Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kreativitas siswa kelas V MIN 8 Aceh Tamiang pada mata pelajaran SBdP dengan penerapan metode Modelling The Way. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, dengan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas V MIN 8 Aceh Tamiang yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan metode tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kreativitas siswa dalam setiap kegiatan belajar mengajar khususnya pada mata pelajaran SBdP materi seni rupa (membatik) setelah diterapkan metode modelling the way. Persentase nilai rata-rata hasil belajar yang semula pada angka 58,93% sebelum diterapkannya metode modelling the way menjadi 71,7% pada siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 89,8% pada siklus II.

Abstract

The inclusion of Islamic education is an important effort in realizing education that embraces all children, including children with special needs, in an increasingly complex multicultural context. The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of inclusion in Islamic education in a multicultural context, analyze the challenges faced in its implementation, and present effective strategies and practices for achieving inclusion in Islamic education. The research method used is literature analysis and case studies from various Islamic educational institutions that have implemented educational inclusion. The results of the study show that the inclusion of Islamic education is based on the principles of equality, fairness, and recognition of cultural diversity and identity. However, challenges to realizing inclusion in Islamic education include stereotypes and prejudice, limited resources, and a curriculum that does not accommodate the needs of children of diverse backgrounds. To overcome these challenges, effective Islamic education inclusion strategies and practices involve the active participation of parents and the community, an inclusive learning approach, as well as teacher training and development in implementing inclusion. Case studies of implementing inclusive Islamic education demonstrate experiences, challenges, and successes in implementing an inclusive approach. This study concludes that the inclusion of Islamic education in a multicultural context is an important component in creating an education that is just, inclusive, and competitive. Recommendations focus on the need for government support, curriculum renewal, and the active involvement of all parties in realizing Islamic education inclusion. Thus, Islamic education can be a vehicle that embraces all children, builds tolerance, and respects diversity in a multicultural society.

Abstract

This research aimed to reveal the role of the Shawalat Al-Kautsar community in shaping religious character education for street children in Wonokromo, Bantul, and Yogyakarta. This research was qualitative research with a case study type. The results showed that the Shalawat Al-Kautsar community had carried out various activities including activities on Islamic holidays, routine studies every Friday night, Wali Songo pilgrimage activities, and hospitality in various regions. The role of the Shawalat Al-Kautsar community was as a center of inspiration, information center, and improvement center. The supporting factors in these activities were the desire to change, adequate educators, and the enthusiasm of the congregation from various regions. While the inhibiting factors were laziness for some members, inadequate budget, and incomplete facilities

Abstract

The importance of collaboration in the current era of Society 5.0 must certainly be linked to learning. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the essence of the collaborative approach from David W. Johnson's point of view. The method used is literature research. The result of the research confirms that the concept of interdependence emphasizes the importance of cooperation and the contribution of each team member in achieving common goals, while shared responsibility encourages active, proactive, and responsible participation in the learning process. Therefore, cooperative learning can stimulate academic achievement and develop social skills in a balanced manner, thus paving the way for comprehensive and collaborative learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the character education values contained in the animation of Nussa and Rara’s episode of Nussa Bisa. The type of research is library research. The results of the analysis are guided by the values of character education according to the Ministry of National Education in 2011. Of the 18-character education values, there are 12 characters that appear in the animation of Nussa and Rara episode of Nussa Bisa. The 12 characteristics are religion, responsibility, respect for fellow religious people, curiosity, respect for the work and achievements of others, caring, thinking logically, critically, creatively, and innovatively, love for the environment, hard work, and taking risks. So, from this literature study search, it can be concluded that the animation of Nussa and Rara is very worthy of being a spectacle for MI/SD-age children because it teaches many noble ethical values that can be instilled early.

Abstract

Formal educational institutions with the concept of pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) certainly have specificity in the curriculum used. One such institution is Qur'ani Asyarichin Junior High School located in Tajinan village, Malang district. The problem to be explored is related to the character of students. The purpose of this research is to analyze the learning of akidah akhlak to improve the personality of students. This research model is based on a qualitative model with a case-study approach. Then the data analysis starts with summarizing, examining, and presenting the data. The results showed that Qur'ani Asyarichin Junior High School still uses the 2013 curriculum combined with the pesantren curriculum. The learning methods applied are uswatun hasanah, halaqah and mauidhoh methods. The characters that emerge from students during the learning process of akidah akhlak are very diverse, ranging from disciplined, responsible, creative, innovative, independent, and religious characters

Abstract

There are so many tasks and functions performed by teachers in order to develop their noble duties as agents of change. With various problems that must be resolved, teachers are also required to have work targets according to what has been determined. So this paper tries to reveal how motivation affects teacher performance in learning. The writing method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study. The results of the analysis show that work motivation has an influence on teacher performance in schools. If teachers have high work motivation, the quality of teacher performance will also increase it can help teachers in carrying out the teaching and learning process well. Effective work motivation can increase teacher productivity, creativity, and job satisfaction so that the quality of education in schools can also increase. However, it should be noted that there are several other factors that can also affect teacher performance, such as work environment, management support, and personal factors.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to describe the process of applying Islamic education in SD Negeri 1 Percontohan Aceh Tamiang. Qualitative was applied as the approach using ethnography in 60 days of observation. To collect the data, the researcher observed 10 students of SD 1 Percontohan Aceh Tamiang. While Miles and Hubberman’s data analysis was used. The result showed that the implementation of Islamic characters in SD Negeri 1 Percontohan was running well. There are four forms, they are faith, worship, Akhlak, and achievement.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the learners’ perspective of perceived needs on the English language course at pesantren - based college that is considered as English for Specific Purposes. The needs are categorized as target needs and learning needs. The subject of the study were 26 students of Islamic Education department and 19 Quranic Sciences department students, as well as the 2 lecturers from each department. The data were collected through two techniques; the survey questionnaires which were addressed to students and interview to the lecturers. The quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by computing the percentage of the responses. Research findings revealed the target needs by identifying the goal of the English course that is to facilitate learners to communicate in English both spoken and written; while the learning needs by identifying the inputs of practicing the four skills should be both authentic and not authentic in nature as well as should contain subjects related to religious materials and every day used texts. The presented texts should be learnt through various procedures and arranged from guided to free guided tasks.

Abstract

Learning media in madrasah ibtidaiyah is still very limited, especially in addition and subtraction material. This study aims to produce Smart Tree learning media on Addition and Subtraction Materials in Class I MI Tarbiyatul Huda Arjowinangun Malang City which meets valid and practical criteria. This type of research is development research, the development research model used is the Borg and Gall development model, namely: a) research and collection of initial information, b) planning, c) development of initial product format, d) expert validation test, e) product revision, f) small group trial, g) product revision, h) large group trial, i) final product refinement, j) dissemination, but in this study only until the large group trial stage due to time constraints. Data collection techniques were carried out by researchers using questionnaires, observations, and tests. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the results of layout practicality validation were 96%, material validation was 80%, and 80% media validation. The results of the data analysis of the field trial test showed an increase from the average value of the pretest results was 68.3% and the average post-test was 82.2%. Also obtained are the test results of tcount≥ ttable which is 2.91 ≥ 1.75, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, there is a significant difference in the implementation of the Smart Tree learning media. This shows that the Smart Tree learning media is feasible to use and can improve student learning outcomes.
