Abstract

Islamic educational institutions play a vital role in shaping quality and integrity in the younger generation. However, a common issue faced by these institutions is the efficient and transparent financial management. This article presents financial technology (fintech) innovation as a potential solution to address the challenges in financial management within Islamic educational institutions. The background highlights the importance of proper financial management to support quality educational operations. The research aims to analyze the concept of fintech in the context of financial management in Islamic educational institutions, explore fintech utilization models, and evaluate related regulatory and security implications. The research methodology employed is a literature review, involving the analysis of various theoretical sources, studies, and reports related to fintech in the context of Islamic education. The research findings demonstrate that fintech offers various benefits, such as efficient student fund management, funding diversification, and financial transparency. Nevertheless, challenges need to be addressed, including data security, regulatory compliance, and institutional readiness to adopt this technology. By implementing financial technology innovations, Islamic educational institutions can enhance efficiency, transparency, and accessibility in their financial management, thus supporting the achievement of more optimal educational goals.   Keywords: Innovation, fintech, financial management, Islamic educational institutions.   Abstrak Institusi pendidikan Islam memiliki peran vital dalam membentuk generasi berkualitas dan berintegritas. Namun, isu umum yang dihadapi institusi ini adalah pengelolaan keuangan yang efisien dan transparan. Artikel ini menyajikan inovasi teknologi finansial (fintech) sebagai solusi potensial untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan di institusi pendidikan Islam. Latar belakang menyoroti pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan yang tepat guna guna mendukung operasional pendidikan yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis konsep fintech dalam konteks pengelolaan keuangan institusi pendidikan Islam, mengeksplorasi model penggunaan fintech, serta mengevaluasi implikasi regulasi dan keamanan yang terkait. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literer, yang melibatkan analisis berbagai sumber teori, penelitian, dan laporan terkait fintech dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fintech memberikan berbagai manfaat, seperti pengelolaan dana siswa yang efisien, diversifikasi pendanaan, dan transparansi keuangan. Namun, terdapat tantangan yang harus diatasi, termasuk keamanan data, kepatuhan regulasi, dan kesiapan institusi dalam mengadopsi teknologi ini. Dengan menerapkan inovasi teknologi finansial, institusi pendidikan Islam dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan aksesibilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan mereka, sehingga mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the learning difficulties of primary-level students in online learning in Birem Rayeuk Village. The type used in the research is a descriptive survey. The research findings show that some of the obstacles during limited learning are problems (1) the internet network is unstable; (2) the internet quota is very inadequate; (3) too many homework assignments given by the teacher every day; (4) students find it difficult to focus when learning the subject matter; (5) the applications used are difficult for students to understand. The second finding is that teachers' efforts to optimize limited learning include (1) forming study groups; (2) conducting home visits; (3) making learning videos according to the theme; and (4) cooperating with student guardians in accompanying children to study at home.

Abstract

One way for teachers to be total in teaching and educating is to improve their welfare in terms of income. But also, teachers must always improve their knowledge and abilities to become professional educators so that they have a real influence on students in applying the results of learning in their daily lives. This research aims to find out the quality standards, professionalism, and efforts to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. The type of research used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results show that the government has made efforts to improve teacher professionalism. Among other things, teachers are required to have a minimum education of S-1, participate in teacher work deliberation forums, and provide teacher certification. But in fact, some teachers do not fulfill their calling in educating and are more material-oriented. The teaching profession must be based on a calling to achieve the goals of national education. At the very least, teachers must be qualified and professional in their fields to be exemplary and quality teachers.

Abstract

This article describes the skills of students in learning mathematics by using media and audio in madrasah/primary schools in Ibtidaiyah. This study aims to determine the use of these communication tools on students' interest in learning mathematics. This research is qualitative research using the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. Data sources are 10 journal articles indexed by Google Scholar. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data collection, data reduction, verification, and conclusion drawing. This research was conducted in elementary schools to see the use of audio and digital media in learning mathematics. The results of this study show that audio and video media can increase students' interest in learning mathematics. Students learn math through these two methods compared to traditional teaching methods. The use of audio and digital media can increase students' participation in the learning process. In addition, students can better understand difficult and complex mathematical concepts because of the access provided by both media. The results provide important implications for curriculum development at the Primary level and recommend the inclusion of audio and digital media in mathematics education. This research makes an important contribution to improving the quality of mathematics teaching and students' interest in the course. This research is also expected to provide a reference for developing new interactive teaching methods at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of religious moderation in the context of Child-Friendly Schools. The concept of religious moderation is integrated as a foundation for creating an inclusive environment in schools, where religious differences are valued and supported. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological study design was used to explore the experiences of principals and teachers from MI Tahfidz Nur Shadrina Kota Langsa who were involved in this implementation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews. The results showed that religious moderation can be identified through indicators such as tolerance, integration of religious values, interfaith dialogue, and active participation of the entire school community. The findings provide insights into the effectiveness of religious moderation in creating an educational environment that supports religious diversity, contributes to the diversity education literature, and provides practical directions for schools that want to adopt a similar approach

