This research aims to (1) determine the influence of students' perceptions of e-books on student learning outcomes (2) determine the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes (3) determine the influence of students' perceptions of e-books and learning motivation together on outcomes student learning. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 71 class XI MPLB students taking KMPLB subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. As for the sample, a sampling technique was used, namely a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out by distributing research questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of IBM spss version 23 software. The research results prove that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence on student perceptions of e-books on student learning outcomes. This is proven by the value of tcount (2.887) > ttable (1.995) and the significance value (2) that there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes. This is proven by the value of tcount (5.599) > ttable (1.995) and the significance value (3) that there is a positive and significant influence on students' perceptions of e-books and learning motivation together on student learning outcomes. This is proven by Fcount (56.291) > Ftable (3.130). The results of this study show that the effective contribution value collectively is , while the remaining amount is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Communication activities are an important element for companies to influence the level of sales and public awareness about a product offered. Increasing consumer buying interest in a product cannot be separated from good and appropriate communication and promotional activities. With the communication strategy carried out through the implementation of the Business to Business to Consumer (B2B2C) strategy at PT Maleo Edukasi Teknologi (Educourse.id), it helps in increasing sales of the Million Digital Students Movement (GESSIT) products. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing communication strategy carried out by PT Maleo Edukasi Teknologi (Educourse.id) in introducing and increasing sales of the Million Digital Students Movement (GESSIT) products. The research results show that in sales activities for the Million Digital Student Movement products, Educourse.id uses a Business to Business to Consumer (B2B2C) strategy in introducing and increasing sales of the Million Digital Student Movement (GESSIT) products. To build a good image, Educourse.id carries out activities through marketing communications such as holding a free IKM (Independent Curriculum Implementation) socialization event to assist schools in implementing P5 (Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project), providing free trial coding days to students. students in various Semarang City schools and also offers profit sharing with the school.

This research aims to (1) describe the human resource development strategies in terms of training implemented by PT. Tirta Investama Klaten, (2) describe the human resource development strategies in terms of coaching conducted by PT. Tirta Investama Klaten, (3) describe the obstacles and solutions in implementing the training and coaching strategies by PT. Tirta Investama Klaten. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data sources for this research include informants (HRD and employees of PT. Tirta Investama Klaten) and documents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The validity test techniques used are source triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive analysis technique. The results of this research are as follows. First, training and education programs for human resource development at PT. Tirta Investama are crucial because well-trained employees tend to be more productive in their jobs, which directly impacts the company's productivity. Second, through coaching, employees can receive positive feedback on their performance and obtain guidance to identify areas where they need to improve. This can help enhance overall employee performance. Third, the hindering factors come from the company’s lack of attention to the participants' experiences after attending the activities and the participants' lack of motivation to fully engage in the training and development. These obstacles arise from inadequate needs assessment, causing some participants to feel that the material presented is not relevant to them or that they already possess the knowledge, which in turn reduces their motivation to participate. The solution is for management to firmly support the implementation of HR development programs in the company. PT. Tirta Investama Klaten also addresses the obstacles in HR development programs by developing more relevant programs and promoting them. Appropriate programs will motivate employee participation and help them gain benefits from the programs.

Bureaucratic reform is an urgent need to improve the quality of the state civil apparatus and realize good governance in Indonesia. Bureaucracy is often considered complicated, slow and unprofessional. To address this, the government is committed to various reform initiatives, including the application of information technology in public services. This research aims to explore the contribution of information technology in improving public services as part of bureaucratic reform. By adopting information and communication technology (ICT) in e-government systems, it is hoped that administrative processes can be accelerated, efficiency increases, and the reach of public services expands. However, ICT implementation faces challenges such as limited human resources, cyber threats, privacy issues, inadequate infrastructure, and resistance to change. This research will analyze the factors that influence the successful implementation of information technology in public services and identify strategies to overcome these obstacles. It is hoped that the research results will provide policy recommendations that support bureaucratic reform, so that public services become more efficient, transparent and responsive to community needs.

This research aims to analyze the impact of increasing Value Added Tax (VAT) rates on people's purchasing power in Sidoarjo Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with a focus on understanding social phenomena from the participant's perspective, combining a case study approach and interview techniques with informants. Research identifies that the increase in VAT rates from 10% to 11% in April 2022, has affected the prices of goods and services. This has had a negative impact on people's purchasing power, especially low and middle income groups who have seen the prices of their basic necessities increase. Not only the public as consumers, business actors also face challenges in adapting to the additional costs that must be paid to the government. Interview results show that people respond to rising prices by reducing purchases of goods and services, and looking for cheaper alternatives. This reflects the social impact of fiscal policies such as increases in VAT rates, which can slow economic growth and exacerbate social inequality if not managed wisely. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the impact of tax policy on communities and businesses at the local level, with the hope of providing guidance for more inclusive and sustainable policies in the future.

