Abstract

Football jerseys are highly sought-after merchandise in Indonesia, where 69% of the population are football enthusiasts. This study investigates the role of Customer Experience (CX) in driving Relationship Quality (RQ) and its subsequent impact on Purchase Intention (PUI), Loyalty Intention (LOI), and Participation Intention (PAI) for football jersey sales on Tokopedia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected via an online survey of 254 Tokopedia users in Jakarta, analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. The findings reveal that CX significantly enhances RQ (coefficient: 0.909), which in turn positively influences PUI (0.901), LOI (0.915), and PAI (0.897). The study highlights the critical mediating role of RQ in translating social media marketing efforts into tangible consumer actions. These results offer practical implications for e-commerce platforms and marketers aiming to leverage CX and RQ to foster customer loyalty and engagement in Indonesia’s competitive digital marketplace. Limitations include focusing on Jakarta and specific age groups, suggesting avenues for future research across broader demographics and platforms.

Abstract

TVRI Central Java, a public broadcasting institution in Indonesia, faced declining partnerships (2018–2022) and unmet PNBP revenue targets, underscoring the need to analyze how trust and commitment enhance organizational performance through partnership quality. This study examines the influence of trust and relationship commitment on partnership quality and their combined impact on organizational performance. Data from 119 TVRI partners were analyzed using SEM-AMOS to test five hypotheses in a structured model. Trust and commitment significantly improve partnership quality (H1, H3) and directly enhance organizational performance (H2, H4), with partnership quality itself driving performance (H5). Relationship commitment emerged as the most dominant factor. The study validates prior theories (Kac et al., 2016; Mukhsin, 2017) while offering practical strategies for public media institutions, such as reinforcing transparency and incentives, to revive partnerships and achieve fiscal targets. Future research could explore sector-specific barriers or digital tools to strengthen these dynamics.

Abstract

In 2024, Generation Z accounted for 8% of the total number of civil servants (ASN) in Indonesia, totaling 312,870 employees. Previous studies have indicated differences in work values between Generation Z and earlier generations. These differences may lead Generation Z employees to avoid engaging in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), even though OCB is a crucial indicator of organizational performance. This study aims to examine OCB among Generation Z civil servants, with self-efficacy as the predictor variable and job satisfaction as the mediating variable. The participants consisted of 302 Generation Z civil servants working in the provincial government of Region XYZ. A purposive sampling technique was used for participant selection. Data were collected using three instruments: an OCB scale, a self-efficacy scale, and a job satisfaction scale. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that both self-efficacy and job satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on OCB. All hypotheses in this study were supported. These findings highlight the important role of self-efficacy and job satisfaction in enhancing OCB among Generation Z civil servants.

Abstract

Bawean waters, located in the Java Sea about 150 km north of Gresik, East Java Province, have complex oceanographic characteristics that are interesting to study. The biodiversity and oceanographic conditions of its waters are influenced by hydrodynamic factors, such as ocean currents, tides, and other physical and chemical parameters. This study aims to analyze the oceanographic characteristics of the waters around Bawean Island based on the parameters of temperature, salinity, density, conductivity, and sound speed that play a role in the dynamics of the water mass. Measurements were made using CTD (Conductivity, Temperature, and Depth) instruments with the Direct Reading method, which allows real-time analysis of water masses. The data obtained was then processed using Ocean Data View (ODV) software to identify the distribution patterns of oceanographic parameters. In addition, Surfer software was used in modeling the three-dimensional visualization of oceanographic parameter density distribution patterns. The study sites were categorized into three zones, namely near land, far land, and perpendicular to land, to understand the differences in parameter distribution in different areas. The results showed that the water temperature was in the range of 28.75°C-31.25°C, salinity 26-33.1 PSU, conductivity 45-55 µS/cm, density 1016-1021 kg/m³, and sound speed 1534-1543 m/s. The modeling results and contour maps show that there is a connected density distribution pattern from the causation of low temperature parameters that affect the increase in salinity, conductivity, density, and decrease in sound speed. In addition, this research is expected to provide an in-depth understanding of the distribution patterns, distribution of oceanographic parameters in the waters of Bawean Island and the influence of factors that affect them.

Abstract

This study investigates the potential of Balinese cuisine—specifically Ayam Betutu and Sate Lilit Ikan—as instruments for advancing Indonesia’s gastrodiplomacy efforts in Australia, particularly within the framework of the "Indonesia Spice Up the World" initiative. Recognizing Bali’s global tourism appeal and the dishes’ alignment with priority Indonesian spices, the research aims to identify how traditional foods can be culturally adapted without losing authenticity. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving interviews, observations, organoleptic (sensory) tests, and documentation to assess these dishes’ acceptability and market fit in Australia. The findings reveal that the modified versions of both dishes maintain their traditional texture, appearance, and aromatic identity while successfully reducing spiciness to suit Australian preferences. These culinary adjustments, when paired with beer—a common element in Australian dining culture—enhance the dishes’ acceptance as gastro-diplomatic tools. Additionally, the growing presence of Indonesian restaurants, support from diaspora communities, and government initiatives provide strong platforms for culinary diplomacy. The research implies that food modification and localized marketing strategies can significantly enhance the global impact of Indonesian cuisine, offering insights for future gastrodiplomacy policies and food export strategies.

