Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Placement (X) consisting of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Tanah Grogot District Court Office Class II. The sample in this study were employees at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office using a saturated sampling technique and the number of samples obtained was 34 people. Employees as samples in this study were given a questionnaire consisting of 13 statements. The responses to this questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability before carrying out multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of testing the instrument, namely the questionnaire, show that the 13 statement items are valid because rcount > rtable is (0.339). Apart from that, all statements are reliable because Cronbach's alpha (α) > 0.60 (0.905 > 0.60). The regression equation obtained is Y = 1.460 – 0.133 X1 + 0.398 X2 – 0.133 X3 + 0.551 X4. The multiple correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.762, which means a strong correlation between the variables Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y). The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) value of 0.522 or 52.2% shows the large contribution of the Placement variable (X) which consists of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) to the variable Employee Performance (Y) was 52.2%, while the rest was explained by other variables not included in this research amounting to (100-52.2) % = 47.8%. Simultaneous testing (F test) shows that Fcount > Ftable (10.012 > 2.70) or p-value (Fcount) > α (0.000 < 0.05), meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there is an influence between the placement variables which consists of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office. Partial testing (t test) shows that the value of tcount > ttable on Job Knowledge (X2), namely 3.198 > 1.699 and Work Experience (X4), namely 3.138 > 1.699, there is a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, while the value of tcount < ttable for Education (X1) and Work Skills (X3) has no significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) in the Clerk's Office at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office. In the Placement variable (X) which consists of the four variables studied, the dominant variable is Job Knowledge (X2) as evidenced by the highest t-count value of 3.198 and the lowest significant value of 0.003.

Abstract

This article delves into the importance of resilience strategies and success metrics in the context of e-business. In a rapidly changing digital era, e-businesses need to design strategies that keep them relevant and successful. This article explores a range of resilience strategies, including product and service diversification, effective online marketing, data analysis, and collaboration with third parties. These strategies are aimed at reducing risks and maximizing growth opportunities. Additionally, the article also discusses various success metrics in e-business, including revenue growth, customer retention, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction. The strong interplay between resilience strategies and success metrics is well-understood, where robust resilience strategies can support the achievement of these success metrics. Balance and adaptability in implementing resilience strategies are crucial.Success in e-business depends not only on achieving success metrics but also on a business's ability to adapt to market changes and customer needs. This article provides valuable insights for e-business stakeholders aiming for long-term success in a competitive environment.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is a crucial factor in any organization. The success of an organization is greatly influenced by the quality and quantity of its human resources, which impact performance achievements. One of the issues faced by PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia Kp.Sumut during the author's internship is the insufficient quantity of employees. The aim of this research is to empirically understand the increase in both quantity and quality of human resources (HR) as a solution to the issues at PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia Kp.Sumut. This study utilizes a descriptive method, where the problem-solving procedures investigated depict the condition of the subject or object based on observable facts. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research findings, several conclusions can be drawn. To address the issues of quantity and quality of HR at PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia Kp.Sumut, the company needs to enhance HR through recruitment, selection, human resource planning, and performance evaluation.

Abstract

The development and the increasing number of business actors engaged in the industrial sector has resulted in competition in business becoming increasingly sharp and competitive, both in terms of quality, price and the way promotions are carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for FEZ Racing Exhaust brand exhaust. The method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were consumers who purchased FEZ Racing. The sample used was 80 respondents who were selected using a convenience sampling technique. Data analysis used using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that simultaneously product quality, service quality, price, promotion influence purchasing decisions. In partial variable testing for the variable product quality, service quality, price, promotion proves that there is a positive and significant influence on the purchase of FEZ Racing Exhaust brand exhaust.

