Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of Green Marketing Mix, Environmental Awareness, and Green Innovation on Green Purchase Intention for Wardah Cosmetics. The study involved 100 respondents, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Through multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t-test, the results reveal the Green Marketing Mix does not have a significant positive effect on the intention to purchase Wardah's environmentally friendly products. This suggests that while Wardah may be incorporating green marketing elements into its strategies, these efforts alone are not a decisive factor in influencing consumers’ buying intentions toward eco-friendly products. Environmental Awareness shows a significant positive impact on consumers' intention to buy Green Wardah Cosmetics. This indicates that individuals who are more conscious of environmental issues are more likely to be motivated to purchase products that align with their ecological values, demonstrating the importance of environmental concern in shaping green purchase behavior. Green Innovation also has a significant positive influence on Green Purchase Intention. This suggests that Wardah’s efforts to innovate in sustainable ways, such as using environmentally friendly ingredients or packaging, resonate with consumers and positively affect their decision to buy.

While the study of the use of smart robots in production known as the Industrial Revolution 4.0 continues rapidly and competition in the right proportion with this and businesses that do not want to be left behind must follow suit. The use of intelligent systems helps reduce human errors and the system acts faster while the system used in traditional accounting is abandoned. The study was conducted through a literature review of several journals so that the practice of green accounting towards changes to the era of society 5.0 can be known. The expected results of this literature review are that with the transformation will make the accounting and auditing professions work smartly using updated technology, the need for brain power to analyze system output will increase. In this context, especially those who practice the accounting profession must always renew themselves. The contribution of this study is to develop the concept of green accounting which is still often overlooked in Indonesia.

Abstract

Marriage is an important moment in human life that involves not only individuals, but also society. In the legal context, marriage creates a legal bond, resulting in a number of obligations and rights between husband, wife, and children. Birth certificates of illegitimate children are a crucial issue, especially in the context of legal justice in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the implementation of regulations related to birth certificates of illegitimate children without a marriage certificate, with a focus on existing weaknesses and how Islamic justice values can be integrated. The research method used is a descriptive analytical approach with primary and secondary data collection, including interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that there are still many illegitimate children in Semarang City who do not have birth certificates, caused by factors such as inconsistencies in Family Card data, low public awareness, and slow administrative processes. In addition, the social stigma that considers illegitimate children as illegitimate children hinders the protection of their rights. Therefore, it is necessary to increase legal awareness and improve the administrative system by the government to ensure justice and protection for all children, in accordance with the values of Pancasila which emphasize social justice. This study is expected to contribute ideas to the development of civil law in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Regional Representative Council (Dewan Perwakilan Daerah/DPD) in Indonesia is a legislative body that reflects the country's bicameral system, which includes two chambers. However, the DPD’s authority is notably weaker than that of the House of Representatives (Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat/DPR), leading to what is often described as "soft bicameralism" in Indonesia. This study explores the role and authority of the DPD following the Constitutional Court Decision Number 92/PUU-X/2012, which addressed the DPD's function within the legislative process. The research adopts a normative approach, focusing on legal norms from the 1945 Constitution and related legislation, alongside a statutory and historical analysis. This includes examining relevant laws, such as Law Number 17 of 2014 and the DPR's 2014 Rules of Procedure, which incorporate the Constitutional Court's decision. This decision essentially introduced a tripartite legislative model involving the DPR, DPD, and the President, providing the DPD a role in Level I discussions. In Level II discussions, the DPD presents its opinions during plenary sessions before a bill’s approval between the DPR and the President. However, the DPD remains excluded from the final ratification. Strengthening the DPD's legislative authority requires a fifth constitutional amendment to enhance its role or a willingness by the DPR to share legislative responsibilities, thereby establishing a stronger checks and balances system.

Abstract

Spatial planning in areas or restaurants that sell halal food is a strategic approach to create a safe, comfortable, and Islamically compliant environment. The main focus of this concept is to create an area that can support the provision of halal food and improve customer experience. Analysis of spatial planning in halal food restaurant areas aims to better understand and evaluate the effectiveness of spatial planning in supporting halal principles. This concept also includes various elements ranging from physical planning to social and cultural considerations. This analysis focuses on four main aspects, namely meeting halal food standards through area separation and the use of appropriate goods or materials, improving customer experience through ergonomic and more aesthetic design, operational efficiency that has supported a more optimal workflow and facilitated social interaction between visitors. The concept of areas or restaurants or places to eat that sell halal food in Indonesia not only focuses on providing food that meets halal requirements, but must also be able to create a comfortable, educational, and sustainable environment. With the support of the government, society, and business actors, this halal food area can become an attractive and innovative culinary center, so that it can contribute to economic growth and community welfare.

Abstract

Migrant worker evacuation strategies are vital for ensuring safety and operational continuity in high-risk sectors, particularly the oil and gas industry. Despite global safety policies, significant challenges in implementing effective evacuation strategies remain, as demonstrated by an Indonesian oil and gas company operating in Algeria and Iraq. Issues such as unclear protocols, limited resources, and poor inter-party coordination persist. This study utilizes a conceptual approach to examine the evacuation management strategies for migrant workers in these high-risk environments through a qualitative multiple case study approach, including interviews, focus group discussions, and AI-driven data analysis. The research identifies strengths in legal frameworks, planning, and technology, but also highlights critical gaps in evaluation, resource allocation, and organizational coordination. These gaps require more integrated and adaptive strategies. The study underscores the importance of communication, digital technology, and robust data protection in improving evacuation efficiency while safeguarding privacy. This research contributes to risk and crisis management literature, offering practical insights for multinational companies in the oil and gas sector. By optimizing migrant worker evacuation strategies, companies can enhance safety, operational sustainability, and crisis resilience, ultimately leading to more comprehensive and effective evacuation plans for their workforce in complex, high-risk environments.

Environmental issues and the reduction of natural resources are factors for MSMEs to develop environmentally friendly products. The high level of public awareness of environmental health is one of the factors that drives changes in behavioral consistency in using green products, which of course has an impact on the marketing performance of green product MSMEs. Several factors that influence marketing performance are green innovation, environmental awareness and competitive advantage. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of green innovation, environmental awareness and competitive advantage on the marketing performance of green products of MSMEs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sample in this study was 45 MSMEs. The sampling technique was carried out using the non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling. The results of the instrument test in this study were declared valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test stated that the research data was normally distributed and produced a regression model that was free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results of this study prove that green innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Environmental awareness does not have a significant effect on marketing performance. Competitive advantage does not have a significant effect on marketing performance.

The research population is Indonesian migrant worker who have worked abroad through the labor the company. This study uses multiple linear regression methods with a sample of 60 people. The results showed that partially, company image and WOM had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use the company. The significance value obtained (p < 0.05) indicates that the better the company's image and WOM generated from the positive experience of migrant workers who have left abroad, the more likely prospective workers choose to use the company's services.