Abstract

A prevailing phenomenon indicates that government appraisers at the State Asset and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) in Medan still employ conventional methods for the rental valuation of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) placements. This practice contradicts the Decree of the Director General of State Assets Number 547/KN/2022, which mandates the use of the Valuation Component and Survey List (DKPS) model through a desktop valuation approach. Addressing this discrepancy, this study aims to analyze the factors that influence the determination of ATM placement rental values in Medan City, thereby providing a basis for the development of a more objective valuation model. This research utilizes a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis to identify the influence of variables such as distance to the Central Business District (CBD), transaction year, leased object type, ATM space type, lease period, accessibility, and area designation. The findings reveal that distance to the CBD has a significant negative effect on rental value. Conversely, transaction year, the type of leased object, space type, lease period, and designation as a shopping center or public service area exhibit a positive and significant influence. While accessibility and road type showed a positive correlation, their effects were not statistically significant. The resulting regression model achieved an R-squared value of 96.37%, demonstrating its excellent capability in explaining the variance in rental values. These findings provide a robust empirical foundation for government appraisers to transition to the regulated desktop valuation method. Moreover, the results offer critical insights for ATM owners in optimizing location selection. This study recommends that the significant factors identified be integrated into the DKPS model to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of ATM rental valuations at KPKNL Medan, ultimately supporting the financial performance of asset owners.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how a masculine junior high school boy with a field independent cognitive style abstracts step by step the concept of a cuboid while reconstructing it. The research adopted a qualitative descriptive approach focused on a single Grade IX student, coded AF, who met two criteria: a high score on the Group Embedded Figures Test indicating field independence and a masculine profile on the Bem Sex Role Inventory. Data were gathered through task based interviews and direct observation as AF classified concrete objects, interpreted two dimensional drawings, and attempted to create a formal definition of a cuboid. All sessions were recorded, transcribed, and processed through the phases of reduction, display, and conclusion drawing in order to align each episode with Piaget’s sequence of empirical, semi empirical, and reflective abstraction. Analysis revealed a clear three step progression. In the empirical phase AF decided whether a solid was a cuboid by listing six rectangular faces, twelve edges, and eight vertices, presenting these facts as separate items without explaining relationships among them. During the semi empirical phase, accuracy improved when he handled drawings: he corrected earlier edge counts, insisted on rectangular faces, and dismissed colour and scale as irrelevant. Reflective abstraction emerged when he produced a concise definition, identified the cube as a special cuboid, supplied a numerical example measuring ten by five by five centimetres, and linked the concept to familiar objects such as cardboard boxes and cupboards. Throughout the sessions his field independent style marked by selective attention, systematic counting, and self monitoring helped him move quickly from perceptual sorting to conceptual reasoning. The study offers detailed evidence that field independence supports smooth movement through Piaget’s abstraction hierarchy by enabling learners to impose internal structure on external stimuli. It strengthens the theoretical claim that mathematical understanding grows gradually from concrete observation toward formal reasoning and provides practical insight for geometry teaching: tasks that highlight structural invariants can capitalise on analytic strengths in field independent students while also serving as scaffolds for peers who depend more heavily on contextual cues.

Abstract

The increasing use of Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) to treat severe osteoarthritis demands high surgical precision to ensure optimal alignment, reduce complications, and improve implant longevity. Computer-Assisted Navigation (CAN) has emerged as a technological solution to enhance accuracy in TKA; however, its long-term clinical effectiveness remains debated. This study aims to systematically assess whether CAN significantly improves TKA outcomes compared to conventional methods. Using PRISMA and Cochrane Collaboration guidelines, a systematic literature review was conducted involving 19 eligible peer-reviewed studies published between 2014 and 2024, retrieved from Scopus, PubMed, and Crossref. Data were analyzed using a narrative synthesis approach. Findings indicate that CAN improves radiological alignment and reduces certain complications, including soft tissue damage and inflammatory responses. However, evidence regarding its impact on functional outcomes, patient satisfaction, and revision rates remains inconclusive. Although some studies reported better postoperative range of motion and marginal increases in patient satisfaction, others found no significant difference. These mixed results highlight the need for further longitudinal and randomized studies. The study underscores CAN’s potential in improving surgical accuracy, while urging continued research to validate its broader clinical and economic value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze vulnerabilities in the procurement of ordinary passport blanks in Indonesia using the Miles and Huberman data analysis method. A qualitative approach is used to identify the factors that lead to a high dependence on a single blank provider, as well as their impact on the smooth procurement process of passports. This study found that uncertainty in the supply of blanks, limited human resource capacity, and potential deviations in the procurement process are the main causes of vulnerability. External factors such as global disruption also exacerbate this situation. The results of the study show the importance of diversifying blank providers to reduce dependence on one party, as well as the need to strengthen a more transparent and efficient procurement system. The study also proposes the digitization of passport services as a strategic step to reduce reliance on physical blanks and improve the efficiency of public services. Overall, this study provides recommendations that can support government policies in improving the resilience and reliability of the public document procurement system in Indonesia, as well as a reference for further research in this field.

Abstract

Reclamation is a critical environmental recovery measure aimed at restoring former mining areas to a sustainable and functional state. This research investigates the role of government supervision and law enforcement in the reclamation of ex-mining land within the development zone of Indonesia’s new National Capital (IKN), located across North Penajam Paser and Kutai Kartanegara Regencies in East Kalimantan. As the IKN project represents a large-scale transformation of land use, the study focuses on how regulatory oversight and enforcement influence the effectiveness of reclamation efforts. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the study collects data through document analysis, field observations, and interviews with local government officials, environmental agencies, and stakeholders in the mining and reclamation sectors. The findings reveal that while regulatory frameworks for reclamation exist, challenges remain in implementation due to overlapping authority, limited monitoring resources, and weak enforcement of legal obligations by mining companies. Additionally, many ex-mining lands remain unproductive and pose environmental risks due to insufficient reclamation. The study emphasizes the need for a more integrated and accountable supervision system, increased inter-agency coordination, and stricter enforcement mechanisms to ensure that reclamation aligns with sustainable development goals. The implications of this research highlight the importance of legal compliance and government leadership in managing environmental risks in areas designated for national development projects.
