Abstract

This study aims to find out how important human resource management is in improving the quality of education in an institution. This study uses the library research method, where the discussion of this research is based on expert opinion and the results of previous research. Research techniques with data analysis in the form of content analysis (content analysis) to select data and information contained in the various library materials studied. The results of this study note that the increase in the quality of education in an institution is due to the role of human resource management so that solutions are found to deal with challenges that arise in improving the quality of education in an institution so that it can make a clear contribution to educational goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reading and writing on students' speech abilities. This research was conducted at East Jakarta Private Senior High School. The time of the research was carried out from September to December 2022. The method used in this study was descriptive (expost facto), namely the procedure for solving problems that are currently happening by describing or describing the facts in the field as they really are. The analysis technique used is correlational. These findings indicate that the variable data on reading skills varies quite a bit. The normality test results obtained with the SPSS 17.0 for Windows process variable reading skills (X1) on students' speech abilities (Y) can be seen in the graph or figure 5.4 that the data (dots) spread around the diagonal line and the distri-bution follows the diagonal line which means that regression is feasible to use to predict the reading skill variable (X1) based on the input of the speech ability variable (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the benefits of YouTube learning media in teaching Indonesian language Explanatory Text material for class XI at SMK PKP 1. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Qualitative descriptive research is research that seeks to describe a symptom, event, event that has occurred now. The subjects of this study were 22 students of class XI-MultiMedia. The object of this research is the use of YouTube videos on the Arisa Nur Aini channel in learning explanatory text material. The results of the research can be seen in the results of the tests carried out in the teaching and learning process conducted in class XI-MultiMedia SMK PKP 1. On the test results students obtained an average score of 88.27 in the good category. Evidenced by the number of students as many as 15 students scored above the KKM and 7 students scored below the KKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the misuse of effective sentences in the biographical reviewer text of class XII. The research method used to analyze effective sentences in the reviewer text is a qualitative descriptive method with emphasis on content analysis. The technique used by researchers is the analysis of the contents of the reviewer text. After analyzing the characteristics of effective sentences in the text of student reviews, the authors conclude that there are errors in the use of effective sentences in the text of class XII student reviews. After the writer analyzes the reviewer text, finally the writer can conclude the percentage difference as follows: From 21 student reviewer text data, there are 32% of data that has 16 equivalence sentences, 4% of data that has 2 parallelism sentences, 10% of data which has 5 sentences of accuracy , 26% of the data had 13 sentences of efficiency, 14% of the data had 7 sentences of cohesiveness, 2% of the data had 1 sentence of firmness, and there were 12% of the data which had 6 logical sentences. So that the amount of data contained in the table is 50 data

Abstract

Various problems faced by teachers, students and parents while studying during the pandemic. Teachers find it difficult to give assessments so students do schoolwork at home. Therefore there is a need for innovation in giving assignments to be more fun and not burdensome. One such innovation is using quizizz. This service aims to evaluate student learning materials. This activity was attended by 29 students at SMP Negeri 1 Cigombong. From the results of online quizzes using the quizizz application, the teacher knows how much students understand in learning and also as a social studies subject value tool for teachers

Abstract

Scoring can be said as giving a number whose existence is as important as the preparation of the test. Assessment as a structuring process to interpret what has been achieved by students so that a decision can be taken. In general, scores and grades have differences, namely scores are the result of scoring work which is obtained by adding up the numbers of students' correct answers in each test. The value is part of the score that is converted into numbers by applying certain references. When setting values, there are two types of orientation in evaluation that need to be considered, namely Norm-referenced and Criterion-referenced. Norm referenced is a rating based on a particular section/group. Meanwhile, Criterion-referenced is to provide direction regarding what students have mastered, so that it is not group-oriented but results-oriented. This study uses literature study techniques by collecting documents from digital libraries.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to instill moderate religious values (wasathiyah) of mutual respect and to create religious harmony and character building (ahlaqul karimah) for students at the Ar- Rahmani Foundation, Ciputat District, South Tangerang. This research uses a qualitative approach and the method used is a case study that aims to capture events, facts, data, and incidents regarding curriculum management at the school. The data sources and respondents of the study are the religious division of the Ar-Rahmani Foundation as key informants (main sources) and all teachers of the Ar-Rahmani Foundation, Ciputat, South Tangerang City. The data collection techniques and procedures are carried out by means of in-depth interviews, observations or observations of researchers in field activities, and document analysis related to the object of this research. The research results can be concluded that there are three steps in realizing religious moderation at the Ar-Rahmani Foundation: 1) the curriculum refers to the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs and Rabitah Maahid Islamiyah (RMI), 2) students are taught tolerance in different understandings, 3) humanistic values or ukhuwah are highly respected (ahlakul karimah). The need to strengthen religious moderation is to form a moderate, non-exclusive religious understanding and respect for diversity in order to create a harmonious life.

Abstract

Curiculum development very influential in the learning process of students, so that they can achieving social studies learning objectives at the elementary, junior high and high school levels. Current curriculum development, namely the independent curriculum is considered very appropriate because the learning process adjusts to the level understanding of each student, because the author understands that the ability of each learner to absorb learning material different, so the teacher cannot use one method the same learning for all students.  That way the teacher will be more aesy to achieve social studies learning studies learning objectives. Based on this, it can be seen that the curriculum independent learning includes character education that can be applied to social studies learning. Even in the curriculum merdeka learn this IPS is combined with science subjects so that be an IPA, but does not reduce the ability of teacher in implementing is necessary for teacher to be able to incorporate character values in the learning. Policy breakthrough independent learning policy, has its own purpose where the unit education or schools, teacher and students have the freedom to innovate, learn independently and be creative.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of useMicrosoft Teams in social science subjects. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques which consist of data reduction, presentation and inference or verification. This research uses observation, interview and documentation guidelines. The results of this research show that the use of Microsoft Teams as a learning tool in social studies subjects is considered effective as reflected in learning effectiveness indicators which include teaching quality, appropriate level of teaching, incentives. and the time that must be shared together to express it. All aspects and performance indicators are continuous with each other and have met the performance declaration criteria.

Abstract

The role of educators in learning innovation is very important, judging from the development of the era which is currently an all-digital model. Educators are required to be able to pursue that development by applying it to the learning process in schools. This effort is to attract and make it easier for students to receive the material presented by educators. The method used in this study is a literature study with a descriptive quantitative type of research with a literature review. In this study, the authors used various written sources such as articles, journals, and documents relevant to the study in this study. The results of the study show that innovation is a process of renewal and change. In the field of education, innovation is needed to continue to develop following other fields. The use of this technology has a positive and negative impact, but the impact can be focused on positive impacts and minimize the negative impact if there is good cooperation from various parties so that the use of technology is in accordance with its goals.