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh kemandirian belajar siswa. Mata pelajaran yang mengandung materi abstrak seperti kimia menjadi salah satu mata pelajaran sulit bagi siswa, sehingga siswa rentan untuk tidak berminat belajar dengan metode pembelajaran yang biasa saja. Tujuan penulisan dalam best practice ini adalah untuk memaparkan penerapan teknik pembelajaran TURI DISKON berbantuan media BUSALIDI pada mata pelajaran kimia untuk mengoptimalkan kemandirian belajar siswa. Langkah yang dilakukan pada tahapan best practice ini adalah dengan menerapkan teknik pembelajaran modifikasi flipped learning berbantuan media aplikasi berbasis smartphone. Berdasarkan data penilaian diri siswa tentang kemandirian belajar diperoleh hasil bahwa hampir 90% Penerapan teknik pembelajaran TURI DISKON berbantuan media BUSALIDI dapat membantu 90% siswa dalam mengoptimalkan kemandirian belajarnya. Pemanfaatan media BUSALIDI melatih siswa dalam meningkat literasi digital sebagai pembelajar dalam era abad 21.

Abstract

Sains yang bersifat abstrak kemudian harus dikonkretkan dalam pembelajaran. Agar siswa memahami konsep sains dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Maka guru dapat memilih pendekatan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik mata pelajaran dan siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan sebuah pendekatan yang menjadi alternatif menumbuhkan profil saintis pada siswa MI. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pre-experimental design. Observasi dan tes hasil belajar dipakai untuk mengukur kemajuan belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pendekatan berbasis lingkungan mampu meningkatkan sikap saintis siswa. Sikap saintis yang dimaksud adalah (1) rasa ingin tahu; (2) jujur; (3) terbuka terhadap kritikan; (4) toleran; (5) optimis; (6) pemberani; (7) kreatif atau swadaya; dan (8) tidak dapat menerima kebenaran tanpa bukti. Rekomendasi penelitian ini memungkinkan kepada guru di MI/SD untuk memanipulasi pembelajaran IPA dengan selektif memilih pendekatan pembelajaran yang tepat dan sesuai pada kondisi pembelajaran agar hasil yang diinginkan dapat tercapai.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the activities, learning outcomes, and learning completeness of students in writing poetry with an outdoor learning approach at MTs Negeri 8 Kebumen. The researcher used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method by covering the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII G, totaling 32 people. Data were collected through test and non-test techniques. Data presentation was done with informal techniques. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning activities from 72.97% to 80.94%, and there was also an increase in student learning outcomes from 65.23% to 81.45%. This means that the increase in learning outcomes in poetry writing activities with an outdoor approach is 16.22%. In cycle, I, 21 students completed their learning with a percentage of 65.63%, and increased in cycle II to 28 people with a percentage of 87.50%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the discovery learning model in improving the activeness and achievement of mathematics learning of MTs Negeri 8 Kebumen students. The research method used was Classroom Action Research. The results of this study indicate that the application of the discovery learning model can increase learning activeness. That is, the liveliness which initially amounted to 63.89%, after being applied or treated with this learning method increased to 94.44%. Not only that, the results of the application of the discovery learning model can also improve learning achievement which initially had an average of 65.61%, after implementing this method to 79.28% and learning completeness from 61.11% to 86.11%.

Abstract

This research highlights the urgency of sexual education from the perspective of the Qur'an and the preventive exploration by the community towards sexual problems in children. The purpose of this study is to analyze the views of the Qur'an and preventive efforts from the community toward sexual education for children. The research method used is a phenomenological study. The results of the study reveal that sexual education is important to be delivered to children, with material that is appropriate to their age and stage of development. This education must not deviate from the guidance of the Qur'an and must be in harmony with human values and lifelines.
