Abstract

This research is based on the researcher's observations and experience that the 14-year-old SSB Gerdu Papak Plandi Jombang soccer player has not mastered the down-passing technique well. SSB coach Gerdu Papak Plandi Jombang, assisted by researchers, found a solution to correct passing technique errors. The average player's lower passes are less accurate and do not pay attention to technique. This research used a quantitative approach with the subject being a 14-year-old SSB Gerdu Papak Plandi player, using an under-the-ball passing test. The results of the research show that the combination of passing drill training has a significant influence on players' passing skills, with a calculated t value of 2.086 > t table 1.724 and a significant value of 0.009 < 0.05, as well as a percentage increase of 17.87%. In conclusion, there is a significant effect of combination passing training on the passing skills of 14-year-old soccer players at SSB Gerdu Papak Plandi Jombang.

Abstract

Psychosocial Theory by Erik H. Erikson and Psychosexual Theory by Sigmund Freud. Freud introduced the school of psychoanalysis, which was further developed by Erikson into Psychosexual Theory and then Psychosocial Theory. In his book "Childhood and Society," Erikson compiled "The Eight Stages of Human Development" to explain the psychosocial process of ego development. Erikson outlined eight stages of human development from infancy to old age, following the epigenetic principle that human personality develops through these eight stages. Erikson is known for his efforts to develop this theory, which is an extension of Freud's theory, which focuses more on adolescence.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the goalkeeper in initiating attacks for the Persik Kediri football team. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The population includes all goalkeepers from the Persik Kediri football team. Samples were taken using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling type. Data collection involved match analysis through the video.com application, focusing on the effectiveness of Persik's goalkeepers during build-up play over 90 minutes in 8 home matches in the first round of BRI Liga 1 from July to October 2023. Subsequently, the data was processed and a comparison table was created between Persik and the visiting teams using match statistics tables over 90 minutes. The results of the study show that build-up play is highly effective for a team in initiating attacks, as it leads to an increased number of passes and opportunities for goals. It is evident from the statistical tables that Persik's goalkeepers consistently performed build-up play more than 10 times per match. Knowing that build-up play is highly effective, coaches can design and implement this tactic in future matches. This technique also enhances the goalkeeper's confidence when initiating attacks.

Abstract

Reaching the highest peaks in sport requires careful planning from a young age. Sports coaching at preschool age in Indonesia aims to foster national identity and develop talented young athletes for regional, national, and international success. Female swimmers from the Dragon Wirayudha Kediri club consistently participate in regional championships. This research assists coaches in identifying the biomotor abilities of these athletes in 2023. Using a quantitative method, the study population includes the biomotor abilities of the club's female swimmers. The instruments involve tests and measurements of 7 physical condition components. Data analysis utilizes T-Score, converting raw data from each test item into T-Scores, which are then aggregated to determine the average, standard deviation, maximum, and minimum scores. Results indicate that 8.33% of athletes are in the very good category, 25% good, 33% fair, 25% poor, and 8.33% very poor. Overall, the biomotor abilities of Dragon Wirayudha Kediri's female swimmers in 2023 are sufficient, providing a reference for trainers to prepare effective training programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management and performance development process of the Arema Ngunut Football Academy School (SSB) in Tulungagung Regency, which has seen a decline in student numbers each year. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and survey method, this research involves the organization’s chairman and head coach as subjects. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation from February to April 2024, with data validity tested using source triangulation techniques and data analysis through an interactive model. The results indicate that the SSB management is run by the general chairman, secretary, treasurer, and coaches. Performance development is carried out in a tiered and sustainable manner, without initial selection, with training sessions held three times a week. Students are charged a fee per session as the main source of funds, in addition to operational funds from the local government. The main challenge in performance development is the full-day school system, which reduces student training consistency and impacts the operational funding of the organization

The selection of samples used a non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. The results of the analysis showed that (1) the El Rondo drill and Wallpass drill training methods positively and significantly improved students' passing skills. The t-count value for the El Rondo drill was 9,200 which was higher than the t-table value of 2.04841 with Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, indicating an increase of 80.65%. (2) The Wallpass drill had a t-count value of 11,845 which was higher than the t-table value of 2.04841 with Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, indicating an increase of 75%. It can be concluded that the El Rondo drill method is more effective than the Wallpass drill method in improving the students’ passing skills in SSB Bangsal Putra.
