Abstract

The current policy that regulates clean and healthy living behavior is the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation Number 2269/Menkes/Per/XI/2011 concerning guidelines for fostering clean and healthy living behavior. Clean and healthy living behavior is a government priority program through community health centers and is an output target in implementing health development. The lowest coverage of healthy households in the Manisa Health Center Working Area is in the existing Manisa Village. The aim of the research is to determine the management of implementing clean and healthy living behavior in the household setting. This type of research is qualitative research. The informants for this research, managers of the community health center's clean and healthy living behavior program, community health center leaders, cadres, community leaders, religious leaders and the public, were taken using purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, documentation review and Focus Group Discussions. The results of the research showed problems with the input component, the health promotion staff at the community health center had never received training, the funding allocation was very small, and the supporting facilities for Promkes were limited to print media. In the process, planning has not been implemented in an integrated manner, the organization and implementation of health promotions has not been carried out optimally, and monitoring is only based on the results of surveys of household clean and healthy living behavior. It is known that the output component of implementing clean and healthy living behavior in household management is still below the target. Implementation of management of clean and healthy living behavior in household arrangements is not as expected. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of implementing staff, allocate funds and infrastructure, as well as improve management in implementing clean and healthy living behavior in the household structure.

One of the efforts we must make to eradicate corruption is to increase the anti-corruption movement. Efforts to eradicate corruption cannot rely solely on enforcement efforts that fall under the authority of law enforcement institutions. Efforts to prevent corruption by participating in building an anti-corruption culture in society are an important factor in efforts to eradicate corruption. As an element of society, students are expected to act as agents of change and driving forces for the anti-corruption movement in society. To be able to play an active role, students need to be equipped with sufficient knowledge about the ins and outs of corruption and its eradication. Anti-corruption education is intended so that students can clearly understand the problems of corruption that are occurring and efforts to prevent them. This article explains anti-corruption education and also to find out how anti-corruption education is taught on campus. Abstract

One of the nutritional issues that continues to be a problem in Indonesia is stunting. For the time being, the percentage of babies and toddlers who are stunted is still relatively high, which means that it is necessary to lower it. The reduction in the number of kids who are stunted can be prevented as early as feasible. Classes for pregnant women are one method of preventing stunting. These classes are designed to educate and enlighten pregnant women about stunting, which is one of the ways that stunting can be prevented. This study was conducted to determine the impact that classes for pregnant women have on the prevention of stunting issues. This secondary research utilized a literature review approach by examining pertinent information on a specific topic. Articles were sourced from the Pubmed and Google Scholar databases using the "publish or perish" search tool from 2019 to 2024, based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria and articles were screened using PRISMA. The research findings indicate that prenatal classes serve as a platform for education and support to convey information, enhance and influence knowledge, and alter attitudes and behaviors about stunting. Conclusion: Offering classes for pregnant women can help reduce stunting.

Abstract

Introduction: Maternal mortality rates around the world are still high. The first place out of 25 countries in Asia Pacific is Salomon Island with 327 per 100,000 live births, while the sustainable development goal target in 2030 is 70 per 100,000 live births. Factors influencing the high maternal mortality rate are pregnancy complications, demographics, sanitation, maternal education, and husband's education. Knowledge deficits require intervention in order to change behavior with appropriate approaches, such as the HBM (Health Belief Model). Objective: to determine changes in health behavior with the application of the Health Belief Model among pregnant women. Methods: This study used a literature review design. The databases involved in the search are Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, and Google Scholar. Inclusion criteria: research with the topic Health Belief Model in Pregnancy, publication 2018-2023, full text Mesh terms used: health belief model AND pregnant women OR pregnancy. Result: Database extraction results obtained (n = 8) articles from 235 articles. Educational or evaluation materials that use Health Belief Model were nutrition education, prevention of anemia, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, influenza vaccination, prevention of urinary tract infections, and acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccination. Conclusions: This review demonstrates the lack of evidence-based research to apply Health Belief Model to pregnant women. Abstract

Knowledge is a convention in forming an action in a nurse which greatly influences the performance of the nurse herself in implementing and carrying out actions for patient safety in the hospital. One of the ways in which the implementation of patient safety is to ensure that incidents that threaten patient safety do not occur or that there is the potential to result in injury to patients that should not occur. The aim of this literature review is to understand and describe the situation regarding nurses' knowledge of patient safety incidents. The review of this paper is the result of a literature study in the form of analysis using the systematic mapping study method through searches from Google Scholar which determined 6 national journals. The results of the study show that good nurse knowledge will influence the performance of nursing care which has an impact on patient safety incidents. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that there is a correlation between nurses' knowledge of patient safety incidents and commitment which is very necessary in efforts to build patient safety. Suggestion: it is hoped that we will not only research the relationship between knowledge and patient safety incidents but also nurses' compliance in implementing patient safety.

Abstract

The spread and abuse of narcotics is a complex problem, which requires comprehensive mitigation efforts involving multidisciplinary, multisectoral cooperation and active community participation carried out continuously, consistently and consistently. Even though in medical science, most classes of narcotics are still useful for treatment, if they are misused or used not according to medical indications or treatment standards, especially if accompanied by illegal distribution, it will have very detrimental consequences for individuals and society at large. The cumulative number of AIDs cases in Indonesia in the second quarter of 2010 was 21,770 cases. The spread of HIV/AIDS among Injection Drug Use/IDUs has reached 8,795 cases. Methadone substitution therapy needs to be carried out with the aim of reducing adverse health, social and economic impacts, reducing the risk of contracting and transmitting HIV to other people, however therapy failure often occurs due to non-compliance or poor adherence. The research is observational with a cross sectional approach. Data were collected using questionnaires through interviews with informants following the therapy program. The results of the study showed good compliance in following therapy. Factors related to compliance in therapy are knowledge, attitudes, motivation, self-efficacy, family role, peer role, and health worker role.
