Abstract

Motivasi dalam belajar sangat penting untuk keberhasilan akademik siswa. Dua jenis motivasi adalah intrinsik (berasal dari keinginan dan minat pribadi) dan ekstrinsik (berasal dari sumber eksternal seperti penghargaan dan pengakuan). Sikap dan perilaku siswa selama pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi kedua jenis motivasi ini. Dalam artikel literature review ini, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Artikel literatur ini mencakup ulasan, rangkuman, dan pemikiran penulis tentang berbagai sumber pustaka, seperti artikel, buku, slide, dan informasi dari internet.. Hasil artikel menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan motivasi tinggi cenderung lebih fokus dan bersemangat dalam belajar. Ada banyak variabel yang memengaruhi semangat siswa; ini termasuk lingkungan belajar, dukungan sosial, dan pendekatan pembelajaran. Guru dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dengan memahami dan menerapkan strategi motivasi yang efektif. Ini akan membuat siswa lebih termotivasi dan terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran

Abstract

Layanan orientasi di sekolah merupakan bagian integral dari program bimbingan dan konseling yang bertujuan membantu siswa memahami lingkungan sekolah, sistem pembelajaran, serta membentuk adaptasi sosial dan akademik yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah urgensi layanan orientasi di sekolah melalui studi kepustakaan dengan menganalisis berbagai literatur, artikel ilmiah, dan penelitian terdahulu terkait topik ini. Metode studi kepustakaan digunakan untuk menggali teori, konsep, dan praktik layanan orientasi yang efektif dalam mendukung proses adaptasi siswa, terutama siswa baru. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa layanan orientasi memiliki peran signifikan dalam meminimalisasi kecemasan siswa, meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap peraturan dan norma sekolah, serta mendorong terciptanya suasana belajar yang kondusif. Selain itu, layanan ini juga membantu siswa membangun hubungan positif dengan guru dan teman sebaya. Kurangnya implementasi layanan orientasi dapat berdampak pada kesulitan adaptasi, rendahnya motivasi belajar, dan potensi munculnya perilaku maladaptif. Oleh karena itu, layanan orientasi perlu diimplementasikan secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan untuk mendukung perkembangan akademik, emosional, dan sosial siswa.

Abstract

Inclusive guidance and counseling (CDC) services play a vital role in creating an equitable educational environment that supports the diversity of students’ needs. This article aims to explore how an inclusive guidance and counseling service orientation can improve access and quality of services for all students, especially those facing social, emotional, and academic challenges. In an increasingly diverse educational context, inclusive guidance and counseling services must take into account students’ diverse backgrounds, including cultural differences, physical conditions, and special needs. With an approach based on the principle of equality, guidance and counseling services can ensure that every student, without exception, gets the opportunity to develop optimally.

Abstract

Placement and distribution services are planned and systematic efforts to support students to get positions that match their talents, interests, and abilities. Through this service, students can avoid mismatches between their potential and conditions in making decisions about study programs, so that they can function optimally. This study uses a literature study method. This article discusses placement and distribution services in counseling guidance, which play an important role in helping students choose study programs that match their potential, interests, and talents. This service not only provides information on study programs, but also supports decision making that is in line with career goals.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of: first, to assess the current state of reading comprehension among elementary school students in general and fifth graders at SDN Kuin Utara 07. Second, explore and identify strategies to increase the ability to understand reading content. In this exercise, case studies serve as a foundation for the qualitative research methodology. Some methods of gathering information include observing classrooms and conducting interviews with instructors and students. All of the participants were fifth graders. The findings showed that some pupils struggled to comprehend the readings assigned to them, and that one student exhibited a lack of reading fluency. The factors causing this can be caused by external factors and also internal factors

