Abstract

This research is based on the vital role of administrative staff (TU) in supporting the smooth operation of schools, particularly in administrative services. Initial observation at SMAN 2 Sungai Rumbai revealed several issues such as disorganized filing systems, frequent errors in correspondence, and time constraints in completing administrative tasks. These issues prompted the researcher to investigate the extent to which administrative staff contribute to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of school administrative services. The purpose of this study is to examine how administrative services are implemented at SMAN 2 Sungai Rumbai, understand the roles carried out by the administrative staff, and identify their contributions in enhancing the quality of these services. Ultimately, the research aims to provide factual insights and solutions to the administrative challenges faced by the school. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects include the Principal, Head of Administration, and three administrative staff members of SMAN 2 Sungai Rumbai. Data collection techniques consist of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is based on the Miles and Huberman interactive model involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. No hypothesis is used due to the qualitative nature of the study. The results indicate that administrative services at SMAN 2 Sungai Rumbai are carried out according to indicators, including the manual recording of incoming and outgoing letters in an expedition book, document duplication using a printer due to the absence of a photocopy machine, orderly maintenance of the expedition book despite the lack of digital integration, and conventional archiving based on year and type of document. The role of administrative staff involves gathering documents from various sources, recording all incoming letters and important data, managing documents according to unit needs, duplicating letters with available tools, delivering documents to relevant parties, and storing archives in designated cabinets. In terms of improving administrative services, the administrative staff actively contribute by simplifying correspondence procedures, maintaining accuracy in recording, fostering teamwork, and organizing archives more systematically. Although challenges remain, such as limited human resources and inadequate facilities, the role of administrative staff continues to develop professionally with the support of the principal and a collaborative work culture.

Abstract

Murabahah financing is the financing with the most problem levels at PT BPRS Haji Miskin Pandai Sikek, so special attention is needed in the settlement process, for example reschuduling, but if the strategy has not been succesful then execution of collateral is carried out as the final step of settlement. Prior to this execution, colleteral reassessment (colleteral reassesment) was carried out because is was feared that collateral would change from the beginning to the end of the financing. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive in nature, in this study outhor describes how the implementation and the constraints faced when carrying out collateral restitution at PT BPRS Haji Miskin Pandai Sikek. This guarantee breakdown should be carried out once every 6 months or when the customer’s collectibility descreases, not only when there are problem loans or when the guarantee is about to be executed.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum began to be implemented at SDN 002 Ibul in 2022 as part of the government's effort to improve the quality of education in accordance with the National Education Standards (SNP). However, to date, it remains uncertain whether the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN 002 Ibul has truly succeeded in enhancing student creativity in the learning process. This issue remains unanswered both theoretically and practically in the field. Therefore, this study aims to examine and analyze the extent to which the Merdeka Curriculum contributes to enhancing student creativity at SDN 002 Ibul. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The main instrument in this study is the researcher herself, who acts as the primary tool for collecting descriptive and contextual data. The sources of data consist of both primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is tested through credibility (internal validity), transferability (external validity), dependability (reliability), and confirmability (objectivity) techniques. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN 002 Ibul can significantly enhance student creativity. This is evident from the achievement of 12 creativity indicators: having a high curiosity, frequently asking meaningful questions, offering many ideas and suggestions to solve problems, being able to express opinions spontaneously without fear, possessing and appreciating a sense of beauty, having independent views and expressing them without being easily influenced by others, having a strong sense of humor, possessing vivid imagination, offering unique solutions and ideas (originality), being able to work independently, enjoying trying new things, and being able to develop or elaborate on an idea. Overall, it can be concluded that the Merdeka Curriculum can enhance student creativity at SDN 002 Ibul through learning freedom and the role of the teacher as a facilitator.
