<![CDATA[Reward and punishment are two different things, but they are very important and interrelated because they have a role in making employees improve the quality of work and be more responsible for the tasks assigned. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Agriculture, Directorate General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health. The population used was 250 employees. The sampling method in this study with random sampling technique using the slovin formula to 154 respondents. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents using Likert scale measurements. The data analysis technique in this study uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression equation test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that reward and punishment have a positive effect on employee performance at Kementerian Pertanian Direktorat Jenderal Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between Inventory Turnover and Receivables Turnover on Cooperative Profitability Levels. The research method used in this research is the comparative analysis method. The sample used in this research used a purposive sampling method, namely financial reports in the form of balance sheets and profits/losses of KPN Nur Afiah RSUP Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar for the period 2020-2022. Net Profit Margin (NPM) is an analysis in this research to show that Inventory Turnover and Receivables Turnover on Profitability Levels have a very big influence. Furthermore, Inventory Turnover describes how much current assets turn into cash, likewise, Receivables Turnover describes how much current assets turn into cash. Meanwhile, profitability describes how big a cooperative or company's ability is to generate profits.]]>

<![CDATA[Human Resources is a very important one. Apart from affecting safety, it can also affect work discipline on employee performance. This research uses quantitative research methods, and the sample used was 35 people with a saturated sampling technique. The influence of work safety on employee performance is 0.161 > 0.05 and the calculated t value is -1.433 < 1.69389. It can be concluded that the work safety variable partially has no influence on the employee performance variable. The Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. Based on the results of data processing that has been obtained, it is known that the sign value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 4.557 > 1.69389. It can be concluded that the Work Discipline variable partially has a significant influence on the Employee Performance variable. The Influence of Work Safety and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. Based on the results of data processing obtained by X1 and so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at CV. <![CDATA[Banana Pasir Memey is a business in Saentis Village that uses Facebook and WhatsApp as sales objects. The Banana Pasir Memey Facebook account has 4,982 followers and each post always has an increase in total likes every year as well as total comments. The positive impact for the UMKM of the Pasir Memey bananas is experiencing an increase in sales in 2020-2022, the negative impact for the UMKM of the Pasir Memey bananas is the shipping costs charged to buyers which will later be taken into consideration when making purchasing decisions. The aim of the research is to test and analyze the influence of online marketing and shipping costs on purchasing decisions among the Pasir Memey Banana UMKM in Saentis Village. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach carried out on customers who have purchased Banana Pasir Memey products, using questionnaire data with a total sample of 70 respondents. The sampling technique is through random sampling technique. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test. The results of the research show that online marketing has no significant influence on purchasing decisions and shipping costs have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for UMKM customers of Pasir Memey bananas. The simultaneous test shows that the online marketing variables and shipping costs simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[Financial information will have benefits if it is delivered on time to the user, which is closely related to agency theory, where in agency theory it is explained that the owner supervises the agency (employees) so that it can perform more efficiently. The value of timeliness of financial reporting is important for the level of usefulness of the report. This research aims to examine profitability and company size on delays in company financial reports. This research sample consists of 12 companies with 36 financial report data registered with JII for 2019-2021. To test the hypothesis, secondary data was used using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the profitability variable has a significance value of 0.036, which means that hypothesis X1 has a positive effect on delays in the company's financial reports because the significance value is less than 0.05. The company size variable has a significance value of 0.001, meaning that hypothesis X2 has a significant effect on variable Y because the significance value is less than 0.05]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of infrastructure and development that continues to develop in Kulon Progo, such as the YIA Airport in Kulon Progo, hotels and shopping centers can lead to rapid development growth in Kulon Progo. With development increasing rapidly but not accompanied by the development of human resources in the surrounding area, this has resulted in the marginalization of the surrounding community. The author's aim is to analyze the activities carried out by the Kulon Progo government to increase the capacity of the Kulon Progo community. Can also analyze problems that arise in the development process and how the Department handles them. A qualitative approach was chosen for this research process, namely descriptive research. The data sources used are primary data obtained during the research process and secondary data from books and other literature. The data collection process was carried out by interviews, direct observation and documentation. The research results include plans for development and empowerment activities prepared by the department taking into account various agency linkages and the needs of business actors in Kulon Progo. The Department carries out various programs such as training to increase production capacity, improving central management, issuing permits to increase business capacity in Kulon Progo. Monitoring and evaluation of activities is also carried out to determine the obstacles and successes of activity programs.]]>

<![CDATA[Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a company's commitment to contribute to sustainable economic development, by paying attention to corporate social responsibility and emphasizing a balance between attention to economic, social and environmental aspects. This research uses qualitative methods. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data were obtained by observation, interview and documentation methods. The object of this research is the community of Purwodadi Village, Tebing Tinggi District, West Tanjung Jabung District. Based on the results of the study shows that, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT. Trimitra Lestari has been running quite well and providing benefits to the community around the company. In the review of Islamic business ethics, the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT. Trimitra Lestari is in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics. However, there are still several programs that need to be improved as explained by the community, where the community expects a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program that can empower and prosper the community.]]>

<![CDATA[The thesis with the title "The Influence of Income and Religiosity on Employee Performance (Study at PT. Bhakti Idola Tama, Sungai Gelam District, Muaro Jambi Regency)" was written by Ira Puspita Sari, NIM 501190279, Department of Sharia Economics, Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin State Islamic University, Jambi 2023. An employee's performance will increase and develop when the employee is satisfied with the income received and an attitude of religiosity in each employee. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of income and religiosity on employee performance. The research method used in this thesis research is descriptive quantitative. The samples taken were 40 respondents. Data collection techniques by researchers are literature study, observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the research in this thesis are that Income and Religiosity simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Bhakti Idol Tama. It is known that the significance value for income and religiosity (X) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.003 < 0.05 and the calculated F value > F table (6.668 > 3.25). So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute, have an impact or have implications for related parties so that they can be used as a reference for research, scientific development and so on.]]>

<![CDATA[This research uses qualitative methodology to analyze brand perception and customer service quality at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) restaurants. A literature review was used to obtain data. The results of this study show that KFC's brand image, particularly with regard to the taste and quality of its products, can influence the way customers perceive the restaurant. Customers also value responsiveness and consistency in service quality to have a positive experience. Without using direct interviews, this research provides in-depth insight into the things that influence customer impressions of service quality conditions at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), knowing the effect of brand perception and service quality and on company sustainability on KFC, and this research can be used for marketing plans for the fast food industry and the growth of new companies.