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peranan pembelajaran bahasa Jepang dalam membangun fondasi multibahasa peserta didik di SD Hippindo Banjarmasin. Pembelajaran bahasa Jepang tidak hanya memberikan wawasan linguistik baru, tetapi juga memperkuat kemampuan berpikir kritis, adaptasi budaya, dan keterampilan komunikasi lintas bahasa pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan pendekatan studi kasus melalui pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara secara mendalam. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru bahasa Jepang, dan peserta didik yang terlibat langsung dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jepang. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran bahasa Jepang di sekolah dasar dirancang untuk memberikan peserta didik keterampilan dalam berbahasa asing, dengan peran aktif kepala sekolah sebagai penggagas utama.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the religious diversity that exists at the Hippindo Banjarmasin Foundation Elementary School in creating an attitude of tolerance among students. Tolerance in diversity between teachers and students at the Hippindo Banjarmasin Foundation Elementary School is very well established. Researchers used qualitative methods in this research, while the approach used a case study approach. Data was obtained through interviews and observation. The research subjects here are school principals, teachers and students at school. This research identifies various approaches used by teachers, such as collaborative learning, introducing diversity well and showing good examples and habits, using interesting learning strategies, and holding programs that can support students' attitudes of tolerance. The results of this research show that The role of the teacher is very crucial when creating an inclusive and harmonious learning environment so that a good attitude of tolerance can be created between students and teachers.

Abstract

Career decisions are one of the critical challenges faced by high school students, especially when they are in the transition period from formal education to the world of work or higher education. However, many students still experience confusion and lack confidence in making career decisions, which has the potential to hinder their future development. This research aims to analyze high school students' career decisions based on three aspects of Cognitive Information Processing theory, namely Knowledge Domain, Decision Making Skill Domain, Executive Processing Domain. This research method is quantitative, the research sample is high school students with a population of 243 people, a sample of 151 people was obtained using the Stratified Random Sampling method. The instrument is a career decision questionnaire. Data is analyzed using percentage and frequency distribution techniques. The results of the research found that in the Knowlege Domain aspect some students were in the high category with 104 students out of the total, this indicates that students have good knowledge about careers, in the Decision Making Skill Domain aspect there were also 99 students in the high category, which means decision making skills. students are good and the Executive Processing Domain aspect is in the high category with 116 students, which means the implementation of student decisions is good. In conclusion, these findings indicate that the majority of students have adequate knowledge, skills and execution abilities in making career decisions. However, there are a number of students who are still in the low category, indicating the need for career guidance interventions to ensure that all students are able to make optimal career decisions and in line with their potential.

Abstract

Character education in elementary schools has an important role in shaping students' social behavior and life skills. One of the positive character traits of students is the 5S value (Smile, Greet, Greet, Be Polite, and Courteous). This article aims to explore the application of 5S values ​​in elementary schools using Albert Bandura's Social Cognitive Learning theory. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation and interview methods to collect data. The results of the study indicate that students can internalize the 5S values ​​through observation and modeling of behavior by teachers as well as positive reinforcement given during the learning process. The application of the 5S values ​​also shows a positive impact on the development of students' character and social relationships, where they begin to apply the attitude of smiling, greeting, greeting, being polite, and being courteous in everyday life. Overall, the application of Albert Bandura's social cognitive learning theory in this context has proven effective in improving the understanding and application of positive character values ​​in students.

Abstract

This research is a literature study research which aims to gain an understanding regarding social cognitive learning theory from various sources, research articles and several books. This research uses Moreno's book (2010) as the main data source and several other books and articles as complementary sources. The research results show that social cognitive learning theory is a theory developed by Albert Bandura, an American psychologist. Social cognitive learning theory emphasizes that learning can occur through a process of observation or what is known as observational learning. In this process, individuals learn by observing the behavior of others, understanding the consequences, and then imitating that behavior. Albert Bandura also emphasized modeling and the term triadic reciprocity to describe the interconnected interactions between an individual's environment, their personal beliefs, and the behavior they exhibit. The triadic concept of reciprocity proposed by Bandura can be implemented as an approach to classroom learning.
