The scope and focus are related to the research in accounting, Business and also economic education studies such as a microeconomic, macroeconomic, development studies, behavioral economics, human resources management, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research about education on economic. The journal also publishes an article related to banking studies, small and medium enterprises, the stock market, teaching model for economic studies. And also published the study of development policy. According to the scope, JEEBA (Journal Economic Education, Business and Accounting) welcome multidiscipline articles which related to the accounting, Business and also economic education studies This journal focuses on economics and education research by quantitative and qualitative approaches. There are many more problems related to the economics study and education problems. Therefore, accounting, Business and also economic education studies only publishes original research of accounting, Business and also economic education studies. Abstract

Abstrak: Topik pada penelitian ini ialah Pengaruh Minat Belajar Dan Peran Orang Tua Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X Sma Negeri 1 Kupang Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh minat belajar dan peran orang tua terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Kupang Tengah. Yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Kelas IPS 1 dan IPS 2. Metode penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang memusatkan perhatian pada korelasi sebab-akibat antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang diteliti terdiri dari 75 siswa, dan sampel sebanyak 64 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket atau kuesioner yang berisi 38 pernyataan. Analisis data menunjukan bahwa minat belajar dan peran orang tua berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Kupang Tengah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didorong oleh rendahnya kemampuan belajar yang kurang optimal dari siswa kelas X IPS di SMA Negeri 4 Kupang dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi. Fokus dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana kompetensi pedagogik guru mempengaruhi pencapaian hasil belajar siswa.Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal, dan penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 4 Kupang tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh siswa kelas X IPS di SMA Negeri 4 Kupang yang berjumlah 288 orang sebagai populasinya. Sebanyak 72 siswa dari kelas X IPS Cdan X IPS D dilibatkan sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner atau angket sebagai alat utama untuk mengumpulkan data. Analisis data menghasilkan nilai thitung (13,649) >nilai ttabel (1,66691). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (HO) tidak diterima. Bukti yang diperoleh melalui penelitian ini menunjukkan penerimaan hipotesis alternatif, yaitu bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik guru dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 4 Kupang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditunjukkan untuk mengidentifikasi secara kuantitatif hasil pencapaian pembelajaran siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 4 Kota Kupang melalui 5 faktor: keterampilan memulai pelajaran, pemaparan materi, pengajaran kelompok kecil dan individu, penutupan pelajaran, serta semangat belajar siswa. 209 siswa dari kelas XI IPS merupakan populasi penelitian. Purposive sampling digunakan dalam pendekatan kuantitatif, menghasilkan 102 sampel. Regresi berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan SPSS. Temuan riset mengungkapkan bahwa kecapakan memulai pelajaran memiliki efek signifikan dan positif dibuktikan nilai t hitung 2,438 (0,017<0,05). Demikian pula, dengan nilai t hitung 3,128 (0,002<0,05) keahlian menjelaskan materi berdampak positif dan signifikan. Kemampuan mengajar grup kecil dan individu juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan mempunyai nilai t hitung 7,573 (0,000<0,05), demikian juga dengan kemampuan menutup pelajaran dengan nilai t hitung 10,617 (0,000<0,05) serta dorongan belajar siswa memiliki nilai t hitung 9,112 (0,000<0,05). Lebih lanjut, ketika digabungkan, faktor-faktor ini secara signifikan dan positif memberikan dampak pada capaian belajar siswa dengan F hitung sebesar 85,981 (0,000<0,05).

Abstract

This study measures Maxim Bike transportation satisfaction of FKIP students at Nusa Cendana University Kupang through five quantitative factors, namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, with a population of 10. 059 students from various study programs at FKIP Undana, using an incidental quantitative method that resulted in 140 samples, as well as multiple regression analysis through SPSS 22 which showed a positive and significant effect of physical evidence (t count 7.203), reliability (t count 2.187), responsiveness (t count 3.120), assurance (t count 6.628), and empathy (t count 5.494), with a calculated F value of 41.725 which confirms the positive impact of these parameters on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

this research aims to determine the factors that cause students to have difficulty learning economic in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Mollo Selatan. This research was carried out using quantitative analysis with a descriptive approach. The sample in this research was class XII IPS students, taken using nonprobability sampling techniques. Data collection techniques in this research were observation, questionnaires and documentation. Meanwhile the data in this study was analyzed using multipler linear regression. The result of the t test result of learning motivation (X1) are positive and significantly influencer learning difficulties significantly 0,000 < 0,05 thitung 8843 > 1,667 with ttable, parents attention (X2) are positive and significantly influencer lerning difficulties significance 0,000 < 0,05 thitung 6.761 > 1,667 ttable and teacher teaching methods (X3) are negatively and do not significantly influencer lerning difficulties significantly 0,078 > 0,05 thitung -1.792 > 1,667 ttable. Meanwhile the result of the F test (FHitung 83,622 > 2,74 Ftable )

