Abstract

The quality of health services is defined as a condition that describes the level of perfection of the appearance of a health service product provided comprehensively. The dissatisfaction felt by patients when receiving services causes the quality of the health center to be poor. This research aims to analyze the influence of outpatient health services on patient satisfaction at the Indra Jaya Health Center, Aceh Jaya Regency. This type of research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach using primary data with questionnaires and secondary data from Community Health Center reports. The population in this study were all outpatients who visited the Indra Jaya Health Center with a sample size of 95 people determined using the accidental sampling method. Analysis was carried out using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. The results of the logistic regression test show that the variables responsiveness (p=0.025), reliability (p=0.050), guarantee (p=0.150), concern (p=0.042), and physical evidence (p=0.073) influence patient satisfaction. The most influential variable is a concern with an Exp (B) value of 4.781. This research concludes that there is a positive influence between responsiveness and caring on patient satisfaction, while reliability, guarantee, and physical evidence do not have a significant influence. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the quality of outpatient services by increasing attention to patients and providing good responses in responding to patient complaints.

Abstract

The Special Region of Yogyakarta has a duty to pursue the stunting reduction target because the prevalence of stunting in DIY is still considered high. One of them is the Gunungkidul region where the stunting prevalence is still 35%. Kalurahan Bejiharjo with a total of 4890 families and a population of 16,156 people spread across 20 pedukuha. is an area that is quite close to the district center, only about 5 km from the district city center, but the number of stunting cases in Bejiharjo is high. The step taken by the government to deal with stunting is to optimize the role of posyandu. One of the roles that is considered to be able to help deal with stunting in Bejiharjo Village is the role of posyandu in providing nutrition health counseling and counseling whose aim is to increase awareness and knowledge of mothers under five so that better behavior changes occur. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of posyandu in dealing with stunting and the factors that influence it. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Using primary data from interviews with mothers under five, posyandu cadres and Nutrition Officers of UPT Puskesmas Karangmojo also observed. Secondary data in the form of research journals, books, and related documents are obtained from literature studies. It was found that the role of posyandu in providing counseling and nutritional health counseling is more preventive. This role is considered not optimal even though the ability to deliver counseling materials by cadres has tried their best, but sometimes there are still some families who do not carry out the information conveyed even they do not fully understand by toddlers or families. Some other obstacles are such as the posyandu budget to deal with stunting which is limited and sometimes slows down, there are still unmet infrastructure facilities and the quality of posyandu cadres also still requires more intense coaching. It is recommended that the development of posyandu cadres should be carried out consistently and periodically with the focus being the delivery of counseling materials and nutrition health counseling as well as the fulfillment of infrastructure facilities and budgets for handling stunting which are still lacking or often slow to decline.

Abstract

The case of maternal mortality requires special attention as it serves as a significant indicator for improving health in a country, which is included in the achievement target of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) number three, namely Good Health and Well-being. The Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR) trend from 2016 to 2019 increased and was higher than the set target, whereas in 2020, it decreased below the set target. The high MMR is influenced by many factors, one of which is healthcare services such as Antenatal Care (ANC) examinations for pregnant women. Lack of ANC visits can endanger both the mother and the fetus due to the failure to detect warning signs. Healthcare services in the form of ANC for pregnant women are important to detect signs of pregnancy danger. The aim of this study is to assess the coverage of K1-K4. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method by utilizing secondary data available in the Special Region Of Yogyakarta  Kesga Application from 2020 to 2022. The results show that K1 coverage almost reached 100%, and K4 coverage exceeded 80% in the Special Region Of Yogyakarta  Province. Healthcare facility access is evenly distributed, and there is a correlation between K4 coverage and the maternal mortality rate, especially for high-risk pregnant women. In conclusion, K1 coverage in the Special Region Of Yogyakarta  province has exceeded the national target, while K4 coverage is still below the national target. The high coverage of K1-K4 in Special Region Of Yogyakarta  is influenced by many factors, including healthcare facility access.

Abstract

Food safety is an effort to ensure food is safe for consumption, free from physical, chemical, and biological hazards, so that there is no risk of it causing disease if consumed. Creating these conditions is closely related to food safety practices among food handlers. It is necessary to control food safety practices that can be carried out if the determining factors are known in advance. Thus, this study aims to summarize and describe the determinants of food safety practices among food handlers based on previous research articles. This study uses the literature review method to identify research articles that are relevant to the research objectives. The keywords used are "food safety practices" and "food handler" from the PubMed, SAGE, and Wiley databases. Search articles using the PRISMA method. Of the 974 identified articles, 10 met the inclusion criteria and research objectives. The results obtained identified 12 variables related to food safety practices, namely food safety knowledge (7 articles), education level (6 articles), food safety training/courses (5 articles), attitudes towards food safety (4 articles), household income/wealth household (3 articles), work experience (2 articles), sanitation facilities (2 articles), work status (1 article), marital status (1 article), ethnicity (1 article), and registered food seller (1 article). It can be concluded that the dominant determinants of food safety practices among food handlers are knowledge of food safety, level of education, food safety training or courses, attitudes towards food safety, household income or wealth, work experience, and sanitation facilities.
