Abstract

A recent technological advancement that helps meet many of the demands of people in many spheres of life is artificial intelligence. Politics has a role in one of these elements. As an example, artificial intelligence (AI) has started to be used in this context, particularly in Indonesian political campaigns. In more detail, the problems with AI's application in politics pertain to the efficiency, dangers, and obstacles that the field's future technological advancements will have to overcome in order to contribute to a positive transformation of political advertising. The study's findings indicate that there are a number of risks associated with using artificial intelligence (AI) technology for political marketing in the form of political advertising, but there are also advantages for the future growth of political advertising media. Cooperation and community socialization are necessary for the effective and efficient use of AI in politics, including in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of academic supervision in improving the quality of learning at SMA N 2 Batang in 2024. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and document searches. The data obtained were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and verification through several informants, namely the principal, vice principal of curriculum, vice principal of student affairs, supervisor team, teachers and students. The results of the study revealed that the implementation of academic supervision in improving the quality of learning at SMA N 2 Batang was carried out through three stages, namely the first stage is planning which consists of activities to identify and plan objectives, design learning strategies and design assessment processes. The second stage is the implementation of academic supervision consisting of pre-observation, observation and post-observation. The third stage is follow-up activities consisting of coaching and in-house training activities. The results of the study revealed three findings, namely: 1) The planning of the academic supervision program at SMA N 2 Batang is centered on the principal so that the program runs well and is able to improve the quality of learning, 2) The implementation of academic supervision at SMA N 2 Batang is carried out through an indirect approach with a humanistic pattern so that good coordination is established between teachers and supervisors, 3) Follow-up to academic supervision at SMA N 2 Batang consists of coaching and providing training to improve teacher competence in order to support improving the quality of learning. Based on the results of the study and discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of academic supervision at SMA N 2 Batang has been carried out well because it is carried out according to procedures so that it is able to improve the quality of learning which is seen from the increase in teacher competence starting from planning, implementing, and evaluating learning so that it can stimulate students to focus and be active in learning.

Abstract

This study investigates the integrated management of partnerships and quality assurance in Vocational High Schools (SMK), focusing on a multi-site comparison between SMKN 3 Palangka Raya and SMKN 4 Banjarmasin. Utilizing a qualitative methodology with a multi-site case study approach, the research examines how these schools collaborate with industry partners to enhance educational quality and improve the employability of graduates. Key themes identified include the frequency of industry collaboration, curriculum flexibility, and the regularity of quality assurance evaluations. The findings suggest that SMKN 4 Banjarmasin, with more frequent industry engagements and comprehensive quality evaluations, achieves better outcomes in terms of graduate employment compared to SMKN 3 Palangka Raya. This underscores the critical role of integrated partnership and quality management in aligning vocational education with labor market needs. The study highlights the importance of continuous industry involvement and adaptive curriculum management as essential strategies for enhancing the effectiveness of vocational education. The results offer valuable insights for policymakers and vocational school administrators, proposing that a well-coordinated approach to partnership and quality assurance can significantly improve the relevance and outcomes of vocational education programs. This research contributes to the broader discourse on the management of vocational schools, particularly in addressing regional differences in partnership management practices.

Abstract

Phthalate compounds that are commonly found in everyday life are diethyl phthalate (DEP). This compound is dangerous because it is carcinogenic, xenoestrogenicand has endocrine disrupting effects. The accumulation of plastic in landfill causes this compound to be identified in leachate with an existing concentration of 1,277 mg/L. Biological treatment is one of the appropriate technologies in DEP removal. The treatment involves the degradation of DEP using fungi isolated fromleacheatesamples. Degradation tests were carried out at varying concentrations of 2 mg/l, 4 mg/l, 6 mg/l, 8 mg/l and 10 mg/l in a test time span of 15 days and analyzed every 3 days. Concentration testing wasperfomedusing High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). DEP removal efficiency reached 98-99% in each concentration variation on day 9 with a specific fungal growth rate of 0.0002-0.068/day.

Abstract

Sustainable livestock management practices are increasingly vital in addressing the dual challenges of meeting rising global demand for animal products and minimizing environmental impact. This study employs a qualitative approach using literature review and library research to explore methods that balance livestock production with environmental conservation. The findings reveal that sustainable practices such as rotational grazing, integrated crop-livestock systems, and precision feeding significantly enhance resource efficiency and reduce ecological footprints. Additionally, the implementation of biogas production from manure and improved waste management systems demonstrates potential in mitigating greenhouse gas emissions and soil degradation. Key drivers of adoption include policy support, farmer education, and market incentives, while barriers include financial constraints, lack of technical knowledge, and resistance to change. The study also highlights the role of technological innovations and community-based initiatives in fostering sustainable practices across different socio-economic and ecological contexts. By synthesizing insights from previous research, this paper underscores the importance of collaborative approaches that engage stakeholders at all levels to achieve sustainability in livestock management. The results contribute to the broader discourse on sustainable agriculture, offering practical recommendations for policymakers, farmers, and researchers to promote environmentally friendly livestock systems without compromising productivity. This study emphasizes that achieving the delicate balance between production and conservation requires integrated strategies tailored to local conditions and global sustainability goals.

Abstract

Religious education and religious anthropology are the basis and concept of efforts in overcoming life problems, especially issues of human mental life. Mental health issues include the number of employees in government and private companies who experience mental health, the need for religious education and religious anthropology in understanding mental health issues, the many understandings of mental health issues that are actually experienced by everyone but have not found a way out or solution. The purpose of the study is to analyze the role of religious education and religious anthropology in influencing a persons good and bad mental health. Help cure someone who has mental health problems, find out the level of faith that has a positive impact on a persons mental health, and test the success of the influence of religious education and religious anthropology in helping someone overcome mental health problems. The research method used in this paper is qualitative, with a library research approach. The method with a literature study approach was chosen to make it easier for the author to study and explain a problem according to the theories of experts by referring to relevant arguments regarding the role and function of Religious Education and Religious anthropology in overcoming mental health issues. The results of the discussion state that religious education and religious anthropology function as a vehicle to emphasize respect for diversity and understand differences in religion and worldview. Religious education beliefs and practices contribute greatly to developing personal morality and sound judgment, influencing decisions that shape ones life. Positive religious coping seeks social support through religious leaders and congregations and reframes stressful events as connected to God.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the pentatonic scale on electric guitar as a mandatory scale in music extracurricular activities at SMK YPC Tasikmalaya. The research background was based on low levels of student participation and understanding in electric guitar learning. The study employed a qualitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach, involving students participating in music extracurricular activities for the 2024/2025 academic year. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature study. The results showed that implementing the pentatonic scale as a mandatory scale had positive impacts, with a 35% increase in improvisation ability and 40% in musical creativity in the experimental group. The program also successfully integrated Indonesian traditional music elements into modern learning, supporting the preservation of local musical culture. The study concludes that implementing the pentatonic scale as a mandatory scale is effective in improving students' technical abilities and musical creativity, while contributing to the development of a comprehensive music learning model at the vocational high school level.