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini adalah guna mengetahui seberapa besar sistem pengendalian intern pemerintah dan aksesibilitas laporan keuangan memengaruhi kualitas laporan keuangan pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Metode riset ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. 95 pegawai menjadi populasi dan sampel penelitian ini melibatkan 68 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan memakai kusioner. Riset ini menganalisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dimana hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji parsial telah diperoleh T hitung yang didapat lebih besar dari nilai T tabel (X1=2,639 >1,996, X2= 2,243>1,996), dengan demikian diketahui bahwa baik sistem pengendalian intern pemerintah maupun aksesibilitas laporan keuangan memengaruhi secara sendiri-sendiri terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Selanjutnya nilai F hitung pada uji simultan lebih besar dari nilai F tabel (5,729>2,75). Dengan demikian, terbukti bahwa sistem pengendalian internal pemerintah dan aksesibilitas laporan keuangan sama-sama berdampak pada kualitas laporan keuangan pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur.

Abstract

Abstract: The numerous factors that consumers take into account when selecting brand of Miyako product are the driving force behind this study. This study aims to ascertain the partial and simultaneous effects of brand image and brand awareness on customer loyalty at the Centarl Perabot Kupang shop. This study employed a quantitative research design with a sample size of thirty samples and data gathering methods that included literature reviews, interviews, and questionnaires. Instrument trials were carried out to determine the validity and reliability of the measuring devices. The product moment correlation technique was used to test the validity of the instruments, the Cronbach Alpha technique was used to test their reliability, and SPSS V 21.0 was used to assist with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The study's findings show that: 1. Customer loyalty is impacted by brand awareness; 2. Customer loyalty is impacted by brand image. 3. Customer loyalty is impacted by both brand image and brand awareness at the same time. The two independent variables' coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.616, or 61.6% of consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Menganalisis bagaimana motivasi dan kedisiplinan belajar mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa pada kelas ekonomi di SMA Negeri 2 Kota Kupang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei merupakan metodologi yang digunakan. Seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS yang berjumlah 143 orang menjadi populasi penelitian, dan 105 orang dipilih secara acak dari masing-masing empat kelas (XI IPS 1, 2, 3, dan 4). Selain nilai hasil belajar yang diperoleh dari sekolah, informasi juga dikumpulkan melalui angket yang dirancang untuk mengukur tingkat kedisiplinan dan motivasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh persamaan Y = 26,053 + 0,164X1 + 0,465X2 dengan nilai R square sebesar 0,632 dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dengan signifikansi 0,000 > 0,05, uji F menunjukkan Fhitung = 87,452 > Ftabel 3,09. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar berdampak pada hasil belajar secara bersamaan. Secara khusus, motivasi belajar mendorong siswa untuk mencapai tujuan akademis mereka, sementara disiplin belajar membantu mereka menjadi lebih fokus dan penuh perhatian selama proses belajar. Diharapkan bahwa penelitian ini akan memberikan saran kepada para pendidik dan lembaga pendidikan tentang cara meningkatkan metode pengajaran yang akan meningkatkan motivasi dan pengendalian diri siswa, sehingga menghasilkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik.

Abstract

One of the challenges faced in this research is the low student learning outcomes. This research aims to explore how learning motivation, the role of the teacher, and interest in learning can influence the learning outcomes of class XI students at Webriamata State High School. In this research, 147 students from class XI at the school were used as research subjects, which used a quantitative approach. Purposive sampling technique was applied to determine the sample, with a total of 88 respondents. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and supporting documents. The data analysis method used includes linear multiple regression. The research results show that student learning outcomes in economics subjects are positively and significantly influenced by learning motivation (X1). Apart from that, the role of the teacher (X2) also has a significant positive impact on student learning outcomes. However, interest in learning (X3) does not show a significant influence on student learning outcomes in economics subjects. Overall, student learning outcomes in the field of economics are influenced simultaneously by learning motivation, the role of the teacher, and interest in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how financial performance at the Industry and Trade Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province is influenced by performance-based budgeting. The research method used is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population used in this study were all employees at the Industry and Trade Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province totaling 95 people and the sample used was 68 respondents who were sampled using purposive sampling techniques, where samples were taken according to certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used in this study include simple linear regression, t-test and determination coefficient test using SPSS 21. The results of the t-test showed a calculated t value of 9.893 greater than the t-table value of 1.999773 and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the probability value of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that the performance-based budget variable has a positive and significant influence on financial performance at the Industry and Trade Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province.
