Abstract

There are still many students who face difficulties in the learning process because they are not able to divert attention optimally. Good concentration is an important key for learners in understanding the subject matter and a marker of learning success. Various things can have an impact on the level of student concentration while learning, including the atmosphere in the classroom and distractions that can arise from within or outside students during the learning process at school. The purpose of this paper is to describe the strategies, inhibiting factors, educators' efforts in overcoming the lack of concentration of students' learning by using descriptive methods with a qualitative approach obtained data through interviews. The actions taken by educators are to provide guidance to students who like to talk in class, and provide support to students who are less motivated and still feel anxious during the learning process. Educators can also apply the method of learning while playing during learning. Play is a fun and natural learning activity for children, without pressure, and can generate positive interest in children to engage in learning mathematics.

Abstract

Building an anti-corruption character among the younger generation, especially Generation Z, is very important because corruption is the main challenge that hinders development in Indonesia. Generation Z born between 1995 and 2010 has great potential as agents of change thanks to their access to information and technology. This study investigates useful methods that generation Z can use to build an anti-corruption character through education that incorporates ethical values. Based on previous research, it was found that providing the younger generation with anti-corruption education starting from an early age can increase their anti-corruption awareness and attitudes. In addition, collaboration between family, community and government is very important to create an environment that supports the value of integrity. It is hoped that Generation Z can contribute significantly to building a society free from corrupt practices if they use the right strategies. This article provides insight into the role played by generation Z in fighting corruption and the impact it will have on the future of the country.

Abstract

The problem of this research is low activity, students are less involved in learning and student learning outcomes in class IV SDN Hapingin Hulu Sungai Tengah with a total of 10 students. The purpose of this study was to describe teacher activities, analyze student activities, and learning outcomes in carrying out learning in science content with the PBL and NHT models. This study used the type of Classroom Action Research which was conducted in 4 meetings. Data were analyzed based on observations of teacher activities, student activities, and student learning outcomes using descriptive techniques, described in tables and graphs. The results of this study showed that there was an increase in teacher activity which at first meeting only got a score of 21 with a percentage of 65.6% and increased at meeting 4 with a score of 30 with a percentage of 94.75%. In classical student activity also experienced an increase, it can be seen from the percentage which was initially 50% then experienced an increase in meeting 4 which increased by a percentage of 100%. In student learning outcomes from meeting 1 with a percentage of 60% students have completed then at meeting 4 it has increased to 100% students complete.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of anxiety felt by married couples which arise because they have not been blessed with offspring, feeling embarrassed because they have not been blessed with offspring and being criticized by the surrounding community, the perception that married couples who have not been blessed with offspring have certain diseases and also the perception of the extinction of the family tree because not blessed with offspring. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of anxiety of married couples who have not been blessed with offspring on social interaction and to find out how much influence the anxiety of married couples who have not been blessed with offspring has on social interaction in Jorong Simpang Hilir District. Simpang Alahan Mati, Kab. Pasaman. This research uses quantitative research that is regression in nature by interpreting actual events obtained with the results through numbers. The population in this study was 40 husband and wife who had not yet had children in Jorong Simpang Hilir District. Simpang Alahan Mati, Kab. Pasaman. The samples taken in this research were the entire population using a total sampling technique of 40 people. Data collection used a questionnaire research instrument with a closed questionnaire type and data analysis techniques using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 24.0 for Windows. Based on the research results, it was obtained that rcount was 0.231 > rtable 0.152 from df= 38, at a significance level of 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the anxiety of married couples who have not yet been blessed with children on social interactions in Jorong Simpang Hilir District. Simpang Alahan Mati, Kab. Pasaman. Which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, the result was = 5.3%. Based on this value, it can be interpreted that married couples' anxiety influences social interactions by 5.3%, while 94.7% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Research problems in the form of low activity, learning activeness and student learning outcomes, this is due to learning that still applies teacher centered, and students have difficulty understanding the contents of explanatory texts in Indonesian language learning. Efforts to overcome these problems by applying PBL and Make a Match learning models which are a combination of models. The purpose of the study was to improve the activities of teachers, students, student learning activeness, and student learning outcomes. This researcher used Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was conducted 4 times a meeting. The subjects of this research were 5th grade students of SDN Kuin Utara 6 Banjarmasin. Qualitative data obtained from observations of teacher activities, student activities, and learning activeness, then quantitative data from learning outcomes obtained through written tests in groups and individuals. The results of this study showed that teacher activity, student activity, and learning activeness increased, the conclusion is that the use of PBL and Make a Match models can optimize teacher activity, student activity. It is recommended to use the model as an alternative to improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

