Abstract

The development of technology and communication is currently very rapid. The development of technology and communication has had a huge impact on the world of education, not only adults who are familiar with this sophisticated technology and communication, but also influences the development and education of early childhood and one of them is gadgets. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about "Using Gadget Technology as Learning Media in Early Childhood at Raudhatul Athfal Al-Ikhlas, Singkawang City". This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive study type. In this study, the primary data were group B class teachers and the head of RA Al-Ikhlas Singkawang, while the secondary data were students and parents of group B class students. The interviews were structured with questions compiled and linked and developed with related literature. Based on the description that has been described about "Use of Gadget Technology as Learning Media in Early Childhood at Raudhatul Athfal Al-Ikhlas Singkawang City", the researcher draws the following conclusions: 1. The use of gadgets by teachers as learning media for Raudhatul Athfal Al-Ikhlas Singkawang's children is good. Both parents and teachers can choose a way to control young children in using gadgets, one of which is by using gadgets as learning media in RA. The use of gadgets to become learning media for early childhood certainly has many positive values that can be taken, namely a) Application of technological advances to support the educational process, b) Reducing the use of gadgets for things that are less useful for early childhood, c) Teaches the use of gadgets wisely, d) Providing an understanding of the functions and benefits of gadgets to early childhood. 2. Various negative impacts that arise when children use gadgets too often such as children becoming passive, lazy, rebellious, selfish, children often argue with their parents, disturbed health and do not want to establish social relationships with other people such as peers in their social environment. This impact arises because children too often use gadgets at home without being controlled by their parents and children who are addicted to using gadgets feel that gadgets are the most interesting thing besides playing with the people around them or their peers.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is something highly important in shaping an individual's character. Its guidance and teachings are directed towards instilling a wholehearted belief in the existence of God, fostering obedience and submission in carrying out His commandments through worship, and cultivating noble morals. By studying Islamic religious education, it is hoped that an individual can internalize these values, leading to their manifestation in everyday behavior. Additionally, Islamic religious education can prevent someone from engaging in wrongful deeds. The application of Islamic Education involves an increase in piety towards the One God, and noble character is a manifestation of the faith embraced by each individual. Therefore, when faith and piety are integrated within a person, it prevents them from engaging in destructive, defamatory, and harmful actions to society, which could pose serious threats to the unity and future of the nation. Islamic Education is crucial in shaping and developing students' characters. Religious and moral education must mutually integrate and interact within the evolving social realities in the community. Education that incorporates religious values ultimately has the potential to mold individuals holistically.

Abstract

This research is about the role of the Akidah Akhlak teacher in fostering student morals at MTs Nurul Hidayah Kota Raja, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. In connection with that, the background of this research is that there are some students when studying they still like to talk to their friends next to them, noisy in class, there are those who like to go in and out of class and there are still some students who speak dirty words. So that the behavior slightly interferes with the learning process. The formulation of the problems studied are: (1) what is the role of the Aqidah Akhlak teacher in fostering student morals. (2) how are the factors that influence in fostering student morals. (3) what is the teacher's strategy of Akidah Akhlak in fostering student morals. The aims of this study were: (1) to find out the role of the Aqidah Akhlak teacher in fostering student morals. (2) to find out the factors that influence the development of student morals. (3) to find out the teacher's strategy Akidah Akhlak in fostering student morals. The subjects in the study were 1 teacher of the Aqidah Akhlak subject at MTs Nurul Hidayah Kota Raja, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. While the object of this research is about the role of the Akidah Akhlak teacher in fostering student morals at MTs Nurul Hidayah Kota Raja, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. To obtain the data above, researchers used data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentaries. Data is processed using data collection, data reduction, data display (data presentation) and data verification (conclusion) techniques. The results of this study found that: (1) the role of the Akidah Akhlak teacher in fostering student morals, namely having the role of the teacher as a guide, the teacher as a motivator, the teacher as a facilitator, the teacher as a learning resource, the teacher as a manager, the teacher as a demonstrator, the teacher as an evaluator, and teacher as a mediator. (2) the factors that influence the development of student morals are internal factors (inside students) which are caused by the nature or habits of students in behavior, while external factors (from outside the student's self), namely from the family environment, social environment or student association . (3) the teacher's strategy in fostering student morals is by fostering and directing students, using a persuasive approach, collaborating with counseling teachers, motivating students, and instilling positive habits.

Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the process of human resource management to improve the quality of education at the Ibnul Amin Pamangkih Putri Islamic Boarding School. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System states that education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, morals noble character, as well as the skills needed by himself, the community, the nation and the state. Human resource management is the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling the Board of Islamic Boarding Schools in improving human resources in the Ibnul Amin Pamangkih Puteri Islamic Boarding School by seeing a progress in the form of increasing achievements achieved by the female students or setbacks related to the economic problems experienced by the Ibnul Amin Pamangkih Puteri Islamic Boarding School which includes activities to identify problems, make comparisons between the past and the present, and in the future, as well as carry out target/program setting activities to improve human resources. This activity is carried out so that human resource development can run smoothly, therefore what is being studied is the field of human resource development which includes teachers and education staff. Several steps of training programs have been provided so that the development of human resources at the Islamic boarding school is increased. With the aim of improving the quality of teachers, educational staff and management of Islamic boarding schools in order to grow and develop their potential so that they can provide quality and quality services to their female students. The purpose of this study is to explain human resource management to improve the quality of education at the Ibnul Amin Pamangkih Puteri Islamic Boarding School and to describe the obstacles in human resource management to improve the quality of education at the Ibnul Amin Pamangkih Puteri Islamic Boarding School. As for the type and approach to this research, it uses field research and a qualitative research approach. The subjects for this thesis research were the head of the Islamic boarding school education sector, the head of the general education sector and a number of teachers, both teaching and educational staff, who were at the Ibnul Amin Pamangkih Puteri Islamic Boarding School. The technique of collecting data in this thesis research is to use an interview, interview, and observation model which was carried out at the Ibnul Amin Pamangkih Puteri Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem that the Madrasah Head has a very important role in driving madrasah management so that it can run according to the various demands of society and the times. Therefore, the role of a successful madrasah head can be seen from the achievement of madrasah objectives, as well as the increased performance of educational staff within the madrasah environment. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the madrasah head as a leader and as a manager in improving the performance of educational staff and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by madrasah head in improving the performance of education staff. The type and approach used in this research is by way of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The object of this research is the role of the madrasa head as a leader and as a manager in improving the performance of teaching staff at MAN 2 Paringin and the research subjects are the head of MAN 2 Paringin, the deputy head of the curriculum section, the head of administration, the head of the library, and the security guard. Furthermore, the collection technique uses observation, structured interviews, and documentation. Then the data analysis in this study was carried out in three stages including data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The results showed that the role of the madrasa head as a leader in improving the performance of teaching staff at MAN 2 Paringin was by fostering discipline in the form of direction and supervision, providing motivation in the form of words of encouragement, rewards in the form of certificates, and perceptions in the form of facilitation. Meanwhile, the role of the madrasa head as a manager in improving the performance of teaching staff at MAN 2 Paringin is by empowering teaching staff through cooperation and coordination, providing opportunities for teaching staff to improve their profession with training, and encouraging the involvement of all educational staff in all madrasah activities by directing them to involved. The supporting factors carried out by the madrasa head in improving the performance of teaching staff at MAN 2 Paringin are responsibility for assignments, respect for assignments, and the work environment, and the inhibiting factors are time, social jealousy and opportunities for development.

Abstract

This article discusses the use of Canva media as a tool in conducting Classroom Action Research (PTK) which aims to increase interest and results in learning arts and culture in class X UPW students at SMKN 2 Denpasar. The research method used is PTK with two cycles. The research subjects were 35 students of class X UPW. Data was collected through learning achievement tests and student learning interest questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using quantitative descriptive techniques. The results of the study show that the use of Canva media can increase the interest and results of learning arts and culture in class X UPW students at SMKN 2 Denpasar. In the first cycle, the average score of the cultural arts learning outcomes test was 73.6 with a learning completeness percentage of 63.3%. Whereas in the second cycle, the average score of the learning outcomes test increased to 83.6 with a learning completeness percentage of 90%. In addition, there was an increase in students' interest in learning from 70% in the first cycle to 90% in the second cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of Canva media can increase the interest and results of learning arts and culture in class X UPW students at SMKN 2 Denpasar.

Abstract

The word guessing game media is a game that is able to cultivate students' memories and cohesiveness among students in groups. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of charades media, the feasibility of charades media, and students' responses to charades media. This research uses cooperative learning method. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Denpasar in class X BDPM 1 which was tested on students. The research used qualitative and quantitative data collection methods and the results of the data obtained used Likert and Guttman scale scores. From the results of the study, it shows that the percentage of material experts obtained is 87% and media experts is 88%. From the questionnaire that was tested on 20 students, it was 96.5%. It can be concluded that the word guessing game media is appropriate to be used as a medium of learning in art and culture material.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that when the teacher gives questions, both questions directly related to previous learning or in the form of questions, where only a few students can provide answers without reopening notes or looking at printed books. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the application of the Cooperative Script method in PAK learning could improve the memory of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Makale Utara. The theory used in this study uses the theory developed by Kemmis & Mc.Taggart which consists of research settings, research action plans, achievement indicators, instruments used, data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques. Cycle I at the first meeting students who were in the good category reached 50%, at the second meeting students who were in the good category reached 63.63%. while cycle II which was carried out in one meeting reached 86% and had achieved the predetermined success indicators.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is how the PAK teacher's strategy is in dealing with bullying in class XI students at SMKN 3 Tana Toraja. Bullying is a form of action or violence that is carried out by someone intentionally or consciously to oppress weak people which can damage the victim's mentality and make the victim feel helpless and affect their academic achievement because there are threats faced by the victim of bullying. This study aims to determine the strategies of PAK teachers in dealing with bullying in class XI students at SMK Negeri 3 Tana Toraja. The research method used is qualitative research, with data collection methods through literature study and interviews. The informants are PAK teachers, perpetrators and victims of bullying. The PAK teacher's strategy in dealing with bullying in class XI students at SMK Negeri 3 Tana Toraja is to advise, give warnings and punish.

Abstract

The birth of globalization was influenced by developments in technology and science to make relations between nations and countries more open. Therefore, the values, norms and culture of a nation can be easily accepted by other nations. The other impact of this development is that modernization and industrialization besides providing benefits also include excesses of harm to human life. In the world of education there are also many changes and transitions that are increasingly closely related to technological advances, especially materials. Education that is increasingly broad to be studied and easily all of that can be accessed by exploring cyberspace. This research uses a qualitative approach and literature study. Student delinquency is a change in the character of a learner in an incorrect direction so that the standard rules that apply at school are not in line with the character of a student. The result of this study is that there needs to be a special approach to students.
