permanent employees with daily raw material production of 1 () sack of cassava Working time from grating the coconut to drying takes 8 to 9 hours, namely from 08.00 to 15.00 WITA with the resulting cracker output being 2448 crackers per day and packaged in one hanging containing 10 crackers and priced at IDR. 11,000 per hanging. The method used in this activity is the preparation stage, implementation of activities, and program sustainability plans. The alternative drying tool that will be socialized in this activity is a greenhouse drying tool in the form of a rectangular prism with the help of energy from sunlight. While serving this community group, the service team packages activities from lecture presentations on introducing tools, questions, and answers, how to make tools, how to use tools, and how to maintain tools. From the results of this activity, it was agreed that the next activity would focus more on making cracker products using biomass stoves or stoves fueled by used oil and greenhouse effect dryers.

Abstract

PPK Ormawa 2024 oleh HIMASTA, Program Studi Statistika, Universitas AKPRIND Indonesia dilaksanakan di Dusun Ngemplak 1 dan Dusun Kalisoro, Kelurahan Umbulmartani, Kecamatan Ngemplak, kabupaten Sleman, DIY. Dusun Ngemplak 1 memiliki potensi hasil panen talas yang melimpah. Meskipun tanahnya subur dan sesuai untuk tanaman talas, penduduk setempat belum tahu cara mengolah talas tersebut. Oleh karena itu, Tim memberikan program melalui Pojok Cerdas Kreasi yang berupa memproduksi umbi talas menjadi keripik talas dengan varian rasa original dan balado. Di Dusun Kalisoro, sudah ada tiga UMKM, namun mereka belum memiliki izin PIRT dan belum memiliki kemampuan dalam mempromosikan produk mereka di media sosial. Oleh karena itu tim memberikan program melalui Pojok Cerdas Marketing. Program ini berlangsung selama bulan Juni-Oktober 2024 yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan produksi, pengembangan varian rasa, dan promosi produk di media sosial. Sasaran adalah kelompok warga Dusun Ngemplak 1 dan UPPKA Citra Sari di Dusun Kalisoro. Hasil program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mitra dalam mengolah talas dan mempromosikan produk mereka. Dengan hasil keripik talas yang variatif, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi keluarga. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa mitra mampu mengembangkan produk bernilai jual tinggi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan mereka.

Abstract

Salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai desa wisata adalah desa Bakalanpule Kecamatan Tikung Kabupaten Lamongan. Desa Bakalanpule memiliki potensi desa wisata yang strategis. Selain letak desa ini berada di sebelah selatan Lamongan Kota, desa bakalanpule ini juga memiliki ragam destinasi yang bias untuk dikunjungi salah satunya adalah pasar bakalanpule dan waduk bakalanpule. Disamping majunya desa bakalanpule tidak luput dari usaha para pengurus seperti perangkat desa dan masyarakat yang memiliki banyak tujuan demi menjaga kemajuan desa bakalanpule ini. Oleh karena itu langkah pertama yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat adalah dengan menambah wisata edukasi agropark yang diharapkan dapat mendorong partisipasi karang taruna dan prangkat desa dalam pembibitan tanaman toga. Pengabdian ini berfokus pada pembuatan greenhouse untuk mendukung wisata agropark di desa bakalanpule untuk menjadi ikonikon kampung berbasis lokal. Hasil survey kebermanfaatan greenhouse menunjukkan bahwa greenhouse sangat bermanfaat karena dapat membuat perubahan yang signifikan pada bidang ekonomi kreatif di desa Bakalanpule, Kabupaten Lamongan.

Abstract

Kandangsemangkon Village, situated on the northern coast of Lamongan Regency, exhibits considerable potential for tourism development, largely due to its proximity to the notable Pengkolan Beach. However, the absence of effective promotional strategies and a lack of visibility represent a significant challenge in the development of tourism and the empowerment of local micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). The objective of this community service program is to enhance the visibility of Pengkolan Beach and bolster the local economy through the establishment of a comprehensive tourism information system website. A series of activities, including field surveys, website development, training for MSMEs, and digital promotion, has enabled the creation of an effective platform for introducing the tourism potential and local products of the area to a wider audience. While there is no specific measurement regarding visibility, the positive response from the community and MSME actors indicates that this website has had a significant impact. The results of this program demonstrate an increase in the promotion of tourist destinations and sales of MSME products. To ensure the sustainability of this program, it is essential to prioritize website maintenance, continued training, and the enhancement of tourism infrastructure. Consequently, Kandangsemangkon Village can continue to develop as a renowned tourist destination, which will ultimately reinforce the local economy and community welfare.

Abstract

Desa Lonuo, located in the Tilongkabila District of Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo, has significant potential in the development of palm sugar as a flagship product. The main challenges faced by the community include a lack of technology and effective marketing methods, as well as limitations in developing derivative products. The objectives of this community service initiative are to enhance knowledge and skills, improve the quality and quantity of production, develop marketing methods, and diversify products. The method used is community collaboration, which involves cooperation between the community and external institutions to achieve shared goals. This initiative has received enthusiastic support and participation from the village government and partners. Several improvements have been noted, including the processing of palm sugar without chemical additives or preservatives. Additionally, the production of palm sugar using modern drying machines has been implemented in Desa Lonuo to enhance quality and quantity. Furthermore, this product is expected to serve as an attractive ingredient in various foods and beverages. The packaging and design of palm sugar products from Desa Lonuo are also anticipated to attract buyers, thereby improving the economic situation of local palm sugar farmers. Lastly, the initiative supports government programs aimed at food diversification by utilizing high-quality local food ingredients.

