<![CDATA[Both formal and informal education systems have made extensive use of technology and information-based learning. Naturally, the standard must be raised in tutoring facilities, which serve as learning environments for kids who require more education than what is provided in the classroom. Digital literacy based on technology and information should be given more attention in response to world events that have been dominated by digitalization, including the world of education, in order to improve the quality of learning. A greater focus is required through training and socialization on the theme of improving the quality of technology-based and information-based learning for teachers at the GAMA UI tutoring institute Pondok Labu as an activity partner located in the south Jakarta area. This is because the lack of flying hours from teachers at tutoring institutions that are dominated by students raises problems in implementing technology and information-based learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Rapid population growth has pushed the volume of waste to increase due to increased public consumption. The management of household waste by the community is still relatively low. This phenomenon is also seen in the Griya Pesona Housing in Padang City. The results of preliminary observations and interviews show that there is still a low level of public awareness to dispose of waste in official waste disposal sites and the low role of the community in supporting government programs related to household waste management. This study aims to build public awareness and concern in the Griya Pesona Housing City of Padang in managing household waste. Environmental communication is carried out using mass communication in the form of banners and personal communication in the form of door to door counseling by distributing brochures. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in citizen awareness about household waste management where there is a change in attitude, knowledge and behavior after education is carried out by implementing mass and personal communication strategies. Behavior change through personal communication is more influential than mass communication. Mass communication can be used to increase knowledge, but behavior change is more influential when personal communication is used. In addition, the community has also begun to realize the importance of maintaining cleanliness and managing household waste, such as separating waste by type and disposing of waste in official disposal sites.Keywords: communication strategy, environment, community awareness, waste management]]>

<![CDATA[The waste problem in the city of Jakarta is a national issue that should not be taken lightly. This is because Jakarta is one of the largest cities in Indonesia, so it is a benchmark and is looked up to by all countries in the world. The volume of waste in Jakarta which continues to increase every year is a chore not only for the government but also for the people who contribute to producing it. If this rubbish is left unattended, it will cause environmental problems such as flooding, environmental pollution and even health problems. Organic waste occupies the largest percentage of waste contributors in Jakarta, namely in 2020 - 2021 the volume of organic waste reached 54% of the total existing waste, while in 2022 it will reach 50% of the total existing waste. Apart from organic waste, there are other types of waste such as inorganic waste and B3 waste. So far, residents of RT 11/RW 02 Tanjung Barat Subdistrict, Jagakarsa District still have minimal knowledge about rubbish and waste generated from household activities and still lack concern for protecting the environment. The aim of this service is to provide material to increase the knowledge of PKK RT11/RW 02 women in Tanjung Barat sub-district about various types of waste and household waste produced and how to manage it independently in the household. From the results of this community service activity, it can be concluded that the socialization about waste and waste management is very beneficial for the women of PKK RT11/RW 02, Tanjung Barat sub-district because it can be a solution in reducing the existing problem of waste and household waste so that the environment is clean and beautiful.]]>

Di SMA Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek, pelatihan penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Android pada mata pelajaran Basis Data bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Artikel ini mengkaji pelaksanaan pelatihan tersebut, meliputi metode yang digunakan, hasil yang dicapai, dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas pembelajaran Basis Data. Diharapkan, melalui pelatihan ini, guru dapat mengintegrasikan teknologi berbasis Android dalam pengajaran, sehingga pembelajaran menjadi lebih interaktif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa di era digital.]]>

<![CDATA[The high divorce rate in Padang City is the main concern in a community service program that aims to create a harmonious family through mentoring for members of the Lubuk Begalung branch of the Indonesian Muslimah Entrepreneurs Association (IPEMI). Mentoring involves emotional support, providing knowledge, and skills in identifying and overcoming family problems. This activity is carried out with a participatory and intensive approach, including training and workshops on family hope strategies based on Islamic teachings, which include faith values, prayer implementation, religious education, and family ethics. The implementation method includes needs analysis, work plan, implementation, and evaluation to ensure target achievement. The results of the activity showed an increase in the motivation and enthusiasm of community members in realizing a harmonious family based on Islamic teachings. It is hoped that similar activities can continue to be developed to achieve the goal of family welfare.]]>

<![CDATA[Pelatihan penggunaan sistem informasi absensi guru berbasis web di SMK Negeri 1 Sutera dilakukan sebagai bagian dari program pengabdian masyarakat dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan teknis tenaga pendidik dan staf administrasi dalam mengelola sistem absensi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menjawab kebutuhan akan sistem yang efisien dan akurat untuk memantau kehadiran guru, yang merupakan aspek penting dalam administrasi sekolah. Metode pelatihan meliputi pemahaman dasar konsep sistem berbasis web, pengembangan fitur-fitur yang relevan untuk pelacakan absensi, serta implementasi sistem dalam operasional sehari-hari di sekolah. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta untuk menggunakan dan mengelola sistem absensi berbasis web, yang memungkinkan sekolah untuk melacak dan mencatat kehadiran dengan lebih efisien dan akurat. Pelatihan ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya dan memberikan dampak positif bagi SMK Negeri 1 Sutera, mendukung visi sekolah dalam memodernisasi proses administratifnya melalui teknologi.]]>

<![CDATA[The Islamic Center, located in Bambu Apus, East Jakarta, is a multifunctional building consisting of a mosque, auditorium, teaching and learning rooms and office space for managers. In this “pengabdian masyarakat”, the focus is office space. This is a concern because of the problem with the arrangement of the office space that cannot be fully functioned because there is no arrangement and/or interior design for the office space. Thus, the office space that should accommodate activities for users is not yet usable. Seeing these conditions, we, as a “pengabdian masyarakat” team at Universitas Indraprasta PGRI, are trying to hold discussions and coordinate with the Chairperson of PP Persis Jakarta and do “pengabdian masyarakat” which focusing on architecture design.]]>

<![CDATA[The aftermath of the flash flood that occurred in Nagari Rambatan left trauma for the victims, the victims experienced psychological impacts where they were still worried about the subsequent flash flood disaster, then felt restless sleeping at night because they were still haunted by the incident they experienced, felt anxious and some even became stressed and traumatized. This Community Service aims to eliminate the anxiety and trauma of the flash flood victims. The method of implementing this service is by conducting observations, interviews and providing exposure therapy. The use of direct exposure therapy techniques, by facing stimuli that cause anxiety in actual conditions when they are still haunting and as if the threat of flash floods will come back. To overcome this, it can be helped using Virtual Reality (VR) head mounted display technology which can display three-dimensional images generated by a computer on each eye to display a stereo effect, thus creating an immersive or feeling of being present as an illusion in a virtual environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Pelatihan kompetensi bidang pemrograman dasar di SMK Negeri 1 Batipuh bagi siswa jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dasar pemrograman. Dalam era digital saat ini, kemampuan pemrograman menjadi salah satu keahlian penting yang dibutuhkan di berbagai sektor industri. Pelatihan ini mencakup pengenalan konsep dasar pemrograman, algoritma, serta penggunaan bahasa pemrograman populer seperti Python. Melalui metode pembelajaran interaktif, praktik kelompok, dan tugas mandiri, siswa diajak untuk menerapkan teori yang dipelajari dalam proyek mini, sehingga mereka dapat mengembangkan kreativitas dan kemampuan problem solving. Diharapkan, pelatihan ini tidak hanya membekali siswa dengan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga mempersiapkan mereka untuk menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja yang semakin kompetitif.]]>
