Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen risiko pada UMKM G. Collection di Bandung, yang menghadapi tantangan seperti perubahan tren fashion, persaingan ketat, arus kas tidak stabil, promosi kurang efektif, dan kerusakan operasional. Melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian menemukan bahwa risiko utama mencakup aspek pasar, keuangan, pemasaran, operasional, sumber daya, dan hukum.Strategi mitigasi yang diusulkan meliputi peningkatan kualitas produk, pemanfaatan media sosial untuk promosi, penguatan manajemen sumber daya, dan kepatuhan hukum. Implementasi manajemen risiko yang baik dapat mengurangi dampak negatif, memanfaatkan peluang, serta mendukung keberlanjutan dan daya saing UMKM di industri fashion

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the system of collection, management, and utilization of used goods as a means of infak value education at the A. Mappamadeng Mattiro Deceng Foundation, Bone Regency. Used goods are collected from students to be processed into infak funds that are used for foundation purposes. This program aims to provide students with first-hand experience on the importance of sharing, while supporting the principle of sustainability by utilizing items that are considered waste into something of value. This program has a positive impact in increasing students' awareness of the importance of sharing and protecting the environment. In addition, this program also reflects the potential for integrating character education with sustainability issues through the management of used goods. This research provides recommendations to foundations to improve the efficiency of management and reporting systems, including the use of digital technology to support transparency and accountability. Thus, the results of this research can be a reference for other foundations that want to adopt similar programs as part of infak value education and environmental sustainability. In this study, we use descriptive qualitative methods with interview, observation, and document study methods. The research shows that the results of this program are effective in instilling the value of sharing and empathy in students. However, there are challenges in managing used goods and recording infak results. Recommendations are given to improve the reporting system and increase student engagement.

Abstract

Every business undertaken there is bound to be competition to improve the business. Small, medium businesses or commonly called SMEs are businesses that are easy to run for anyone who wants to do business. Competition will always exist in every field of life, including MSME businesses. Every business that is run will definitely have competition and challenges that must be faced. To face the competition and challenges that exist in the business world, every MSME must innovate products and services, as well as develop human resources and technology. Every business undertaken definitely contains risks. Therefore, as MSMEs, you also need to know what risk management is. Risk management is needed to anticipate or reduce the possibility of risks occurring in a business. This article aims to describe the risks faced by Baso Aci Pandewa Bandung MSMEs. The analysis method uses descriptive analysis obtained from interviews with UMKM Baso Aci Pandewa. The results of the analysis show that Baso Aci Pandewa MSMEs have risks, namely raw material risk, financial risk, marketing risk. the. Based on the SWOT analysis of Baso Aci Pandewa UMKM, its strength is that Baso Aci Pandewa is a culinary dish that is designed instantly to make it easier for customers to serve it. The weakness of this baso aci business is that the raw materials quickly go stale if there are any leftovers. The opportunity for this business is that it can be developed to a wider area. Meanwhile, the threat to the baso aci culinary business is from the same business and also culinary delights that come from sago flour as the raw material.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of interns in improving team effectiveness in an internship environment, with a case study at KPP Pratama Pasuruan. The internship program provides students the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained in university into real-world work settings, while also contributing to team performance. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observations, and questionnaires with interns, internship supervisors, and team members at KPP Pratama Pasuruan. The findings show that interns contribute positively to team effectiveness through creative ideas, enhancing team morale, and assisting in operational tasks that support the team's objectives. However, the main challenges faced by interns include difficulties in adapting to organizational culture and managing expectations between interns and the company. Active mentorship and effective communication between interns and team members are key factors in supporting successful collaboration. This study recommends that companies provide more intensive guidance, assign relevant and challenging tasks, and improve interns' communication skills to maximize their contribution to team effectiveness.

Abstract

Menganalisis manajemen risiko keamanan pengemudi pada layanan ojek online di kawasan Buah Batu. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, perkembangan layanan transportasi berbasis aplikasi, seperti ojek online, telah mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, namun di sisi lain, pengemudi sering menghadapi berbagai risiko yang dapat mengancam keselamatan dan keamanan mereka. Risiko-risiko tersebut meliputi kecelakaan lalu lintas, perampokan, serta potensi konflik dengan penumpang. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menganalisis bagaimana manajemen risiko diterapkan oleh pengemudi ojek online dalam mengidentifikasi, menilai, dan mengurangi dampak dari risiko tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap pengemudi ojek online di Buah Batu, serta observasi langsung terhadap kondisi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sebagian besar pengemudi telah memahami risiko yang ada, masih banyak pengemudi yang belum sepenuhnya menerapkan prosedur manajemen risiko secara optimal, terutama dalam hal mitigasi kecelakaan dan pengelolaan risiko terkait interaksi dengan penumpang.

Abstract

This research provides the management of ZISWAF (Zakat, Infaq, Alms and Waqf) funds in mosques from the perspective of PSAK 109. With a qualitative approach, this research identifies the gap between fund management practices in mosques and applicable sharia accounting standards. Mosques provide simple recording manuals and do not refer to the principles of transparency and accountability regulated in PSAK 109. The research results show that a lack of sharia accounting literacy is the main obstacle in implementing these standards. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the capacity of mosque managers through training and technical assistance to improve the quality of management of ZISWAF funds and build public trust in religious institutions.

