Abstract

Pada Maret 2020, WHO menyatakan virus corona (COVID-19) sebagai pandemi dunia baru (WHO, 2020). Berbagai negara telah menerapkan strategi berbeda untuk mengendalikan dampak pandemi. Misalnya, Prancis dan Jerman menerapkan kebijakan penguncian yang relatif ketat dan memberi wewenang kepada masyarakat dalam bekerja. Hal inilah yang mendasari Industri sepeda akan meningkatkan produktivitas agar penggunaan sepeda dapat mengatasi masalah terkait social distancing di domain transportasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisis peningkatan produktivitas pada proses produksi sepeda listrik dengan metode SMED dan merekomendasikan usulan perbaikan peningkatan produktivitas pada proses produksi. Metode SMED ini disusun berdasarkan sebuah metodologi penyelesaian masalah yang sederhana DMAIC, yaitu: Define (merumuskan), Measure (mengukur), Analyze (menganalisa), Improve (memperbaiki) dan Control (mengendalikan), yang menggabungkan beberapa perangkat statistik serta perbaikan proses lainnya. Tahap-tahap yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SMED yaitu adalah uji kecukupan data, uji keseragaman data, dan penerapan SMED yaitu konversi dari aktivitas internal menjadi aktivitas eksternal. Hasil setelah perbaikan menjadi 41 aktivitas dengan waktu aktivitas eksternal yaitu sebesar 7.74 menit dan dengan penerapan SMED penghematan dapat dicapai dengan jumlah 20% dari total waktu 38.19 menit

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the four-wheeled vehicle manufacturers in ASEAN and is a country that is developing dramatically in the automotive sector. The ongoing challenge faced as a manufacturer of four-wheeled vehicles now is how the industry continues to improve quality and reduce waste activities in the production process in order to have a strong competitiveness in the era of increasingly fierce competition today. Lean Six Sigma is a systematic data-driven methodology that integrates two powerful business improvement strategies to improve product quality and reduce waste. In this context, this study uses the Lean Six Sigma framework with the DMAIC methodology approach with the aim of improving the quality of the process and reducing waste of defect products along the four-wheeled vehicle assembly line.. The industrial case study was carried out in one of the four-wheeled vehicle manufacturers in the GIIC Indonesia industrial area. It begins with identifying the waste that occurs with values stream mapping and taking defect data for 20 working days during October 2020. In its implementation, it has succeeded in reducing the defect of product from 4,556 DPMO to 2,047 or increasing the sigma level of the company from 4.10 to 4.38.

Abstract

Quality Control Circle (QCC) is a routine activity that is carried out systematically in various manufacturing industries by employees in the department, which is a demand from the current conditions of the manufacturing industry which are currently developing in various industries. Quality products in accordance with applicable regulations can overcome problems regarding quality, which is an action to improve quality aimed at increasing competition in gaining consumer loyalty. The purpose of this article is to explore the benefits and proposals for implementing QCC or what is known as the quality control group, which is a method to improve product quality, productivity and reduce product defects in various industries to provide recommendations to the aviation industry in Indonesia. Writing articles in this study by conducting literature reviews from international journals and national journals in various industries, by collecting and analyzing then concluding as many as 21 journals published in 2010 to 2023 regarding the implementation of QCC. Journals that have been collected are then analyzed by looking for research objectives and results then drawing conclusions from various journals, with analysis of literature reviews that can improve product quality, productivity, and reduce product defects in various industries so that researchers recommend the application of the QCC method in the aviation industry based on on a literature review.

Abstract

One of the problems in the layout of finished goods warehouse storage is the inaccurate and ineffective placement of goods. At the PT XYZ warehouse, the storage process at the finished goods warehouse is still done manually and the process of placing goods on shelves is still random, while the goods stored in the warehouse have various types of product items with different sizes. This problem results in delays in handling goods in the warehouse, and reduces productivity when placing and picking up goods. To produce the right storage layout during the storage process and how to place goods in an orderly manner, namely by using the class based storage method to speed up the process of moving goods in the warehouse and to facilitate management and access to relevant information when searching for goods. The results of changes to the layout of finished goods storage in the finished goods warehouse based on class ABC on the Class Based method can reduce efficiency by 22.04% for product search while for placement of finished products by 18.04%.

Abstract

Proses akhir pemintalan dapat dilakukan pada mesin ring spinning. Dalam kasus benang yang dibuat dengan mesin ring spinning terdapat cacat produksi yaitu benang belang. Data produksi pada bulan Mei 2022 PT XYZ unit spinning terdapat 1,25% cacat benang belang akibat tercampurnya LOT produksi yang berbeda karena tidak ada kodefikasi warna bobbin dari proses roving. Sedangkan cacat benang belang merupakan cacat kritikal yang tidak diizinkan sama sekali. Solusi dari permasalahan ini adalah pemangkasan cacat benang belang dengan metode Kaizen dengan melakukan kodefikasi warna bobbin yang berbeda LOT. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan dengan metode kaizen dapat mengurangi jumlah cacat benang belang menjadi 0% sehingga efisiensi produksi pemintalan dapat meningkat dan mengurangi resiko cacat produk pada proses berikutnya yaitu pertenunan.

Abstract

Meningkatnya permintaan buah dan sayur segar pada awal pandemic dengan mengupayakan pelayanan dan testimoni pelanggan pada aplikasi belanja online tidak diikuti dengan kepuasan dan pembelian kembali pelanggan GOFRUIT. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, testimoni terhadap pembelian kembali melalui mediasi kepuasan konsumen, menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Batasan penelitian terfokus di toko buah dan sayur GOFRUIT Puri Indah periode 2020-2021. Dengan hipotesis yang diajukan adalah: H1 menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan. H2 menguji pengaruh testimoni terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. H3 menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap pembelian kembali melalui kepuasan pelanggan. H4 menguji pengaruh testimoni terhadap pembelian kembali pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. H5 menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap pembelian kembali, H6 menguji pengaruh testimoni terhadap pembelian kembali pelanggan. H7 menguji pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pembelian kembali. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: H1, Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. H2 testimoni berpengaruh signifikan kepuasan pelanggan. H5 kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian kembali. H6, testimoni berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian kembali.