Abstract

This research is to find out how to analyze the factors that encourage consumers to make purchases at Ecky Stores, North Toraja Regency. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research where researchers encourage consumers to make purchases at Ecky Stores, Toraja Regency. The results of this study indicate that for the cultural factor variable, the tcount is 0.613 < ttable 1.721 and the significant level is 0.546 > 0.05, thus H1 is rejected. The results of the analysis for the completeness factor of the product are proven by the statistical results of the t-test for the dimensions of product completeness of 0.003 <0.05 and the tcount value of 1.342 > ttable 1.721 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.325, so research proves that H2 product completeness factor (X2) is accepted and the results of the analysis for the price factor variable obtained a number of 0.389 > 0.05 and a tcount value of 0.880 <ttable 1.721 thus the H3 price factor (X3) is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, and capital structure on firm value in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index with corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable. The research design used is the casual design method. The population used in this study were companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2019-2021 period. purposive sampling technique was used in sampling so that 41 companies were obtained by analyzing data as many as 123 samples. The data analysis technique used is panel data analysis using the E-views program. The results showed that dividend policy has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, capital structure has a negative and significant effect on firm value, corporate social responsibility cannot moderate the effect of dividend policy on firm value, corporate social responsibility can moderate the effect of capital structure on firm value.

Abstract

Leadership in nursing is the application of influence and guidance aimed at all nursing staff to create trust and obedience so that there is a willingness to carry out tasks in order to achieve common goals effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine whether the influence of the influence of leadership style, discipline, and communication of the head of the room on the performance of nurses (in the 3rd class inpatient room of Putri Hijau Tk Ii Medan Hospital in 2022). The sampling method in this study was simple random sampling, the population in this study were all nurses of class 3 inpatient rooms at RSPH Medan in 2022 as many as 130 people. The sample used was 98 respondents. The data collection technique used is primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data obtained through documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses quantitative data processed with the SPSS version 29 program, the results in this study are t test and f test. The results obtained in this study show, 1) there is a significant effect of Leadership Style (X1) on nurse performance (Y), 2) there is a significant effect of Discipline (X2) on nurse performance (Y), 3) there is a significant effect of Communication (X3) on nurse performance (Y), 4) there is a simultaneous significant effect of Leadership Style (X1), Discipline (X2), and Communication (X3) on nurse performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to see how employee performance in encouraging companies to set targets and see what things affect the level of employee performance. The data collection method is done through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The sample taken was 112 people. Data processed using SmartPLS 3.0, analyzed by multiple regression. The results of this study state that Mutation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk 0.000 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 3.624 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.362. Job promotion has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk 0.000 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 4.613 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.467. Mutation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk 0.009 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 2.640 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.262. Job promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk 0.001 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 3.426 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.358. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk 0.010 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 2.586 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.269. Job Satisfaction can mediate the effect of mutation on employee performance at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk with a significant 0.044 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 2.018 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.098. Job Satisfaction can mediate the effect of job promotion on employee performance at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk with a significant 0.025 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 2.252 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.126. It is known that the R Square value for each construct, namely Job Satisfaction, is 0.614 with an Adjusted R Square of 0.607, which means 60.7%. So mutations and promotions have a contribution in explaining the job satisfaction variable. Based on the results on employee performance, there is an R Square of 0.664 with an Adjusted R Square of 0.654, which means 65.4%. So mutations and promotions have a contribution in explaining the employee performance variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how unfair supervision impacts employee loneliness with emotional exhaustion as a mediating variable and organizational justice. This research involved employees of PT. TRANSPORINDO AGUNG SEJAHTERA SURABAYA (PT. TAS), a company that is growing rapidly. Questionnaires, interviews, and observations were used to collect data, and the sample was one hundred workers. The data collected was analyzed through mediation analysis, and documentation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires were used. The research results show that unfair supervision has a positive and significant impact on worker peace of mind. Abusive supervision disrupts organizational fairness, whereas abusive supervision increases emotional exhaustion. Mediation analysis was used to analyze the data collected, and documentation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires were used. The results show that unfair supervision significantly increases employee peace of mind, whereas arbitrary supervision disrupts organizational justice. Emotional exhaustion causes employees to become silent.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to prove empirically that earnings management mediates the implementation of corporate governance relationships and disclosure of corporate social responsibility in influencing the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the IDX for the 2019 - 2022 period, either directly or indirectly. The proposed research problem refers to previous research and the existence of research gaps in previous research. In this research, seven hypotheses have been formulated using a purposive sampling method and using secondary data obtained from annual reports published by the BEI. Based on existing criteria, a sample of 31 manufacturing companies in the basic industrial and chemical sectors were "listed" on the IDX for the 2018 - 2021 period. This research shows the results obtained based on Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis in the SmartPLS 3.0 program . The research results show that corporate governance has a significant positive influence on the company's financial performance.