Abstract

Rice milling businesses are a vital pillar in supporting food security in Indonesia, especially considering that rice is the staple food for the majority of the population. However, this sector faces numerous challenges that threaten its operational and financial sustainability, including market price fluctuations, dependency on harvest yields, technological limitations, and legal issues. If not properly managed, these risks can reduce the efficiency, quality, and competitiveness of the business.  This study aims to develop an integrated risk management strategy for rice milling businesses by identifying and analyzing various types of risks they face. Through the SWOT analysis approach and risk matrix, this project provides a comprehensive overview of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within business operations. The study also evaluates risks based on their probability of occurrence and level of impact, covering six main categories: market risks, financial risks, marketing risks, operational risks, human resource risks, and legal risks.   The analysis reveals that market risks, such as price fluctuations and dependency on seasonal harvests, have a high probability and significant impact. Operational risks, such as equipment breakdowns, also represent critical factors affecting productivity. In addition, financial risks, including unstable cash flow and limited capital, pose significant threats to business continuity. To address these issues, the study proposes mitigation strategies such as product diversification, technological modernization, human resource optimization, and strengthening financial management.   The study concludes that a structured risk management approach can help rice milling businesses improve operational efficiency, financial stability, and overall sustainability amid increasing market competition. The recommended mitigation strategies are expected to enhance the competitiveness and resilience of the business against various uncertainties in the future. Thus, this business model not only ensures survival but also supports growth as an integral part of the national food system.

Abstract

This research focuses on the MSME Kedai Putri Tunggal which sells various kinds of children's snacks. As time goes by, the number of businesses run by the community is increasing, namely small businesses and medium businesses. MSME is an abbreviation for Enterprise, Micro, Small, Medium (Jesslyn at al., 2022). In other words, MSMEs are business entities that are practiced individually, households or small businesses. The existence of MSMEs is quite important in social life. Not only that, MSMEs also play an important role in the national economy (As Sajjad at al., 2020). With the existence of MSMEs, unemployment rates in Indonesia can be minimized by creating their own jobs (Suhartini, 2021). In carrying out business processes, of course there are risks that might hamper these business activities. Therefore, as MSMEs, you also need to know what risk management is. Risk management is needed to anticipate or reduce the possibility of risks occurring in a business. The research method used uses a descriptive analysis approach. What was obtained from an interview with UMKM "Kedai Putri Tunggal" Cimahi.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has significantly changed the way consumers shop. Electronic commerce has currently become one of the most important channels to satisfy the demand for goods and services. Customer ratings or online customer reviews are a factor that plays an important role in purchasing decisions. These reviews provide consumers with information about other people's experiences with a particular product or service. In addition, the rating system or online customer opinions also influence consumers' perception of the products they want to buy. High reviews tend to increase consumer trust, while low reviews can negatively influence purchase intentions. In addition to this, the quality of the website used for purchases is no less important. An easily accessible, attractive, and user-friendly website can increase visitor convenience, which in turn can influence purchasing decisions.The purpose of this research is to study and evaluate whether there is an influence between online customer reviews, online customer ratings, and website quality on interest in online shopping. This research uses a quantitative methodological approach. The sample used in this research was made up of 53 respondents residing in Surakarta and with experience in online shopping. This research sample was drawn using a non-probability sampling technique such as convenience sampling. The partial least squares (PLS) method was applied to data analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research results show that online customer rating (X1), online customer rating (X2) and website quality (X3) have a positive and significant influence on online purchasing interest. (Y) in electronic commerce.

Abstract

The development of the internet and social media has become one of the important parts of daily life both in the business sector and other sectors.  The advancement of the internet is used by business people to promote their products online through various social media.  Another impact caused by the development of social media, especially among teenagers, is the emergence of the FOMO. phenomenon. FOMO is a psychological phenomenon that arises due to the fear and anxiety of individuals to miss something that can affect their shopping behavior. Therefore, these two things have an influence to encourage consumers to buy a product. This study aims to determine the influence of FOMO and digital promotion on consumer purchase decisions in students who use iphone products in Medan. This study used a quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study is students who use iPhone products in Medan City with a sample of 96 respondents. The sample approach used in this study is non-probability sampling in the form of purposive sampling.  Primary data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires directly and secondary data was obtained through literature studies. The analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, partial test, simultaneous test, and determination test and processed with SPSS software. The results showed that FOMO has a significant positive effect on consumer purchase decisions with a total tcal value of 6.558 1.985 with a sig value of 0.000 0.05 and has a regression coefficient value of 0.608. Digital promotion also has a significant effect on purchase decisions with a tcal value of 2.436 1.985 with a sig value of 0.017 0.05 and has a regression coefficient value of 0.197. In the simultaneous test, the variables of FOMO and digital promotion had an effect simultaneously with the magnitude of influence of 34.4% while 65.6% was influenced by factors outside this study.