Abstract

Penjadwalan Proyek yang efektif dan efesien merupakan target yang ingin dicapai oleh semua perusahaan kontraktor. Dengan waktu proses yang pendek menjadi indikator service yang baik terhadap pekerjaan yang sedang dilakukan (Maryadi, 2021).  Dalam Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengatur waktu penjadwalan ulang pekerjaan pada Proyek Bangunan Power House pada Rumah Sakit dr.Rivai Abdullah Kecamatan Banyuasin I Kabupaten Banyuasin Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang sedang berlangsung dengan menggunnakan metode Critical Path Metode, PERT (Program Evaluation Review and Technic) dan Fishbone Diagram. Dimana diperoleh hasil analisa yaitu: 1. didapatkan 5 jalur kritis pekerjaan dengan durasi waktu pekerjaan yang lama yaitu selama 19 minggu dari hasil metode CPM. 2. PERT (Program Evaluation Review and Technic) dari jadwal sebelumnya selama 22 minggu, ini didapatkan bahwa pekerjaan paling lama dilaksanakan adalah selama 20,87 minggu dan paling cepat adalah 18,83 minggu dengan probabilitas sebanyak 97,5 % pada waktu penyelesaian 20,87 minggu dan 85,00% pada waktupenyelesaian 18,83 minggu 3. Hasil analisa terakhir merupakan analisa kenapa terjadinya keterlambatan yang terjadi dalam proyek tersebut dengan menggunakan Fishbone Diagram. Dari hasil analisa terlihat jika penjadwalan proyek power house tersebut memiliki potensi keterlambatan pekerjaan jika terus dilakukan dengan menggunakan penjadwalan yang sekarang serta usulan perbaikan yang ada.

Abstract

In the face of current global economic challenges, maintaining efficiency is the core of inventory management and order fulfillment is crucial for any heavy equipment industry looking to change the supply chain. Along with the complexity of increasing costs, accelerating inventory fulfillment, delivery order commitment fulfills demand. It can be seen that some of the conditions caused by the recycling activity have caused a gap between the demand and the sales made. That the forecast is still far from expected to meet real sales demand, if it continues to allow for unrealized sales and market losses. The phenomena to be known in this study include the expectation of accurate predictions about the availability of spare parts so that it meets customer needs. Utilize this type of quantitative research, based on historical demand data that reflects the nature of demand patterns by improving the accuracy of stock stocks and the level of service related to operating activities against meeting target expectations and the reality of results obtained. Real demand data based on demand turnover ratio in 2017-2018, in selecting the best forecast model of trend analysis is done with the result of setting exponential growth giving the smallest value of MAPE 12,789 MAD 11,333 MSD 271,595. Trend analysis results show that data plots do not fluctuate normally, so the assumption test is performed to calculate the number of requests (demand size) and the time between arrival of requests (inter-demand interval). Testing the assumption of demand size (zt) following the ARIMA model (0,1,1), it is found that stationary data from outputs are produced for ACF plots and PACF replacement data have been considered. As an example of the safety stock calculation results with a 95% service level such as depleted, the spin-on oil filter reached 4,248 pcs from the previous forecast of 4,08 pcs. In the future, it will not only be forecasting of existing secondary data, but will be upgrading from business model to final delivery as the industry becomes more competitive.

Abstract

PT MKM is responsible for installing the customer's internet network up to repairing the internet network. The existence of an internet network repair service is used to ensure that the internet network at the customer's home can be used stably and smoothly. To ensure customers get good service and do not switch to other providers, PT MKM must pay attention to the services provided to its customers. The purpose of this study was to measure the value of customer satisfaction on the quality of network repair services and to determine the priority for repair service improvements at PT MKM. This study used servqual and IPA methods with 50 respondents participating in answering the questionnaire. The results show that the GAP value in each statement is negative with the largest GAP value being on the assurance dimension of -1.18 and the lowest GAP being on the responsiveness dimension of -0.76. Of the 10 indicators distributed into 4 quadrants, the main priority for improvement that must be improved using the IPA method is attribute P5 which is in quadrant I.

Abstract

Some of the problems that often arise during the production process are problems with machine breakdowns, operator negligence, operator disobedience to the rules that have been set and even many operators deliberately ignore the application of SOPs on machines so that the production process will be hampered. In this study will use the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) approach to increase the use of casting machines and labor at PT. Prima Alloy Steel Universal, Tbk. So that it can be seen how much loss in the production process by using the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) method which will eventually grow some suggestions for solutions to overcome the various problems that cause these losses. The results of the percentage calculation of availability between 24.22% - 95.37%, while the percentage results from the calculation of the value of performance efficiency ranged from 104.85% - 412.90%, and the results of the calculation of the value of the rate of quality were 91.27% - 97.82%. The effectiveness level of the four machines used in the line casting machine with the largest total time losses was the MT17 machine with a value of 1243.75 hours. Meanwhile, the machine with the smallest total time losses was the MT-16 machine with a value of 1205 hours. Meanwhile, the largest losses were rework losses with total time losses of 1441.25 hours and yield / scrap loss being the smallest with total time losses of 74 hours. To increase production effectiveness, operators should be given skill knowledge about signs of damage that may occur, especially in casting machine spare parts and mold strength. In addition, it is very necessary to conduct a production capability test and rearrange it regularly and continuously.