Education is the influence given by adults to immature people, in this case the education given by teachers to children in order to help their development. The characteristics of the development of children in the early grades of elementary school are early childhood. Even though early childhood is a short period of growth for children, this period is a very important period in their lives. Therefore, it is necessary to encourage all children's potential during this period so that they can develop optimally. The development of first, second and third grade students is marked by mature physical growth and the ability to control the body and maintain balance. The intellectual development of children in the early elementary grades includes the ability to arrange and group objects, the ability to take an interest in numbers and letters, the ability to increase vocabulary, the ability to enjoy talking, the ability to understand cause and effect. effects, and is evident in the ability to develop an understanding of things. space and time.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the obstacles faced by students in the learning process and how to overcome them. The method used is library research or library research. Learning difficulties are conditions in which students cannot achieve set learning goals, caused by gaps between intellectual and academic abilities, such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia. This gap is a complex problem at the elementary school level that requires short and long term attention. This research identifies factors that cause learning difficulties, including a monotonous training system, lack of family support, and students' inability to learn. Data was collected through interviews with teachers, student surveys, and classroom observations. The research results show that students have difficulty learning basic material, especially in mathematics and language. This has a negative impact on their motivation and self-confidence. A holistic intervention approach, involving teachers, parents and the school, is considered an effective solution to help students overcome learning difficulties. This research also provides recommendations about strategies that can be implemented to help students overcome their academic problems. Appropriate interventions can improve learning outcomes and student well-being at school.

Abstract

Bullying in elementary schools is a serious problem that affects the social and psychological development of children. The purpose of this article is to examine bullying from various perspectives, such as its definition, forms (verbal, physical, and social), and its impact on victims. According to research, children who are victims of bullying are more likely to experience long-term mental health problems including anxiety and depression, which can have a negative impact on their social and academic lives. To create a safe and encouraging atmosphere, prevention initiatives involving character education, teacher preparation, and parent involvement are essential. Bullying in elementary schools is believed to be able to be reduced with everyone's cooperation, allowing children to grow to their full potential.

Abstract

The integration of social values ​​in character education is very important to form individuals who are not only academically intelligent, but also have good personalities. Character education aims to shape students' attitudes and behavior so that they become responsible and ethical citizens. Through a curriculum approach that accommodates social values, students can develop the empathy, social skills and social awareness needed to contribute positively to society. The role of teachers as role models and creators of a conducive learning environment is also very crucial in instilling social values. However, challenges in integrating social values, such as lack of understanding among educators, cultural differences, and the influence of the media, need to be overcome through collaboration between government, schools, and society. In this way, character education based on social values ​​can be realized and have a positive impact on the development of students and society as a whole.

Abstract

The integration of technology in homeschool learning has great potential to support the development of children's social skills. In the digital era, technology provides broad access to learning resources and social interaction through online platforms. Despite this, challenges such as social isolation and lack of in-person interaction remain. The flexibility of homeschooling allows parents to customize the curriculum and integrate social activities, so children can learn from hands-on experiences. The role of parents and the community is very important in creating an environment that supports social interaction. With the right approach, including timing of technology use and education in digital ethics, homeschooled children can develop the social skills necessary to interact well in society. In conclusion, homeschooling can be an effective alternative in building children's social skills in the digital era, as long as it is supported by good guidance from parents and the community.