Abstract

Mumbulsari Village of Jember, has economic development potential through Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, the local MSMEs face several challenges, such as limited capital, the development of quality and competitive products, and the lack of market information, which have become major obstacles to the village's economic growth, especially during the pandemic. This community service program aims to provide assistance to MSMEs in Mumbulsari through marketing training programs and the development of highly competitive products. The method used is a tiered Focus Group Discussion, at the sub-district, village, and MSME levels. The assistance program includes education on the importance of branding and technical training on using the Whatsapp Business platform and independently producing product photos by utilizing available resources. In addition, this initiative is integrated with the "Segitiga Emas" tourism program, in which Mumbulsari is positioned as a downstream tourism village. It is hoped that through this collaboration, local MSMEs can improve their production capacity, expand market access, and increase product competitiveness in wider markets. The results of this activity are expected to strengthen the local economy and position Mumbulsari Village as one of the leading destinations in the sustainable tourism ecosystem in Jember.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kegiatan observasi mahasiswa jurusan Seni Rupa dan Desain Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dalam Program Mengajar di Sekolah (PMS). Kegiatan observasi adalah kegiatan awal yang bertujuan untuk mengenali  kondisi lingkungan sekolah, kultur sekolah, struktur organisasi, visi dan misi, serta kegiatan kokurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler. Observasi merupakan metode pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait dengan rencana program kerja mahasiswa PMS. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga melakukan praktik mengajar dengan menggunakan berbagai metode pembelajaran berdasarkan kurikulum merdeka. Kegiatan PMS di SMA Negeri 6 Gorontalo yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Jurusan Seni Rupa dan Desain memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa dalam mengaplikasikan ilmu yang telah dipelajari di kampus dalam situasi nyata di sekolah. Hasil dari kegiatan observasi di lingkungan sekolah diharapkan dapat menuntun mahasiswa PMS dalam menyesuaikan  rancangan kerja yang telah dibuat dengan kebutuhan sekolah sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan belajar dan pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 6 Gorontalo.

Abstract

Pengarsipan surat merupakan hal penting sebagai sumber informasi guna mendukung proses administrasi. Pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar di Kantor Pemerintah Desa Sidowayah belum menggunakan aplikasi, yakni hanya mengandalkan pencatatan pada buku. Pengelolaan surat dengan cara penyimpanan secara manual sering mengalami kesalahan dalam penyimpanan data dan pencarian surat. Banyaknya surat masuk dan surat keluar yang diterima oleh Kantor Desa Sidowayah memerlukan aplikasi yang dapat membantu kinerja terkait surat-menyurat. Pengarsipan surat meliputi catatan surat masuk dan surat keluar yang diterima maupun yang dikirim. Oleh karena itu, sangat diperlukan adanya aplikasi pengarsipan surat yang dapat mengubah cara penyimpanan surat dengan cara mengurangi penggunaan kertas (paperless). Untuk mendukung pemerintah desa dalam rangka digitalisasi layanan kepada masyarakat, akan dibangun aplikasi untuk digitalisasi pengarsipan surat di Kantor Desa Sidowayah. Aplikasi yang dibuat merupakan aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. XAMPP digunakan untuk menjalankan web servernya, dan MySQL untuk pengelolaan database. Aplikasi telah disosialisasikan kepada perangkat desa. Berdasarkan umpan balik dari pengguna, aplikasi dapat mudah digunakan dan memenuhi kebutuhan dalam pengarsipan surat di kantor desa.

Abstract

Pemasaran beras BUMDes Trijaya di Desa Balung Lor masih terbatas. Produk hanya dipasarkan di wilayah sekitar Balung saja. Sistem pemasaran dilakukan dengan cara menitipkan barang dagangan beras di beberapa toko wilayah Balung. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran beras di Desa Balung Lor masih terbatas. Guna memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, tim pengabdian membuat program edukasi pemasaran digital dengan cara membuat website BUMDes. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengenalkan dan mendampingi pembuatan aplikasi pemasaran digital kepada pengurus. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pendampingan desa yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan membuat akun pemasaran digital serta website. Kegiatan ini telah mampu memperluas wilayah pemasaran produk, serta diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan BUMDes. Melalui program ini, BUMDes dapat dengan mudah melakukan pemasaran dan penjualan produk secara online, baik melalui website maupun marketplace. Penggunaan aplikasi pemasaran atau e-commerce oleh BUMDes memerlukan bimbingan dan monitoring hingga mereka mampu membuat website serta memasarkan produknya. Keberlanjutan program pelatihan pendampingan terkait manajemen keuangan BUMDes juga dibutuhkan, sehingga BUMDes dapat berkembang menjadi lebih baik.
