Abstract

This study aims to analyze chronic disease patient medical records through the implementation of data mining techniques using various classification methods. This study employs a literature review approach with meta-aggregation methods to synthesize evidence from relevant scientific articles. The article selection process involves three stages: duplicate removal, application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, and checking the relevance of the article content to the research objectives. Out of 411 articles found through Google Scholar, 10 articles met the criteria and were used in the analysis. The results show that data mining techniques are effective in identifying patterns and relationships in medical record data, particularly for chronic disease patients. This study also reveals challenges in implementing these techniques, such as the need for high-quality data and accurate interpretation of results. Recommendations include improving data quality, training healthcare workers, and developing more adaptive classification models. This study contributes theoretically and practically to the field of medical records and health information, particularly in the use of data mining to support clinical decision-making. In conclusion, the implementation of data mining techniques can be a valuable tool in improving chronic disease patient management.

Abstract

The use of anticoagulants in blood collection tubes is also an important factor in the measurement of vitamin D and its metabolites. Vitamin D levels in circulating blood can be measured by measuring 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in blood. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of using EDTA, heparin, and gel blood tubes in maintaining the stability of 25-OH D in blood samples. The type of research used is Analytical Descriptive research. The samples used in this study used venous blood which was determined using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Samples were taken from 5 semester S1 internship students totalling three people to take blood. Where the blood was taken as much as 3 cc and divided into several purple, green and yellow vacuntainer tubes. From the data obtained, it shows that the use of vacutainer tubes in blood storage to obtain serum for the most optimum vitamin D level test is in a tube with a green lid containing lithium heparin anticoagulant. Where the results obtained on lithium heparin anticoagulant are in the range of >60 ng/mL. As strong evidence of no potential adverse effects at high (optimal) levels. Tubes with purple or lavender coloured covers containing EDTA had results <20 ng/mL indicating that vitamin D deficiency may occur due to lack of vitamin D nutrition. On the other hand, the tube with yellow coloured lid containing anticoagulant gel showed >100 ng/mL indicating vitamin D excess.

Abstract

Technological advancements, especially in the field of internet, have driven the development of digital health services such as telemedicine. This service allows users to consult with medical personnel online, thus providing easy access to health services, especially in geographical areas that are difficult to reach. This study aims to identify the level of satisfaction of students of D3 Medical Records and Health Information Study Program ITSK RS.DR. Soepraoen Malang towards the use of telemedicine applications. The method used is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), which includes five indicators: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a survey approach to 45 respondents. The results of the analysis showed that the majority of respondents were very satisfied with the use of telemedicine applications, with an average satisfaction score of 4.19. The indicator with the highest score was ease of use (4.26), while the content indicator obtained the lowest score (4.12). These results indicate that although the telemedicine application is considered easy to use, there are still aspects of content that need to be improved. This research is expected to be a recommendation for application developers to improve the quality of telemedicine systems and services to increase user satisfaction.

The results show that the majority of respondents were female (73.6%), aged 31-90 years (87.3%), had elementary school education (48.2%), and worked in the informal sector (46.4%). Respondents' knowledge level about hypertension was fairly good, with 94.5% understanding the term hypertension and 98.2% being aware of its risks for heart disease and stroke. However, knowledge about risk factors such as smoking remained low (34.5%). Regarding attitudes, 90.9% of respondents agreed on the importance of regular blood pressure checks, and 92.7% supported regular physical activity. An area still needing attention is the understanding of the relationship between obesity and hypertension, where only 51.9% of respondents understood the correlation. This study recommends strengthening education about lifestyle modification risk factors, developing specific educational programs about the dangers of smoking, and implementing more innovative educational media to improve the community's comprehensive understanding of hypertension.

Abstract

Burnout is a condition often experienced by nurses due to chronic workplace stress. This condition is characterized by symptoms of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and low personal accomplishment, which impact work productivity and the quality of healthcare services. This study aims to identify the risk factors for burnout among nurses through a systematic literature review. The research method follows the guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA), with article searches on Google Scholar, PubMed, and Semantic Scholar, and using specific inclusion criteria. A total of 9 articles were analyzed to gather information on burnout risk factors. The research findings show that the main risk factors for burnout include high workload, long working hours, lack of social support, and education level. Demographic factors such as age and work experience also influence burnout risk. Additionally, working in intensive care units, marital status, and having a diploma education increase susceptibility to burnout. Burnout affects the intention to quit work, reduces productivity, and impacts the quality of healthcare services. Management strategies such as workload management, social support, and mental health training and stress management programs are needed to address burnout. These steps are crucial for improving nurse well-being, maintaining the quality of healthcare services, and reducing workforce turnover.