The number of Commuter Line KRL passengers in Jabodetabek has not returned to pre-Covid-19 levels, despite an increase from 2022. In 2019, the number of passengers reached 336,274,343 or 13% higher than in 2023. This decline is not only caused by the pandemic, but also by customer dissatisfaction with PT KCI services, such as facilities and service quality. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and service quality on KRL Commuter Line customer satisfaction in Jabodetabek. This research uses descriptive methods based on quantitative data. The population of this study were users of KRL Commuter Line transportation services in Jabodetabek with a sample of 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods using questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing, namely t test, f test and partial and simultaneous determination coefficient using SPSS version 25. The results showed that partially the facility variable had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and the service quality variable also had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then simultaneously the facility variables and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation and exchange rates on economic growth in Bengkalis Regency. This study uses a Quantitative method, and the type of data used is secondary data, which means that the data that has been finished or published is taken from BPS (Central Statistics Agency) Indonesia data and also Bengkalis in numbers with period 19 years (2003-2021). Data processing used the IBM SPSS version 25 application with multiple linier regression analysis testing which included T-test, F-test, and the Coefficient Determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that: 1) Exchange Rate has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Bengkalis Regency, 2) Inflation has a negative and significant effect on economic growth in Bengkalis Regency. Therefore, if the Exchange Rate increases, it will have a positive impact on economic growth, as well as inflation, if it increases, it will have a negative effect on economic growth in Bengkalis Regency, 3) the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.931. This means that exchange rate and inflation affect economic growth in Bengkalis regency by 93.1% while the remaining 6.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The tradition of consuming traditional herbal medicine has declined. This is due to the development of more modern beverages, so that these conditions slowly change people's perspective on traditional herbal medicine, resulting in a decline. However, after conducting a pre-survey to 30 respondents, it shows that most Indonesians still like traditional herbal medicine. Jamu Suwegerr brand is one of the traditional herbal medicine whose processing is carried out in Keboansikep Village, Sidoarjo Regency. The herbal brand is used by researchers to see whether people also like or are interested in Suwegerr traditional herbal medicine and analyze the factors that influence people's buying interest in Suwegerr traditional herbal medicine. This study aims to determine whether lifestyle, taste, brand trust have a positive and significant influence on buying interest in Suwegerr herbal medicine. The method used in this research is quantitative with a questionnaire instrument. The type of research used is associative, while the population in this study is the people in Gedangan and Sedati Districts and the sample used is 100 respondents using convenience sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that Lifestyle, Taste and Brand Trust have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Jamu Suwegerr both partially and simultaneously. Recommendations for further researchers can develop this research again by conducting research on any factor of the variables that the researchers mentioned earlier and can use different samples and populations.

This research was carried out with the aim of understanding the impact of compensation on employee performance at the Karawang Regency Central Statistics Agency, that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance which is significant both individuals or groups in an organization/company. This research uses qualitative methods, this research was conducted at the Karawang Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS Karawang) located on Jl. Cakradireja No.36, Nagasari, West Karawang, Karawang Regency, West Java 41315, Indonesia. The data source used is primary data source through interviews with predetermined informants. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the Karawang Regency Central Statistics Agency does not only provide compensation in the form of money, namely in the form of opportunities to increase career levels, take part in certain activities, become a resource person, become an instructor in training and so on. The conclusion of this research is that it is hoped that by implementing optimal employee compensation policies, employee performance and motivation at BPS Karawang Regency can be improved.

This seminar is an activity carried out to help students and the community in increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of export business. The seminar method was chosen because it is more effective in delivering and receive materials. The main objectives of the project to be achieved in this final project is to create or organize seminars on improving the entrepreneurial spirit of export businesses. Find and determine sponsorship criteria, find speakers who understand about the export business, register participants, know budget planning and realization during operations, know the obstacles that occur, find solutions to these obstacles Meet and evaluate seminar activities through feedback from participants. The project results show that the technical aspects of operational and financial work in the implementation activities are divided into several stages, namely the stage of finding sponsors, determining operational budgets, constraints that occur, solutions to obstacles faced and project evaluation. The research results seminar was held on Tuesday, 07 November 2023 at the Mini Conference Hall GKT 1 Bengkalis State Polytechnic from 13:30-16:10 WIB. The seminar can run smoothly thanks to the teamwork consisting of 14 committee members. In this agenda there was one speaker and 132 participants who attended. The technical aspects of work in the implementation of activities are divided into several stages, namely the project preparation stage, the project implementation stage, project completion and project reporting.
