This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Primary data sources were obtained from research results in the form of manuscripts, field notes, memos, and other supporting documents. The results of the research show that although the Corruption Eradication Commission has only been a state institution in the executive power family under the president for approximately 3 (three) years and the Corruption Eradication Commission employees have changed their status to become state civil apparatus (ASN), the Corruption Eradication Commission has been able to adjust its human resource development policies implemented through formal learning programmes such as formal training and education and through non-formal learning in accordance with statutory provisions governing competency development for State Civil Apparatus which include technical competence, functional competence, managerial competence, and socio-cultural competence. It is expected that the competency development policy at the Corruption Eradication Commission is not only aimed at increasing professionalism but also maintaining and improving the integrity of its human resources which is the hallmark of the institution.

Implementation Of Mayor Regulation Number 7 Of 2020 Concerning The Formation Of A Task Force To Accelerate Handling Of Covid – 19 In Ternate City. This study aims to determine and understand the Implementation of Ternate Mayor Regulation No. 7 of 2020 concerning the Establishment of a Task Force for the Acceleration of Emergency Handling of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) in Ternate City. The method in this study is a qualitative method so that it produces descriptive data obtained from in-depth interviews with informants. There are several stages used in analyzing data, namely data reduction, data presentation, and the conclusion drawing stage. The results of the study indicate that the cause of the poor implementation of Ternate Mayor Regulation No. 7 of 2020 concerning the Establishment of a Task Force for Emergency Handling of Corona Virus Disease (Covid) is due to the large number of Ternate City residents deliberately not complying with the rules that have been previously socialized, the resources available to implement the Mayor Regulation are very good, but do not produce good results because there are still people who do not comply. The attitude and sense of responsibility of the Ternate City government, especially Covid-19 officers, are very good, but the attitude of the community towards the Covid-19 task force officers and towards Ternate Mayor Regulation No. 7 of 2020 is still very poor. This shows that the poor implementation of Ternate Mayoral Regulation No. 7 of 2020 is due to the fact that the support and sense of obedience of the community is still very minimal (very lacking)

This study aims to explore students' acceptance of the iMagelang application as an information technology medium in the context of higher education. A quantitative approach was employed, referring to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on behavioral intention. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by 98 students from Universitas Tidar. The results show that perceived usefulness has a more significant influence on behavioral intention compared to perceived ease of use. Despite efforts made by the developers to promote the application, challenges remain in enhancing user satisfaction and increasing the number of active users. These findings indicate that digital applications such as iMagelang hold great potential in supporting information access and improving students' digital literacy. However, further development is needed, particularly in enhancing relevant features and implementing effective promotional strategies. Additionally, this study provides valuable insights for the development of public service applications in the digital era, especially in the higher education sector. The practical implications of this study highlight the importance of understanding user needs to create applications that are not only functional but also offer an optimal user experience. This research is expected to serve as a reference for other public service application developers to improve the effectiveness of digital technology in supporting information services

Public service ethics for bureaucratic apparatuses could play a role in determining success in carrying out duties as public service providers in the government system in Indonesia. This research aims to provide an overview and solution of various ethical problems of bureaucrats that have been known as the pathology of government or bureaucracy. The implementation of Islamic ethics in the bureaucratic body could be a way to encourage better behavior among bureaucrats, who sometimes don't seem to be following the rules and authority as public servants. There are also problems with arrogance and a lack of attention to detail among some bureaucrats, as well as problems with maladministration, widespread corruption, and law enforcement abusing their authority. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach, which entailed a thorough review of literature on the subject. The author extracted information on the issue of violations of the behavior of state apparatus that still often occur in Indonesia. This was supported by sources from credible news outlets and scientific journal articles, survey data from official government websites, and relevant books. This research draws upon existing data. In the spirit of continuous improvement and accountability, it is essential for the bureaucratic apparatus to recognize the profound responsibility entrusted by the community and the state as protectors of society. The mandate of the bureaucracy is not merely a symbol of social relations among humans, but also an accountability to God.

Stunting is a serious health problem that has a direct impact on the quality of human resources. Sukabumi City is one of the areas that has not been free from the problem of stunting. With a fairly high prevalence rate, the Sukabumi City Government is committed to reducing the prevalence of stunting through various policies and programs that have been and are being implemented. This article aims to analyze the implementation of policies to reduce the prevalence of stunting in Sukabumi City. The results show that the Sukabumi City Government has collaborated with various institutions from the health, education and social sectors that are integrated in reducing the prevalence of stunting. This collaboration has created synergy between SKPD and the pentahelix elements within it, resulting in several program innovations both at the city and regional levels. In addition, it is supported by the availability of resources including human resources, budget resources, health facilities, and information systems that can support the implementation of the program optimally. From the various programs that have been rolled out, it has shown a good commitment from the policy implementers, but efforts to motivate and increase active participation from the community continue to be made. The Regional Government through the Sukabumi City Health Office in implementing the stunting prevalence reduction program, continues to be committed and motivated to reduce the stunting prevalence rate with the hope of achieving the specified prevalence reduction target.
