Abstract

The threat to vital objects and file security is rapidly evolving. Cybercriminals are becoming more cunning and skilled at exploiting security vulnerabilities in digital systems. In order to enhance cybersecurity, a thorough analysis of the threats faced in the digital environment and the applicable solutions is necessary. The objectives of this research are to analyze vital objects, identify key challenges in protecting them from cyber attacks, evaluate and propose measures and strategies to improve file security, and examine case studies related to threats and solutions in the digital environment.This research adopts a qualitative approach using interview and observation techniques. Potential cybercrime threats in Indonesia include hacking, cracking, cyber sabotage, and spyware. The risk management process involves identifying, assessing, treating, and controlling risks. To anticipate these threats, it is essential to have technology experts who support the development of advanced national defense systems and establish a cybersecurity command center.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, business competition is becoming very tight, every business actor must always pay attention to the current conditions. Especially for culinary entrepreneurs, they must pay more attention to any influences that can influence purchasing decisions in businesses in the culinary field. It is very important to know the influence on purchasing decisions in every business. By knowing the effect of product quality, service quality, price and location on the decision to purchase food at Warung Pojok Jeli Tulungagung we can predict how the public will respond to the quality of the product that has been provided, the service that has been obtained, the price listed and the current business location so that they can make a plan. and fix it. The sampling technique in this study used the probability sampling method, while the samples taken were consumers who made purchases at Tulungagung Pojok Jeli Warung. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires, observing and interviewing the owners, employees and consumers of the Tulungagung Pojok Jeli Stall. From the results of the study indicate that the variables of product quality, service quality, price and location have a significant effect on the buyer's decision. It is known from the results of the correlation analysis as follows: the value of r = 0.944 or 94.4%, which means that the magnitude of the correlation is close to 100%

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of training and work motivation partially and simultaneously on employee productivity at BPPSDMP Ministry of Agriculture Jakarta. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 48 respondents, then the sampling technique used in this study used saturated samples. The scale used in this study is the Likert scale. The data source is obtained using primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to BPPSDMP employees of the Ministry of Agriculture Jakarta. While secondary data is obtained through books and journals related to research. This research was assisted by SPSS software for windows. Based on the results of the study, it shows that training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at the BPPSDMP of the Ministry of Agriculture Jakarta because the calculated t value is greater than the table t with a value of 8.591 > 1.679 and a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 which means that training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at BPPSDMP Ministry of Agriculture Jakarta. While the results of the calculation of the Work Motivation variable obtained the results of the t test The Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Productivity is known t calculate the table < t, which is -5.735 < 1.679 and the sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 which means that Work Motivation has a negative and significant influence on Employee Productivity at BPPSDMP Ministry of Agriculture Jakarta. Training and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity as shown from the results of f count 38.996 > f table 3.20 and sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 which means that Training and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity at BPPSDMP Ministry of Agriculture Jakarta.

Work Environment and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance as shown from the results of F values calculated 36.808 > 3.20 and sig values. 0.000 < 0.05 which can be concluded Work Environment and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at BPPSDMP Ministry of Agriculture.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the external and internal factors of women's SMEs in the fashion sector. The method used in this study is qualitative to understand and explain phenomena or events through an analysis of the external and internal factors of women's SMEs in the fashion sector. The samples in this study were 15 women's SMEs in the fashion sector in Ngunut Village, Tulungagung Regency, East Java. Therefore, this research is limited by the formulation of the problem: (i) What external factors are considered by SMEs women in the fashion sector in doing business?; (ii) What internal factors are considered by SMEs in the fashion sector in doing business? The results of this study are (i) External factors that are of concern to women SMEs in the fashion sector are product quality and family support, while other factors such as business location, capital and permits have not become their focus; (ii) The internal factor that is the focus of women's MSMEs is marketing, especially marketing their products through online channels, while the financial management factor for them has not received special attention. Therefore, the implication of this research is to provide information and references for stakeholders who are concerned about the development of women's MSMEs in the fashion sector in Ngunut Village. The update of this research related to the object of research is that the research is women's SMEs in the field of fashion and in Ngunut Village, which is currently still limited.

Abstract

Digital marketing can be a solution to solving problems that have been experienced by MSME actors, namely product marketing problems. Especially in Musir lor Village, Kec. Rejoso, Kab. Ngajuk, East Java Province, where there are several UMKM that have the potential to be developed to become more productive. However, the lack of understanding of digital marketing causes these UMKM to not develop further on a large scale. This is based on the results of observations and the implementation of location surveys in the village of Musir Lor which is a form of research method in the analysis of problems with Musir Lor UMKM owners, namely the lack of awareness of the residents of Musir Lor Village about the importance of Business Identification Numbers, as well as the lack of understanding in increasing business value. or the image of a product to support product quality improvement and increase the interest of potential consumers in an UMKM product. Some UMKM build businesses with minimal knowledge of UMKM business owners causing a lack of knowledge about product brands. Therefore, in branding or rebranding a product, it must be understood that an attractive, unique and easily recognized design is very important. Therefore, several alternative strategies that need to be considered in building a brand are logos that are appropriate to the line of business, banners and business stamps, more attractive and modern packaging designs. In this modern and technological era, it is certainly not far from operating digital applications that must be understood by UMKM business actors as a form of effort to increase the development of an UMKM, such as operating an online marketplace, social media and operating a financial management application to manage finances in a structured manner.

Abstract

Digital marketing allows consumers to connect directly with business owners through social media accounts. One of the social media that is trending or popular and most downloaded by Indonesians is the TikTok application. This type of research in this study uses a literature study. Literature study is carried out by collecting references consisting of several previous studies which are then put together to draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that shoppentertaiment on live streaming has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Through live streaming consumers can see products in real time, also get more complete information about product details and have the opportunity to interact through direct comments with the seller.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of extrinsic motivation, work discipline, and career development on the performance of employees of a limited liability company, Raga Gunawan Mandiri Kediri. This study uses a quantitative approach which the samples are taken from 31 permanent employees using a saturated sampling technique. The results of the data are obtained through interviews and questionnaires. Using analysis techniques such as validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t), simultaneous test (f), and the coefficient of determination test, the results showed that extrinsic motivation, work discipline, and career development had a partial and simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at the limited liability company, Raga Gunawan Mandiri Kediri. The results of the coefficient of determination show that extrinsic motivation, work discipline, and career development affect the performance of 78.6% of employees at the limited liability company, Raga Gunawan Mandiri Kediri while the other 21.4% is influenced by variables other than the variables studied by researchers.

Abstract

Purchasing is the process of finding sources to provide the goods and services a company needs to support its business activities. The purchasing department acts as an intermediary between the purchasing company and the suppliers. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is a written document that contains detailed instructions or guidelines on how a task or process must be carried out consistently and efficiently. business negotiation is reaching an agreement that meets the interests and needs of all parties involved. This study uses a qualitative research method, where appropriate data collection is carried out regarding the purchasing procedures and business negotiations that apply at PT. Daya Satya Abrasives. The quality objectives required by the purchasing department include timeliness of arrival, variance, inventory stock. The conclusion that can be drawn is that in the purchasing process there are obstacles faced by the purchasing or purchasing department, such as late delivery schedules from business partners because that is very influential for the company. And there is also a problem with terms of payment where partners refuse to pay credit (7days, 14days, 30days). In dealing with this problem, the purchasing party always follows up or monitors the requested goods so that there are no delays and as much as possible convinces the supplier to get better terms of payment.
